Hades is a criminal organization led by Benji Ramos.

General Description

Originally pitched as a ‘cult’, Hades is an organised crime syndicate and gang operating out of various locations across Los Santos including a primary headquarters and claimed turf in Vespucci and a secondary main storage in Paleto.

The group specializes in both legal and illegal operations with legitimates business such as Slime Shack and criminal endeavours such as heists and drug production.

It is overseen by a leadership structure of Boss, Council, and Lieutenants.

Hideout + Heist Apps

Hades’ crime progression is split multiple apps, the main two with legacy names from Benji and Ray’s days at the Company – Zaza and Anita. Zaza consisted of the main heist crew, with EU-time based Hades members primarily utilizing Anita for jobs.

More detail on Hades crime and heists can be viewed here.

Notable Events

Episode 1 (Loyalty)

From the remnants of the semi-legal organization known as The Company, Benji and Raymond laid the foundation for a new crew centered around the principle of absolute loyalty.

In forming their new organization, the pair focused on assembling a core team of trusted individuals. They recruited Karl Johnny Black, Achez Perez, and Reggie Might as deputy leaders, each former high-ranking members of The Company and Benji and Ray's former gangs Seaside and R.U.S.T.

An initial 'draft' was conducted to bring in targeted, high-skilled people as members, including: Fiona “Fifi” Stewart, Maxine Archer-Romanov, Mari McKay, Dragon Rush, Jayden Dennis, Lance Silva, and Catherina Gonzale.

Drawing the line

In May 2024, just days after the crew was created, member Fiona ‘Fifi’ Stewart was robbed of $21,000 while conducting a money run. Upon hearing the news, Benji Ramos rallied the crew for revenge against the perpetrators – The Besties.

The move marked a shift in Benji’s stance on conflict. During his Company days, he stressed the non-gang nature of the group and his weariness of the ‘clap back’ mentality that was prevalent in the city five years prior. However, noting the need for change, this new crew was not to be a company – and Benji rolled out for his freshly minted followers.

The conflict ended mutually after a week of minor skirmishes due to the groups' different time zones

Slimes: Finding a name

During the earliest days of the new crew, Benji joked about being ‘King Slime’. From this innocent comment, a slimy avalanche grew. During their conflict with The Besties, members such as Jayden Dennis and Catherina Gonzalez cried ‘GET SLIMED’ as they prepared for conflict. The meme took root, with friends of the group such as Chino Gonzalez II, Zulu Thendani and Connell MacGregor identifying as ‘Slime Money Gang’. Fiona ‘Fifi’ Stewart even admitted to the identity during a meeting with Hydra.

Conversations began in earnest to find a label for the new crew. After days of countless options, Benji and Ray decided on 'Hades' - a nod to Benji's former gun operation.

Descending into the business world

In an effort to diversify their income streams, Hades extended their influence into legitimate business ventures.

The first significant step in this new phase was establishing the Slime Shack food stall in June 2024. Owned by Raymond Romanov and located in the Little Seoul Food Court, the restaurant was originally called 'Prime Patties' and leased for two months.

Later in June, Reggie Might officially opened the Abyss Nightclub in Vespucci. Originally bought as a warehouse, the building was repurposed as an entertainment venue and money laundering operation front. It was officially launched in NA on June 29, 2024, with an event hosted by Wu-Chang Records, organized by Daphne Malone, and Party Hardy. Performers included Lang Yass, CHESCA, Paris Argo and King Ryan. An EU opening was held July 13, 2024, hosted by Winter Sison with performances by Aries King from Black Barbies, Ekko and DJ Linx. The nightclub was converted into a Hades HQ in October 2024.

The Fight for a Turf

In early June, after months of dedication to the Sandy Shores weed game, everything changed for Hades as turfs were up for grabs. A friend of the crew (and soon-to-be Associate), Zulu Thendani, was the first from Hades to notice and instantly staked their claim with a turf receiver. However, the system reset, and the initial claim was lost.

After considering other turfs, Benji Ramos headed north to Sandy to check the lay of the land with Chaos Legion MC (CLMC), who were also based in the dusty town. The meeting was laced with tension as CLMC attempted to establish a position of power while also dancing around their ownership of the active turf receiver. Benji, in response, put his foot down.

