Description[]
IQ is a 23 year old college graduate with a Computer Science Degree. He is known for having a high pitched voice and always sounding nervous. After about a month in the city he was told he'd probably be a good hacker if he is good with computers. Before the hacking system was upgraded IQ hacked a bank easily in one attempt. He obtained 2 practice laptops off of La Flare Davis for 17k each time. IQ has successfully hacked 4 banks since the new hacking update, only messing up once (after his first practice laptop). Since obtaining the 2nd practice laptop he has completed all 5 hacks and have evaded from the police every time.
