Core Members[]

Jean "X" Paul - Jean Paul is a widely known criminal mastermind in the city of Los Santos. Going by his customary alias "X", he is famous for being a criminal pioneer and being the first at cracking most of the heists existing in the city. He is often involved with serial bank robbing, gang activities, and long term terroristic conflicts against the United Police Department. Known as an individual quick to anger and pull the trigger, Jean Paul has built up an infamous and formidable reputation as one of the most capable criminals in all of Los Santos history. He created Gulag Gang on the public city to reign supreme and control the city. He reactivated GG on the whitelist city to fight against Chang Gang for their misdeeds.

Ming Jingtai - Ming Jingtai is known for being one of the best drivers and shooters in Los Santos. He was known to roll with Chang Gang, and Curtis Swoleroid, who still mention him and his legacy to this day. He also had a close relationship Vinny Vanish who helped to supply him with guns and drugs. Ming was apart of the Dark Web and Founder of the infamous 🍇Grape Gang 🍇, which were the predecessors to the South Side Ballas, the powerful East Side Ballas and the current Ballas. He met Jean Paul after Vinny Pistone introduced him and got X to teach Ming the new criminal systems. Ming would start duoing jobs with X and loved the chaotic energy he had during heists. Soon after Gulag Gang would be founded and he would be right there next to him.

Marty Banks - Marty is a well-established criminal and member of Gulag Gang in Los Santos and can often be seen hanging around or saving, his "bestie" Jean Paul. He originally gained popularity for his insane hacking skills and ability to break into banks; catching the attention of some of the biggest gangs in the city. Marty is fiercely loyal to those he trusts and will protect and defend them at all costs, whether it's against a powerful gang or any member of the PD. His blind loyalty to one of the GG leader Jean Paul is explained to have stemmed from Jean Paul giving the manager role to Marty when he first met him and finally gave him a purpose. Marty officially joined Gulag Gang when he, Mari Posa. and X escaped the police after a gruelling police chase.

Appie Turk - Appie Turk is an OG member of Gulag Gang. He can speak in 5 different languages: English, Turkish, German, Dutch, and French. He is often hanging out with fellow gang members Marty Banks and Jack Cortair.

Jack Cortair - Jack Cortair is a simple man. He likes money and believes he's a cookie.

Jack Cortair was an original member of the East Side Ballas, once the strongest gang in the city. Throughout his stint in the gang, Jack gained a reputation for being one of the top shooters and getaway drivers in the city. When the whole city turned against the East Side Ballas and many of the gang members were deported, left, or died, Jack was one of the few members remaining who decided to leave the color purple behind and turn a new cookie.

Jamal Abdul Jabbar - He is the leader of the Gulag Gang, he actually gave birth to Jean Paul and Ming Jingtai. He made Jack Cortair In the back of a Starbucks. Jamal is the most feared person in Los Santos, Chang gang bend their knee to him on the daily basis fearing for their lives. Jamal has made multiple members of Chang Gang his bitches, including the forsenCD guy(Ramee), the British guy, the 40 yr old adult pretender, and some other irrelevant people. Jamal has had a 1v6 with every gang and won every single one of them. He is the most powerful Human being ever in history. He holds all of the infinity stones and a large arsenal of nuclear weapons waiting for people to give him a reason to rain havoc on the people in the city of Los Santos.

Larry Knox - The relationship between GG and Larry began when X and Marty constantly ran into him and made him their hostage for bank heists. Larry slowly became their go-to hostage, to the point where they actively sought him out to take him hostage. Their relationship blossomed, with X giving him the nickname "Phil". Larry also had ties to Jack. Soon enough, they would see Larry as a valuable asset with his vast experience in the city. Marty would bring him into GGZ with Kratos, Dumbfuck, Levi, Santa, and Maxwell when it was first founded. They would be the first generation of GGZ.

Zuck Cuc - Zuck Cuc, a nerd obsessed with Y2K culture, has lived on the south side of Los Santos his whole life where he's picked up a thing or two about survival and creating opportunities from nothing. He is an upbeat and energetic crackhead. He may seem very naïve and weak, but make no mistake, he is well versed in the language of the streets and isn't easily fooled or played. Zuck is a shoddy "businessman" who specializes in scamming/finessing. He hopes to one day live up to his self-image and become a well-respected, globally recognized entrepreneur.

