Description[]
Handal was a stereotypical inbred hillbilly complete with: a disheveled look, ginger hair, and low intelligence.
Background Information[]
Nothing was known of his past or present history, with his only interactions in the state being between several other fellow hillbilly's (who declared themselves the "Hyenas") he met with to defend the Paleto Forest Sawmill on 2/24/22.
Death[]
Him and the most of the "Hyenas" died on 2/24/22 fighting against the police after successfully defending a crate of logs the HoA were attempting to steal for the construction of the Liquid Library. Handal in particular was gunned down by two flanking officers while he was reloading.
