Background Information[]
Harper Belmont is a former cop from a tiny coastal town in Florida. The thing about Crescent Cay, Florida is that the biggest crime they've had in years is catching teens smoking weed at the skate park. Since her dad was best friends with the Sheriff, Harper never really had to apply her self to her police work. Like every star struck idiot, she moved to Los Santos because she thought it would be like the movies. She's struggling to find her place in the city and was hoping the structure of the Department of Corrections will help her find a purpose. After all, her goal is to help people and to be honest, her mom is still disappointed she didn't go into nursing.