Gazpacho Prince - Gazpacho Prince was a member of the East Side Ballas before leaving that life for Gulag Gang. Gazpacho is also the older brother of Taco Prince. Gazpacho is only 3ft tall and Taco could probably play him like a basketball.

Tyreke Knox - Gulag Gang Trapstar, legitimate son of Larry Knox, and one of the founding fathers of Lil Nuts Entertainment alongside Future Cortair . Growing up on Grove Street, Tyreke got into a life of crime the moment he was born. He would usually hang out with Future and teach people the way of the streets. They called their lessons bible methods. These bible methods include selling weed, various forms of scamming, and rapping. Unlike Southside criminals' usual hard demeanors, Tyreke is extremely trolly and rarely takes things seriously.

Omar Dedon - Omar had been a close associate of CG during the first GG-CG war, which led to his initial relationship with GG being a rocky one. Almost eight months later, while leading his own gang (The Dons), Omar was invited to join GG on June 6th 2022. This came after the relationship had improved between Marty and Omar.

Aubrey "4Head" Webster - 4Head is a former OG member of Street Team. According to Jaylen Carter, he was one of the shadow leaders of the group. On June 27th, 2022 he officially left the group and joined Gulag Gang.

Peter Johnsen - Peter is a member of Public Gulag Gang and close friend of Ming. He was blooded in on August 6th, 2022, after getting a ticket to the Gated City.

Ralphie Ralphs - After leaving The Dons, Ralphie began hanging out with GG members Larry and Jamal. This eventually led to him becoming a GG hangaround on December 2nd, 2022. On December 15th, Ralphie was blooded into GG by Marty, Ming and Turk.

Kevin Ram - Kevin was the key person in Vultur Lé Culturé, and Ramee's right hand man when it came to business, being his main moneymaker. After climbing to the top of the business world and building an empire with Ramee, he decided he wanted to turn to the life of crime. Kevin had become bored of dedicating all his time to business, and wanted to start a new chapter in his life. After jokingly being offered to join GG by Marty on numerous occasions, Kevin decided to take up the offer. Despite Ramee's efforts of deterring Kevin away from GG, on December 13th 2022, Kevin was fired from all of the CG umbrella businesses and became a GG hangaround. He was officially blooded into GG by Marty on February 4th, 2023.

Xavier "Xay" Sin - Xay is one of the head managers of Rooster's Rest. He also worked as head of security for Mayor Mickey. He is close to Lang Buddha due to his connection to Cerberus, and is widely respected by high-ranking business men and women. Xay kept his record clean for over 6 months before becoming bored of the civilian life, and was invited to be a GG hangaround by Marty on December 15th.

Xay was blooded in as a full member on March 10th, during the GG purge.

Jay Jingtai - Jay, being new to the city, was enamored with gang life and quickly grew to be friends with GG. Ming took a particular liking to Jay, despite others members being hesitant at first. Eventually, the rest of GG grew fond of him and took him under their wing.

On February 17th, 2023, after being a close friend of the gang for several months, Marty gave Jay the ultimatum that he would be allowed to be an official hangaround under one condition; Jay would not be allowed to visit the Arcade recreationally. (This condition was broken after one day).

Jay became a full member of GG on March 10th, 2023, in wake of the 'March 10th purge'.

Julian Santorno - Julian was apart of the first generation of GG from the Public City, alongside members like X, Marty, Jack and Ming. When he got his visa reinstated and returned to the Gated City, he decided to not join Gulag Gang, and instead joined Seaside. Julian spent 4 months in Seaside before handing in his flag, as he felt out of place in the gang. At this point, everyone expected Julian to join GG, as Ming had also recently got his visa reinstated. Instead Julian decided to join Hydra, and the leaders of GG were surprised, and even upset that Julian chose Hydra over GG. Julian spent 6 months in Hydra before being removed for inactivity.