I want to make something clear – you happened to have put something down and it managed to work but don’t get it twisted, Sandy is MINE

Hades then proceeded to put pressure on the MC in a war lasting just shy of a week. CLMC conceded the turf after a glorious last ride down a sandy street, putting up a commendable final fight and earning the respect of the Hades members present.

June 16 (a day of days)

On a particularly noteworthy day in June 2024, Hades successfully hit both the ammunition and armor auction contracts; fully completed the Maze Bank heist (subsequently unlocking the Art Asylum heist); secured the necessary materials (ink and paper) for money printer use from a Cash Exchange robbery; and declared victory in their war against Chaos Legion MC, claiming the Sandy Shores turf on the Hideout App.

The day concluded with Achez Perez doing the griddy along the sand-swept streets of Sandy Shores, finally able to recommence the Hades weed operation.

The Hades member that never was

Hades leaders Benji Ramos and Raymond Romanov had aspired to bring in former Company members Mickey Sinclaire and Beverly Brekker into their new crew. The pair had a soft spot for the wayward duo who had spilt off after the dissolution of the Company. But with Mickey absent from the city and the Hades leaders preoccupied with building a gang amid wars, Brekkers searched for solid ground.

In July 2024, Brekkers was stabbed by the Paleto Punisher (Mr. K) and wound up in the ICU with heart and lung damage. Benji and Mickey searched for an organ donor to help Brekkers with the transplant operation that he required.

Later that month, Brekkers (who had never been interested in committing crime and wearing a Raiders MC kutte) shocked his ex-wife Darcy Lane by saying he wanted to join the Raiders MC as a full member. Inside of the Liquid Library, Brekkers announced his decision to the Raiders MC (adding that Benji and Raymond Romanov could help teach him crime). In the Raiders MC chapter meeting on August 3, 2024, Lane successfully nominated Brekkers to be a hangaround for them, stipulating that he'd be removed if he became Chief of Police.

But the very next night on August 4, 2024, Raiders MC Warden Rue Day and Tail Gunner Wally West wound up hunting Brekkers. Already upset that Brekkers had considered Chief of Police (the same position as Lane's abusive father) and appeared to lack the same drive as the other Raiders MC hangarounds, Lane facetiously disapproved of Brekkers's plan to apply for a janitor job at Mission Row Police Department (to spy on them) even though it bothered her more than she let on. Later when Brekkers was hanging out with the Raiders MC and excused himself to "walk back to his apartment", Lane and Rue discovered that he had lied to them. Raiders MC hangaround Flynn Bobarge saw Brekkers getting into a police car with two Blaine County Sheriff's Office officers (Snr. Deputy Crystal Clear and her partner Cadet Rein Synnefo, both of whom Brekkers was secretly going on a ride-along with). Given Lane's high hopes of Brekkers finally joining her club, she felt gutted and betrayed.

Rue told a crying Lane she would take care of it, and left with Wally to hunt Brekkers down. Although Lane overheard Rue wanting to get a gun to shoot him, Lane gave no order to stop her. Lane texted Brekkers, "Lose my number." She also texted him, "I'm done. I don't want you in my life." Rue and Wally wound up storming the Senora Desert Sheriff's Office, shooting down Brekkers and both BCSO officers, putting Brekkers in the ICU with one gunshot wound to his heart and two gunshot wounds to his abdomen. Having not explicitly signed off on it, Lane was shocked and confided in her VP Wade Wilson that she wasn't sure whether she knew Rue would do that. Lane blamed herself for toning down her disapproval of Brekkers's PD endeavors and for not stopping his shooting. She texted Brekkers, "I don't want you to die..."

The gunshot wounds to Brekkers's heart and abdomen complicated his previous heart and lung damage from the Mr. K stabbing, and Brekkers required immediate surgery for a new lung and heart. During the transplant surgery on August 6, 2024, Dr. Duke Ramsey successfully placed both the artificial lung and artificial heart in Brekkers's chest cavity but couldn't get the synthetic heart to start and had to put the old heart back in. Afterward in the ICU with Lane at Brekkers's bedside, he flatlined. Dr. Ramsey failed to resuscitate him and called his time of death at 8:55 p.m. EST. In denial, Benji and Raymond stole Brekkers's dead body from the ICU, driving to Humane Labs and Research, where they cryogenically froze his body. They did this so that when Mickey Sinclaire returned to town he could say his goodbyes.

