Backstory

Jack Bates was a full member of Gulag Gang blooded in by Ming Jingtai on October 12th 2023 and 1000 Cuts business owner.

Jack Bates, found himself drawn to the criminal underworld. He began running with a small-time criminal called Del boy, after spending a lot of time together and doing petty crime they decided to form a gang called "Ghost"

"Ghost" started engaging in crimes such as boosting, bank robberies and drug trafficking. Where Jack shortly became S+ after hacking multiple boosts alongside his driver, Del boy. He then started drug dealing to make himself some money, along with the thrill he got out of it. Despite the constant risk.

Jack had a talent for being a natural leader and a strategic thinker, he is a very comedic character but can turn serious very quick.

To build connections and establish a presence in Los Santos Jack realized he needed a lucrative operation. Through a series of connections and deals, he managed to set up a meth deal with Gulag Gang. Ghost was given four meth tables by Ming Jingtai at the request that Ghost cook's meth for them and delivers them pillows weekly.

Despite their success and the merge with Jay Harper's gang tensions within Ghost began to rise. The Other leader, Del boy became increasingly distrustful of Jack's decisions and leadership style.

DB confronted Jack about the accusations in front of the entire gang, publicly questioning his loyalty and integrity. Along with the accusations of scamming them from the vault loot with Future Cortair.

Jack fatally shot DB, ending Jack Bates association with Ghost.

Due to Ghost's already close connection with GG, Jack naturally began hanging out with them. Jack shared the same first name with 1/4 GG leaders Jack Cortair, so GG gave him the nickname "Billy". Billy would be invited to be a GG hangaround on July 27th, 2023 by Marty Banks