He was M.I.A for a brief period of timing before waking up again and making it known to GG that he was finally ready to "come home". The GG members were sceptical, but were willing to give a chance. Julian was blooded into GG by Turk on April 18th, 2022.

Pluto Rivers - Pluto is a former member of The Collective Family. After they disbanded, Pluto was vouched for by his Father Larry, leading to him being blooded into GG on May 27th, 2022.

Pluto was removed from GG during the 'March 10th purge'. (2023)

Five months after the 'March 10th Purge', on July 29th, 2023, Marty and Larry blooded Pluto back into the gang.

Jack "Billy" Bates - Jack was a founder of the gang Ghost, alongside Del Boy. Ghost became very close with Ming after he gave them Meth Tables, eventually becoming close with all of GG. As time went on, Del Boy became increasingly frustrated with some of Jack's decisions, and the way he was leading the gang. Their internal dispute reached a boiling point after Del Boy accused Jack of scamming Ghost out of some vault loot. This led to Jack shooting down Del Boy and walking away from the gang he founded.

Due to Ghost's already close connection with GG, Jack naturally began hanging out with them. Jack shared the same first name with 1/4 GG leaders Jack Cortair, so GG gave him the nickname "Billy". Billy would be invited to be a GG hangaround on July 27th, 2023.

Jack was blooded into GG by Ming on October 12, 2023.

Hangarounds[]

Andino Vidal - Vidal is a founding member of the Piss Babiez, and a former hangaround for Seaside. He chose to part ways with Seaside on the 9th of July, 2023, after an incident occurred where him and a few other Piss Babiez were caught stealing GG weed by Zuck. This was an implication, as Shafa (PB) was in his GG hangaround phase, and there were other PB members who were interested in joining GG. Even though Vidal was acting under Seaside when stealing the weed, it still looked bad for the other PB members in GG's eyes. After being confronted, Vidal first tried to lie to GG to save face for Shafa, however he eventually caved and told them the truth. Following this incident, he chose to leave Seaside, fearing his connection to them would compromise his Piss Babiez members' chances with Gulag Gang. PB would slowly became closer with GG after these events.

In wake of the invasion of Sanguine, ten members of GG were charged with treason, and were sent to Bolingbroke Penitentiary for 30 years. Julian gained temporary leadership of GG, and made Vidal a hangaround on August 31st, 2023, to help him support what was left of the gang.

Jesus "Zeus" Buendia - Zeus was a member of the old Aztecas who left when they decided to merged with Marabunta Grande on August 27th, 2022. He'd always had a good relationship with the members of GG, eventually leading him to became a hangarond for the gang three months after the Aztecas split, on December 31st, 2022. Zeus accepted the invitation of being a hangaround under the condition that his girlfriend, Crystal Salsa, would also have the opportunity to join GG if Zeus made it through the hangaround phase.

Zeus was blooded out of GG during the 'March 10th purge'.

In wake of the invasion of Sanguine, ten members of GG were charged with treason, and were sent to Bolingbroke Penitentiary for 30 years. Under instructions from Turk, Julian made Zeus a hangaround (again) while temporary leader, on September 3rd, 2023, to help him support what was left of the gang.

Poe Dempsey - Poe is a member of the Piss Babiez, who became close with GG during the build-up, and aftermath of the invasion of Sanguine. He helped gather supplies, and made multiple smuggling trips to Sanguine Isle, even after it was declared as treasonous act by the Senate.

In wake of the invasion of Sanguine, ten members of GG were charged with treason, and were sent to Bolingbroke Penitentiary for 30 years. Julian gained temporary leadership of GG, and made Poe a hangaround on September 3rd, 2023, to help him support what was left of the gang.