A guilt-ridden Lane turned herself into the police with her best guess of the murder weapon and lied that she was the one who shot Brekkers but only received 80 months in jail and a $35,000 fine because Dr. Ramsey had worded in Brekkers's autopsy report that he died of natural causes due to heart failure...not the gunshot wounds. Lane reflected to Wade that by writing it that way, their friend Dr. Ramsey saved her from a murder charge. Rue had an indefinite warrant because her blood was found on scene at the SDSO (from when Crystal shot her and witnessed "one man" with her). Afterward in an emotional conversation with Wally, Lane regretted her failure to explain to Brekkers why his infiltration of the police hurt her and the club more than it helped.

Lane also confessed to a grieving Benji on August 7, 2024 that the Raiders MC shot Brekkers for fraternizing with the police and lying to the club about it. Benji could not believe they killed someone so harmless, and drove off in a rage. On August 8, 2024, Mickey returned to Los Santos and kept hearing Brekkers's ghostly voice in his head.. Benji reluctantly showed him Brekkers's frozen corpse at Humane Labs. After they blamed each other for his death, Mickey had to pry out of Benji that Brekkers had secretly joined his ex-wife Lane's gang. Benji explained that after Lane opposed Brekkers's offer for Chief of Police, he accepted an offer to be a PD janitor and got shot by them for betraying and lying to the club about it. Mickey believed Benji's incorrect assumption that everyone but Lane had voted to punish Brekkers, putting him in the hospital sooner than expected, and that she didn't want him dead but had to follow the club rules. Mickey proclaimed that they kill Lane first so she doesn't watch her other members die in front of her. Benji assembled a Hades war party comprised of himself, Mickey, Reggie Might, Achez Perez, Dragon Rush, and Chico Guzman. When Brekkers's ghost voice advised Mickey to solve it with words before violence, Benji tried to phone Lane but she hadn't woken up yet.

Mickey, Benji, and the war party all drove down to north Chumash and held up both Wade Wilson and Mason Calaway at gunpoint. Ironically, they unknowingly robbed the hot gun that shot Brekkers from Wade. Both Wade and Mason corrected Mickey's misconception that the club voted to shoot Brekkers. Wade lied that he made the call to shoot Brekkers for getting in a cop car and betraying them by hanging out with cops. Having correctly deduced that the Raider MC Enforcer had pulled the trigger, Reggie asked Wade who it was but he refused to divulge it. Wade also explained that the club couldn't take any chances having someone close to them be close to the cops. Mickey called Brekkers innocent, the one good thing about the city, and the purest person in the city who solved problems with words rather than guns. Wade guilted Mickey for not being there for Brekkers when he needed him. Mickey shot both Wade and Mason outside of MRPD, completing "part one of the plan".

Mickey executed the ex-lawyer for Chang Gang, Rick Richards, at Vinewood Bowl (whom Mickey and Benji had coincidentally encountered earlier amidst a bed of hypodermic needles at Humane Labs) for admitting to him (under "lawyer confidentiality") that he put Brekkers's adopted brother police Sgt. Leonardo Slacks in a coma. When Lane called Mickey to ask what would give him peace, he answered with his plan to kill all of them, anyone who's ever been connected to them, and anyone who's ever been connected to them. She tormented Mickey with the revelation that Brekkers said Mickey was dead to him, and also unlocked that Mr. K caused Brekkers's original heart and lung damage by stabbing him. Lane agreed to meet Mickey unarmed if he returned Brekkers's corpse to the hospital to get a proper autopsy. Against Benji's protests, Mickey dropped off Brekkers's corpse off with medical intern Celine Jaxx at the hospital (instructing that the autopsy be completed without any tampering).

