Han Velsing was a Deputy for the Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office, Badge #337.
He was formerly a Senior Corrections Officer with the Department of Corrections, Badge #799.

Injuries[]
Han had a vast array of lasting injuries he has acquired over his lifetime:
- Scar on lower left of back about the size of a quarter from a hell wasp sting. The area was bruised, but no longer hurt. The bruise was set to fully heal on March 13th, 2024.
- Scar on back of left knee like a bunch of small pin holes from spiked demon.
- Scar on bottom right abs from a Babau, leaving three separate lines like a claw mark.
- Small scars from bearded devil. Looks like a variety of small cuts around his chest.
- Sword wound on left thigh from a Cambion, leaving a large scar from the slash mark.
- Left eye sewed shut. The muscles were beyond repair and eye could barely see but naturally falls out of the socket unless it is sewed shut.
- Large scar on left calf as if by a harpoon. Injury caused during the battle of Neolithid.
- 1/2" in diameter circular scar on left abdomen just under pec, and a matching one on the back in the rough same location. Injury from being impaled by rebar from Mind Flayer encounter.
- Scar on back that looks like a brand. If someone is pure of heart or blessed they can see the word "Savior". If the person is black of heart or cursed they see the word "Traitor". If someone is neither, or a mix of both, they see nothing.
- Missing 8 ribs. One was lost from the rebar impalement, two lost after being shot by a Russian MiG, and another three lost after being sniped by a Russian assassin, One lost after being forced to jump off a bridge. One lost after a ambush from Hydra during a meth run.
- On July 28th, 2023, Han underwent surgery having his missing ribs replaced with Titanium ribs.
- On July 31st, 2023, Han was shoved down the stairs while recovering from his prior surgery and two of the new Titanium ribs needed to be removed.
- On August 16th, 2023, Han was diagnosed with Pulmonary fibrosis in his left lung.
- On August 28th, 2023, Han's left ear tip was clipped by the graze of a bullet during the Sanguine Island Invasion.
- On August 29th, 2023, During a PTSD episode and drunken stupor after the Sanguine War, Han collapsed with exhaustion and his right lung gave out.
- On September 5th, 2023, Han underwent surgery in which he had a double lung transplant.
- On October 8th, 2023, During a shootout with BBMC a bullet struck his left earlobe blowing it off.
Death[]
On November 30th, 2023, exactly a year from the death of Warden Charles Lafayette, Han was shot and killed by Aubrey "4Head" Webster next to the Lucky Plucker.

- "Han Velsing" was not his real name - that information had yet to be revealed, however it had been hinted that there was someone who could figure it out if they had paid attention.
- The reason Han did not have any tattoos is because his body was covered in scars.
- Canonically, Han no longer had a soul after selling it for power to an undisclosed buyer.
- Han was a "bed denier", meaning he refused to be treated in hospital beds.