Honorary Members[]

Mickey S - A close friend of GG.
Yuno Sykk - A back-up hacker for GG. He's the greatest hacker in Los Santos, alongside Marty, and never hesitates to help GG. He once wanted to join GG at one point but was happy with being an honorary member.
Jolie Paul - Jolie Paul is the long-lost younger sister of Jean and Pierre Paul. Although her birthplace and hometown are unknown, the Pauls have a French-Canadian background. Jolie grew up in a household with an abusive father, whose abuse only worsened after her mother passed away. Jean Paul and their father butted heads a lot until Jean decided to leave home in search for a new life, leaving Jolie feeling abandoned. Jolie knew Pierre Paul in her early life but was too young to form any meaningful memories of him. Once she turned 18, Jolie left home to reconnect with Jean. She traveled around the United States, finally settling in Los Santos after learning that her brother lived there. She not only reconnected with Jean, but also found a new family within the Cleanbois.
GG interrogating Barty Banks Barty Banks - Barty Banks came to the city at the request of their mother to go to Los Santos and find his nerd brother, Marty Banks, who ran from home years ago. Barty's only information on the whereabouts of Marty was that he hangs around the Strawberry gas station a lot. Later finds out he runs a gang called Gulag Gang when he was interrogated by Gazpacho Prince, Appie Turk, and Jack Cortair. They let him go after getting proof that he was Marty's brother.
Four Tee - Four Tee is a soft-spoken woman who appears to be in her mid-20s. She almost exclusively wears an oversized grey beanie and a dark coat with a fur-neck collar. She often drives stolen vehicles in a reckless manner. Four Tee can be seen helping or antagonizing the citizens of Los Santos based on whether or not they are part of her list of friends. She joined GGA when she encountered Appie Turk and had a fight over Jack Cortair. They argued about who was a better friend to Jack, but Turk soon realized just how dangerous 4T was and how much she loved Jack, so he decided to invite her to GGA. He persuaded 4T by saying if she joined, she would get even closer to Jack. She was blooded in by running over Zuck Cuc. Turk invited 4T during their Aztecas war, so he brought her along to shoot down some Aztecas. Her performance was so amazing, that he instantly promoted her to GGZ. Turk would go around and make 4T accustomed to the other members of GG and show her how to make meth. Turk and 4T bonded that entire day and shared their everlasting love for Jack. Soon after, Turk would vow to protect 4T as Jack's friend and wants to continue their meth relationship. They would go to Larry Knox's studio to spit some bars, then spin Azteca blocks again, and end off the day acquiring Jack's house keys. 4T would thank Turk again for helping her get even closer to Jack and become on neutral terms with him.[[File:4TURK.jpg	center\|thumb\|300x300px]]Later that day, Marty held a GG Main meeting over how turf and sprays will work after the crime bosses updated it. One requirement is that members of the gang MUST be on the app and it's wise to have the most active members of GG on the app. They decided to just have Four Tee as a honorary member, since she wasn't as active as the other GG members.
Outto-Tune Tyrone - Leader of BSK who are allied with GG. OTT's alter ego was also an OG member of GG in the Public City
Kayn Larp - Yeager is a close friend of Marty and one of 4Head's most trusted underground market connects. During a conflict with RUST, Yeager asked GG for protection, as they are one of the few allies he has on the Mainland. Marty gave Yeager a GG chain, and told him if he ever needed help to call GG.

Associates[]

Cassie Cupcake - Is the CEO of several GG businesses and was a long-time acquaintance and Burger Shot boss/CEO of Jean Paul.

Former Members / Hangarounds[]

Mateo - Former GGZ. He would consistently give Jean Paul GNE, but also dragged the gang's reputation through the mud with his stupidity.

Douglas James - Former GG Main. He Left the gang on June 18th,2022 after hesitating about choosing GG over Redline. Marty saw this as disloyal and was going to punish Dougie by only demoting him, as he saw Dougie unfit for being GG Main. But when he was eventually shot down by Turk over the situation, he saw that as a blood out. He sold his Gulag Street apartment and was never seen at the gas station again.

Kratos Of Sparta - Kratos was one one of the longest standing members in GG, joining way back in October 2021, but was unfortunately kicked from the gang on Jun 29th, 2022. For a long time, Kratos had problems with feeling left out and useless. He felt like he didn't fit in with the other members that were joining as GG was growing. Marty and the rest of GG Main repeatedly told him to take initiative, but Kratos would always fall back into place and become unsatisfied with himself and the gang. Turk would eventually kick Kratos out for not fitting in with GG under Marty's command. Marty said he should have kicked Kratos out months ago but was too fearful of hurting his feelings, but it was a decision he had to make for the gang's future.