At the civilian docks with Lane and Benji, Mickey tried to shame her that Brekkers never would have betrayed her. Raiders Wally West and Dax Marshall tried to post up on a rooftop to shoot Mickey per Lane's orders, but Hades was already posted at that same spot and gunned them both down. Lane refused to give Mickey closure, vowing to never tell him the truth of what actually happened to Brekkers, adding that she hoped it ate Mickey up until the day he died. He retorted that he hoped killing Brekkers ate her up inside. In response to Lane justifying her protection of the club secret with "club over everything", Mickey claimed he put Brekkers over everything. Benji threatened Wally and Dax for the truth from Lane. Mickey bragged that unlike her and the Raiders MC, he had the courage to go after Mr. K next. Lane said he could do that because he had nothing and nobody left to lose whereas she had to protect her people. Despite the favor to Swan to go easy on Lane so she could get closer to her, Mickey wanted revenge too badly and stabbed Lane multiple times. Afterward, Benji secretly phoned Reggie to save Lane's life but Swan and the EMS had already attended to her.

For the final act of the plan, Benji desperately tried to talk Mickey out of going after Mr. K. Mickey decided to sleep on it. Benji and Mickey exchanged apologies for not protecting Brekkers better.

Dr. Jaxx performed "Autopsy Round 2" on Brekkers. She detailed two gunshot wounds to the abdomen, one gunshot wound to the heart, two healing stab wounds to the abdomen, one stab wound that hit the heart and punctured a lung, and a heart transplant that the body appeared to reject. She concluded that the cause of death was a "Failed Heart Transplant", and that the manner of death was "Accidental".

The Hades Olympics

In August 2024, more than 30 members of Hades and friends (including members of the Project) gathered to celebrate ‘The Hades Olympics’ – an event to enjoy each other’s company and bring in a new batch of associates to the gang.

The gathering kicked off with a Family Feud (Slime Edition), with Antonio "Diablo" Diaz the last man standing after the others were ‘slimed’ (aka eliminated). The questionnaire and its results were:

The second event, a scavenger hunt mixed with Capture the Flag, was taken out by Team Pookie (including Fifi, Vance, Winter Sison and Jason Teen); and the third event, a rally relay race, was won by a Benji-led Team 4. The final regular event was a team death roll with Billy and Mona Sanchez as the last ones standing.

As Marlo announced the final scores, he declared equal first overall winners to be Team 4 (Benji, TicTac, Rico Barbosa and Jason Sanchez) and Team -1 (Lance, Diablo, Gene Auber and Aleks Harris). On behalf of their squads, Rico and Lance faced off in a final death roll, with Rico victorious.

However, shortly after the event, Marlo contacted Benji to say the final count was wrong – Team 4 should have come third and Team -1 was the clear winner. The pair agreed to keep that detail quiet in return for Fiona (also in on the mistake) to forgo paying gang tax for two weeks.

The event concluded with Mona, Rico, Aleks, Gene and JT being made Hades Associates.

Hot M(ass) Recruitment

In December 2024, Los Santos was a city near bereft of life and Hades was no exception. In the wake of months of work plus a recent war, many members took breaks for rest and relaxation.

Yet, back in the city, Benji Ramos crashed out - furious at the lack of progress and work ethic from his crew at all rank levels. For days, he walked around the HQ, yelling at how this person or that thing was “hot ass”.

Determined to breathe new life into Hades, Benji and Raymond Romanov discarded their previous protocols for bringing Associates into the gang and tasked each member to find at least one potential recruit.

On December 4, 2024, Hades voted to bring in 12 new Associates (primarily drawn from Project and High Stakes). The following day, another five Associates were accepted.

Each Associate was to be assigned to a lieutenant that would be responsible for assessing suitability moving forward:

Unassigned - Jay 'JJ' Gamble.

Tony Leung, an associate brought in before the recruitment, was assigned to Kit Archer.

Hades Community Awards

In January 2025, the Hades Community Awards were held at the Los Santos Broadcast Network cinema. The live presentation featured acceptance speeches from the winners as voted by locals.

The Last Marabunta

In January 2025, a fight between Hades member Rico Barbosa and associate Billy Thorne set in motion a chain of events that threatened to alter the very nature of the gang.

