Halo is a crime syndicate that's on the come up of operating throughout the city of Los Santos, formed by ex gang members of the Vyxens, Sirens, Guerillas, and Goofy Ahh Gang.
Halo dabbles into any and every crime in the city they can get their hands on, utilizing knowledge and resources from past affiliations to come together. It may be the beginning, but Halo has started building operations and divisions with the production of drugs, crime heists, even the petty jobs.