Vivian Vale - Vivian was Marty's former assistant, who eventually became a member of the gang. She retired from GG on Jun 30th, 2022, as she saw herself as a detriment to the gang.

Four Tee - Former GGZ. Her joining GG was mostly SBS, but Marty and Turk were serious about making her GG. But eventually decided to make her an Honorary Member only since they needed active members.

Nunu El Nene - Former Prospect who was blooded out on October 11th, 2022. Nunu spent three weeks as a Prospect before texts between her and Ramee about killing Turk came to light. When confronted about these texts, Nunu chose to continuously lie to Turk, which resulted in Marty blooding her out.

Brandon "Dumbfuck" Bowers - After previously being kicked from the gang, he was given a second opportunity on July 17th, 2022. After spending 4 months as a hangaround and proving his worth again, Dumbfuck was blooded back into GG on November 13th, 2022.

On December 15th, 2022, Dumbfuck was kicked out of the gang yet again after he offloaded $90,000 worth of drug trafficking money onto his fellow gang member Zaceed Skengerton (without telling him). Due to Dumbfuck's actions, Zaceed was almost charged with drug trafficking. This came right after Dumbfuck was caught trying to scam a GG Casino Heist payout. On January 9th, 2023, he was blooded out of GG and, as a result, passed away. Dumbfuck's death would also result in a police shootout that almost got the entirety of GG terrorism charges. 4Head thinks this was Dumbfuck's revenge.

Carlos "Carlitos" Loco - While in the Vagos, Carlitos was offered a spot in GG if he ever wanted it by Marty. After Speedy stepped down from leading the Vagos, Carlitos decided to leave. He became a GG hangaround on December 3rd, 2022.

Sometime later that month, Marty decided Carlitos was not going make it through the hangaround phase due to his poor attitude.

Mr. Ratchet - Mr. Ratchet started out as a crackhead looking for a job at the newly opened X-Mart. Marty thought Ratchet was funny, so he gave him a job as a gas pumper. Eventually he began doing crime with the GG members, and was also directly involved in GG's first southside war against GSF. After his commitment to the gang was seen, Marty decided to acknowledge him as a GG hangaround on May 28, 2022. On June 13, 2022, he was prompted to GGZ, skipping over the starting rank of GGA.

On December 12th, 2022, an altercation between Ratchet and GG member Future would occur, which ended in Future gunning down Ratchet. The relationship between the two GG members had grown into something quite unpleasant over the months, and it seemed to have reached it's boiling point. In the coming days, Future would be punished leniently, which angered Ratchet.

Exactly two weeks later, on December 26th, 2022, Ratchet decided to serve his own punishment. He waited for the perfect opportunity and kidnapped Future, then ocean-dumped him as revenge for shooting him. In the coming days, small pieces of evidence would be found and put together, which ultimately all led back to Ratchet. Ratchet chose to continuously lie to high ranking members of the gang, and stuck with his story all the way until the end.

On December 30th, 2022, Ratchet was given one last opportunity to come clean to Marty. Marty promised to Ratchet that whatever was said wouldn't leave the room, and he just wanted him to stop lying. Ratchet told Marty, "I'm not admitting to something I didn't do." Marty shot Ratchet in the face and made Future, as well as the other GG members, look over his body to show that nobody is safe from punishment in the gang.

Zeek "Apple" Kacem - Apple was a member of public GG before moving to the Gated City. He was given a meth table by 4Head, who asked him to cook meth and supply GG with meth runs. After some time, Apple was invited to be a hangaround by Marty on February 2nd, 2023.

On March 10th, 2023, Apple would be blooded out by Jay Hobbs and P-Rod after Marty decided he was unfit for GG.

Aziz Abdallah - After being employed as the manger of X-Mart for many months, Marty finally allowed Aziz to be apart of GGA. He was blooded into GG on September 29th.

Aziz was blooded out of GG during the 'March 10th purge'.

