Backstory[]
Hal is a mid 30s male who previously served in the military and was married and later divorced with one child. He is easy to make friends with nearly anyone, is normally a very easy going "friend to all", generally very frugal with his spending, and is often found questioning the absurd events that unfold around him while still participating in them given enough pressure.
Hal currently is employed by AirX Flight School as a helicopter, fixed-wing, and skydiving instructor. He is also employed at Ottos Autos as a mechanic, Weazel News as an editor, and is the Dean of the University of San Andreas, Los Santos.
Hal previously worked as an assistant manager and senior tow driver for Bad Boy Customs, as a back of house mechanic for Fast Lane doing standard and aftermarket upgrades to cars, and as a mechanic for Quick Fix during 2.X.
