Frederick "Fregg" White is one of the 3 core, founders of 3PAS alongside Edgar Del Castillo and Benicio Delgado.
Fred is a composed and methodical individual, known for his focused approach to problem-solving. He's very patient and thrives on uncovering information and will go to great lengths to get what he needs, whether through disguises or carefully planned setups.

Fregg is a relaxed, easy-going, charitable person, enjoys having fun though he can become violent when defending himself or those close to him. Fred can be an impassive stone cold killer. He's not afraid to get his hands dirty when necessary.
He has a great talent for numbers, graphs, and piecing together intricate details earning him the title "brainiac."
Fregg opts to delving into the underground and more layered side of matters, as petty crime doesn't pique his interest too much.