Elena Vega - Elena is a former con artist and informant from New York turned street criminal. She is known to be feisty, and always seems to be trying to "roast" others. Despite her outgoing and somewhat carefree exterior, she is quite serious when she needs to be. She was a co-leader of The Vixens, alongside Olivia Harvey.

Elena was blooded out of GG during the 'March 10th purge'.

Kookie Louw - Kookie Louw was born in South Africa and was raised without her biological father due to his unknown cause of death prior to Kookie's birth. As a child, she was raised in a chaotic household that included an abusive stepfather, drug addict brothers, and her mother. One day, her mother was mysteriously murdered by an unknown individual. Kookie would later uncover that the unknown individual who murdered her mother was her stepfather. As a sign of vengeance, she took her stepfather's life and fled the country. She now resides in Los Santos in hopes to rebuild her new life, away from the troubles back in her hometown.

One day, she decided to embrace the life of crime and came into contact with Jean Paul to rob The Paleto Bank. After finishing the job, she was officially invited to join Gulag Gang Academy.

Kookie was blooded out of GG during the 'March 10th purge'.

Selena Martinez - "!Hola es Selenas!" Selena loves LARPing, meth, creating art, and slicing people up. Her passion for meth is clear, and as she cooks more, her path to power becomes unclouded. Many know Selena from her ability to change her voice and channel a wide variety of alternate personas. She acquired this ability from years of watching anime and mimicking her favorite characters. Selena Martinez is a Mexican-American from El Paso, Texas. Growing up in El Paso she had a very traumatic childhood. Her father left the family at an early age leaving Selena with her hard-to-appease mother. Selena has 25 brothers and sisters (including half-siblings). Selena ended her formal education after 3rd grade, but she tells many people she went through 10th grade. Selena believes her biological father is Jack Cortair - A caller identified that her father may be a cookie. Other Vagos confirmed that Selena does kind of taste like a cookie.

Selena was removed from GG during the 'March 10th purge'.

Zaceed Skengerton - Zaceed was as a member Public Gulag Gang. After leaving Seaside, Zaceed rolled solo for a few months until he started hanging out with his old GG friends. He was blooded into the gang on November 12th after careful consideration from Marty, due to the fact that he'd been kicked from Public Gulag Gang in the past.

On April 29, 2023, Zaceed informed Marty that he was no longer in the gang life. For many weeks, Zaceed had been feeling out of place due to him no longer enjoying the 'gangbanger' lifestyle, and was ready to move on. Marty (and other members of GG) had suspicion that Zaceed wanted out, so he wasn't taken by surprise when Zaceed told him how he felt. Marty blooded him out at The Jetty.

Future Cortair - Future Cortair, went by Future Hendrix before being adopted by Jack Cortair. He was blooded into GG on May 1st, 2022.

Future was one of the core additions to the new generation of GG that emerged during the Spring of 2022. While a loyal member, Future would be the common denominator in most, if not all of, GG's internal conflicts. His poor attitude was something that GG was forced to adapt to, and he would get away with things that most people would've considered bloodout worthy.

Future was initially blooded out during the 'March 10th Purge' (2023), but was blooded back in after Tyreke dropped his chain in response. The following four months, Marty was very open about the fact that Future got saved by Tyreke, and continued to criticise his attitude. During the month of July, 2023, the leaders of GG agreed to start up their hangaround program again, as they were interested in getting some new hangarounds for the gang. However, Marty believed that there was no point in bringing in new people if Future would eventually cause internal conflict with them. Former members of GG, including, Mr. Ratchet, Kookie, and Zaceed were all people who experienced Future's bad side, and it eventually led them to getting blooded out of the gang. Marty didn't want to go through the same thing with new hangarounds, as he believed it was not fair on them. During the month of July, Marty's criticisms eventually turned into a harsher treatment towards Future.

On July 17th, 2023, Future chose to drop his chain after 13 months with GG. He said that he didn't want to deal with Marty portraying him as a scapegoat for all of GG's problems, and had more loyalty to members like Ming and 4Head rather than the actual gang. Ming blooded him out in front of the VU.
