The Grand Senora Cartel was a drug trafficking and money laundering crime syndicate based in Los Santos.
History[]
The Grand Senora Cartel was originally a fictional cartel founded by Siz Fulker and Julio Thomas as a means to covertly distribute methamphetamine to Robert Spowylamywanowski. Julio came up with the name of the "cartel" on the spot during their first phone call with Robert (where Julio simply used the name of the nearest roadway to the phonebooth he was making the call from).
Eventually, the group also became a cover for the distribution of the poison manufactured at the Mirror Park Tavern. Siz and Julio intended for the cartel to be a parody of a cartel.
By June 2021 the group was completely inactive as: Siz shifted his meth operation to be run directly through the HoA (dispensing with the need for a cover), the poison operation had little to no business by then (with what business did occur being handled personally by Lexi or John), Siz found an efficient way to launder his criminal income through Dean World, and several members were inactive for a significant period of time for various reasons.
The cartel's spiritual successor is the San Andreas Cartel, an alliance of several gangs involved in a shared meth production operation.
Poison Distribution[]
The distribution of poison was primarily handled by Lexi Law and John "Turbo" Miller. These two discreetly sold poison to various trusted groups across the state.
One of the first and most high profile consumers of poison was the Chang Gang, as Lexi and Turbo sold them poisoned Creampie Creations mixtapes on their request. Chang Gang subsequently disguised themselves as fake Creampie Creations artists and distributed these tapes across the city, poisoning about 10 people.
