After leaving the gang leader life, Speedy, had much more free time. Instead of returning to The Vagos or starting a new gang, Speedy spent his time running Speedy Wednesdays at Burger Shot. During his crazy Speedy Wednesdays he started brewing up the idea of bringing certain Burger Shot employees with him to terrorize other restaurants and cause chaos in the name of Burger Shot. This Employees turned out to be better than he expected which brought up an idea in his head that he could expand this from Burger Shot to doing his dirty work. That was the start of Goon School. While high with his green beer he thought of an idea to train lower criminals or civiilians into gangbangers then to traffic this "mini criminals" into stable gangs already in the city. Speedy will take this newbies and mold them into certified gangbangers which would raise their stock and Gangs would pay more for them.