What began as a minor exchange of taunts quickly escalated, culminating in Rico drawing a gun and shooting the lower-ranked Billy. This was not the first time Rico had resorted to violence in response to Billy’s socially awkward and provocative behavior, and he had previously been warned against such actions.

For Raymond Romanov, the path forward was clear—Rico had disobeyed a direct order, and a blood-out was necessary.

For Benji Ramos, the situation was complex. Rico was a vibrant presence, known for his cheeky and rebellious nature. Benji believed he was worth the trouble he caused.

When summoned before the gang’s leadership, Rico was given a chance to explain himself. As Benji silently willed him to say something—anything—to save his place in the gang, Rico failed to offer what was needed. Ultimately, Benji did not intervene when Ray pulled the trigger, sealing Rico’s fate.

Once known as The Last Marabunta but now defined by his loyalty to Hades, Rico Barbosa would never rise from where he fell.

Enraged by the loss, Benji immediately blooded out Billy from the gang, blaming him for the chain of events. His fury did not subside, later threatening Billy should he attempt to remain near Benji’s inner circle: "This is not some life where you think you get to be close to Reggie and all your little friends. Consider that over."

Grieving, Benji sought out the Lighthouse, where he made a deal with the supernatural apparition known as Norman Bones to speak with Rico one final time.

In the days and weeks that followed, many within Hades advocated for a shift in direction—one centered on camaraderie and earlier intervention in disputes to prevent future conflicts from escalating into deadly outcomes.

Conflict with Cypress

In early 2024, a Cypress Flats weed pusher for Cypress conducted a robbery spree across San Andreas. With various fellow weed pushers as accomplices, Chumito Locco would hide his identity, undertake ‘hit and dip’ thefts, then flee to change his appearance again to avoid detection.

In July 2024, Locco, in a desperate search for guns, robbed Hades associates Vance Vixen and Billy Thorne outside their farming storefront in Paleto Bay. Unbeknownst to Locco, Vance’s love interest, Winter Sison, was hiding on the roof above, feeding Billy questions to ask her not-boyfriend.

Not long after, Hades gang members gathered to discuss the incident, and Winter revealed that the voice of the assailant sounded like Locco, whom she had sold extended ammunition magazines to in the past. Coincidentally, Locco himself drove up to the group for an unrelated matter. Recognizing his name from Winter’s story, Hades robbed Locco, and their suspicions were confirmed upon sighting his pocket contents – fresh food from Slime Shack, which had been closed all day with only Hades members having access to it otherwise (aka, it could have only been stolen from them).

After receiving his comeuppance, Locco returned to his crew, claiming Hades attacked him unjustifiably, prompting ire from Cypress and their associates. The interaction led to several days of warfare between the two groups.

A key event during the conflict occurred during a Hades attack on a Cypress warehouse. Cypress member Yuno Sykk, a very close friend of Hades leaders Benji Ramos and Raymond Romanov, took a moment to share with his brothers that he’d added his own name to the Cypress intelligence on Hades. While light-hearted, Yuno had accidentally revealed more than he meant to, and his fellow Cypress members had seen it happen.

The war ended not long after, with Larry Knox reaching out to Hades for talks. Benji and Raymond met with Giovanna Gambino, and the trio mutually ended hostilities.

Conflict with Black Lotus

In July 2024, Black Lotus (BLS), as they sold weed on Fudge Lane, bristled at the idea of numerous homes around them being owned by Hades, the group led by members of BLS co-leader Outto-Tune Tyrone's former Company fellow chairmen Benji Ramos and Raymond Romanov.

The rising tension broke into open war over 24 hours, results in several gunfights. It mutually ended, concluding with Benji scrawling ‘WAR IS OVER YA LEMONS’ and strolling down Fudge Lane back to Hades HQ.

Conflict with The Saints

On the last day of July 2023, an armor auction and a cheeky robbery sparked a week-long war between Hades and the Saints. During the event, which involved many gangs, Hades clashed with Chang Gang but ended up robbing the bodies of fallen Saints members.

Tensions were already high between Hades and the Saints, as the day before the Saints had held up Los Santos Police Department Lieutenant Skye Faye in front of her boyfriend, Hades Underboss Achez Perez, even pointing a gun at him in the process.

