Background Information[]
Before Moving to Los Santos Garret was a cop
Garret met the gang called The Hidden when it was starting up, with only 6 members at the time. Garret was given Prospect role and joined the group, by Alice Glass suggesting him the most. Being a jack of all trades being manager to several businesses being one of the richest members of The Hidden. During his time as a member there was a time where there was tension between Cooper Hart, one of the leaders of The Hidden and Garret. But after a discussion with the two with Wilson Hart in the room with them, the two became friends once again.
Garret was known for being neutral when The Hidden would go to battles and wars and would often put on a different outfit with desert camo to show he's protesting. However, during the Vagos Conflict, Garret was one of the only members to take down multiple of the opposing gang, but they wouldn't win them the war due to the cops coming and left the battle as a stalemate.
One of the most well known things Garret does when getting into the city is to say "fuuuuck ____" when seeing someone he knows or getting on The Hidden family radio, especially with his friendship with Colorado Blue Spruce who he suggested to join the Hidden from being able to grow his own weed. Other friends he has is Simmy Kit and Elliot Clyne both being workers at the Tuner Shop and Simmy putting her name for storage for The Hidden to use.