The war turned ugly quickly with Saints planting Skye’s gun on Perez’s body (although he wasn’t charged for it). While the conflict initially looked bleak for Hades, they eventually gained the upper hand. Saints leader Evan Deckard reached out to Raymond Romanov to negotiate an end to the conflict, driving to Fudge Lane to cease hostilities.

Conflict with The Silver Lining

In late September 2024, a group affiliated with Hades—comprised of member Lance Silva, associate Rico Barbosa, and a friend—robbed Yami from The Silver Lining (TSL) after finding him cooking moonshine in Sewer City. Shortly after, TSL retaliated, robbing and shooting down the Hades-linked trio before attempting to dispose of their bodies in the deeper sewage water of the central chamber.

Hades associate Aleks Harris, who was also in the sewer system, returned from a headache to find strangers pulling his friends from the water. He quickly alerted other members to spread the news.

A Hades hunting party, seeking retribution for the attempted ‘ocean’ dumping, hit the streets. After a few chases, both sides agreed to meet to discuss the situation. TSL returned personal Underground and HQ chips they had stolen from Rico and admitted to the attempted body disposal. In response to the offense, Hades leadership ordered their crew to shoot down TSL.

In the hours that followed, a battered TSL also attracted the ire of The Saints. Both conflicts swiftly stripped TSL of all their guns. Hades Lieutenant Tommy 'TicTac' Oliver reached out to TSL leader Leonardo 'DB' DelSilver. DB admitted mistakes had been made, acknowledging that his group was low on members and weaponry. TicTac pushed DB to make a decision, and DB conceded the conflict. TicTac agreed to a ceasefire until Benji Ramos or Raymond Romanov woke up. Not long later, Ray told Tictac that he was happy to leave things as they were.

Conflict with Stand on Bidness

Towards the end of October 2024, a shootout erupted over a 24/7 store robbery claimed by both Hades (Rico Barbosa and newly-made associate Zee Davis) and Jay Hobbs – with friends on both sides rushing in to help. Jay was backed up by members of (SOB) and Future Hendrix.

Upon hearing the context and consulting with impacted members of the crew, Benji Ramos ordered a Hades convoy to seek out vengeance for their members who had been shot down.

Warned that Hades was looking for the culprits, SOB also rolled out with Jay and Future in tow.

After the ensuring fight, as he robbed SOB leader Miguel Almerion’s fallen body, Benji said only sought the belongings that had been robbed in the previous fight. To which Miguel claimed: “It’s war now”

After a handful of fights over two days - where win or lose shotgun was king - Miguel reached to Benji to decide whether or not to continue the beef, and said that SOB wouldn't be rolling out anymore. After meeting with his gang to get their stance on the matter, Benji agree that the fight was done.

Conflict with Stand on Bidness II

I can’t wait for round two with Hades

Miguel Almerion

In mid-November 2024, Benji Ramos robbed a 24/7 store with a fresh-to-the-new-city Bek Irvin as hostage (not recognizing him as former Seaside hangaround from many years ago). The store was soon circled by members of Stand on Bidness (SOB) demanding their new friend/hangaround back. As tensions peaked, Benji shot Bek down and a firefight broke out.

In response, SOB attended the next global ammunition crate with the explicit intention of targeting Hades. Similarly, Hades prepared to retaliate against SOB if an encounter occurred, though the two groups ultimately avoided conflict that day.

The following day, SOB ambushed a small Hades crew attempting to rob a bank trunk. During the attack, Raul Luis-Blanco berated the downed Zee Davies with an impressive tirade of profanity, including 14 uses of "f*ck," four of "p*ssy," and three each of "b*tch" and "sh*t."

Raymond Romanov retaliated by ordering the Hades crew to strike back. They stabbed two SOB weed sellers at Fudge Lane and ambushed two SOB members robbing a Fleeca bank.

These incidents ignited a full-scale war, with convoys mobilizing and multiple gunfights breaking out

Conflict with Already Dead MC

In the final days of 2024, a conspiracy by Nino Chavez to murder Edgar Del Castillo was exposed by Already Dead MC member Tallie Marks. Tallie revealed her knowledge of the plot to both Nino and Edgar, citing her boyfriend, Hades member Gene Auber, as the source of the information.

Gene had shared the information to keep Tallie safe, but this act ultimately sealed his fate. He and other Hades members had learned of the plot through their leader, Benji Ramos. When Nino discovered the leak, he confronted Hades via Reggie Might.

The next day, Benji, Reggie, Karl Johnny Black, and Achez Perez confronted Gene in the Los Santos swamps. Benji offered Gene a slim chance at redemption, and Gene suggested he kill Tallie to atone for his betrayal. He was given 24 hours to complete the mission. However, when Gene failed and was shot down, Already Dead MC hastily ocean-dumped him to avoid law enforcement scrutiny. Their decision to dispose of a Hades member—even one close to a bloodout—was an offense Benji refused to tolerate. He ordered a retaliatory ocean dump when they caught an ADMC lacking in Paleto Bay.

Believing redemption was now out of reach, Gene fled underground to escape Hades’ retribution. He was eventually found on January 19 2025, tortured, and officially removed from the gang. The following day, to prove her loyalty to ADMC, Tallie fatally shot Gene after the MC seized his body from the hospital.

Hades considered the matter settled, but two of Gene’s closest friends—Jay ‘JJ’ Gamble (a former Hades associate) and David Fisher—began a series of successful revenge attacks against ADMC. Amid the skirmish, ADMC’s Shang Liu made a remark to JJ and Fisher, claiming that Hades, not ADMC, had fired the killing shot. Seeing this as an attempt to shift blame and turn the conflict in Hades’ direction, JJ and Fisher relayed the comment back to Hades. Enraged, Hades declared war.

For five days, the two groups clashed before Hades accepted an offering of weapons from ADMC as terms for ending the conflict.

Conflict with South Cypress

In March 2025 a tentative non-hostility agreement between Hades and South Cypress, specifically not to take each other’s gang members hostage, collapsed during a routine 24-7 Supermarket robbery.

During the heist, Hades member Samuel Smalls picked up Jacyn Todd as a potential bargaining chip in case police arrived. Unfamiliar with her, he asked if she was affiliated with any gang. Jacyn, a South Cypress member, did not disclose her gang ties and instead cited her role in the local government’s mayoral cabinet.

As the robbery unfolded, two members of South Cypress breached the store but were swiftly subdued by Hades. Upon learning their identities, Hades Underboss Reggie Might attempted to uphold the prior agreement between his leader, Raymond Romanov, and South Cypress Don Luciano DiCenzo by attempting to arrange for the return of the confiscated weapons.

However, during a call to explain the situation, Cypress member Zeek "Apple" Kacem repeatedly insulted Reggie and accused Hades of manipulating the narrative. Furious, Reggie ended the call and instructed his gang to treat Cypress members as valid hostages moving forward.

Shortly afterward, Apple called Hades leader Benji Ramos to demand the return of the weapons, continuing to insult Reggie and referencing the pair’s former gang, Seaside. Benji responded aggressively, warning Apple to speak with respect and daring Cypress to retrieve their weapons by force.

Still incensed, Benji ordered a strike against Cypress, initiating a war with a shootout on Elysian Fields Freeway.

Just two days later, Apple contacted Hades Lieutenant Louis Blanc to request a ceasefire. Hades refused, stating that only Cypress’s surrender would bring an end to the violence. Apple agreed, and the war officially concluded.

Conflict with The Manor

At the end of March 2025, Hades’ Tommy ‘Tictac’ Oliver and Kayn North were fleeing police on foot following a bank truck robbery when they were ambushed by The Manor, who arrived too late to intervene directly in the heist. While Tictac managed to escape, Manor shot down Kayn to allow police to arrest him.

A few hours later, Hades leadership -minus the top bosses - gathered to discuss their response, ultimately allowing Tictac to decide the crew's next move. A group was mobilized to retaliate on Kayn’s behalf. Although the initial counterattack was successful, Hades struggled in the following encounters.

Less than a day after the first clash, Achez Perez brokered an end to the conflict, stating that the reason behind the war wasn’t substantial enough to continue.
