My name is Fred Biggs, call me Mr. Biggs. I am a bit rough around the edges, average looking and very confident in my skills and try to stick to my interests but will adapt myself if I see the benefits for my future. I am in my early 40's. Both my parents are dead. My dad was my role model during my grown up life and he seeked revenge of my mom who got shot in my early years and dad had to become a criminal to reach out to the killers.
Dad taught me many things into what I am today. Not saying it's a good thing in most human eyes. My life has been quite tough and challenging. He taught me early how to handle motorcycles, how to hold and shoot effective and steady with a gun, he taught me how to skydive and scuba dive and how to live and survive in the wild. I got into different criminal activities early with my dad, we also did scores together and with others.
I have no kids, I have had several relationships with single and or already married women but no real commitments on my end. Overall my life has not been to bad over the years.
In my passed I have been a criminal most of my days doing most robberies and bankheists as speciality with my dad until he was sent to jail where he also got killed. He was old and knew to much from what I've figured out.
Even though I have a criminal mind I hide that side of me well and will look and act as a legit working civilian outside my network of criminal activities. I strive to keep my criminal record clean or with minimal minor crimes. That is by only work with people I trust and I know are capable to deliver or I will do it myself.
I am quite a good poker player but my real passion and hobby is and will always be to seek excitement and adventuring as I grew up with, best to do this is together with friends. I skydive, scuba dive and I have run cross motorcycles all over the world and that also make me stay in shape. Road to Los Santos[]
My last job, this is after my dad got killed in prison I was doing a big score, a bank heist with some new associates. After the job they tried to assassinate me, I do not know for sure but I think the assassin attempt on me was planned and a part of the same story my dad was killed. I managed to slip through their grasp and I have now left my old me, created a new identity and traveled across half the planet to stay under the radar and to settled down to start over. It has been costly and I am now in need of a new income of fresh flow of cash.

- I have trust issues and doubts to new people from my past life. Especially people who do not seem to have a legitimate job. But these are also the people that my character is attracted to to find out more information from and will try to navigate underground to contribute my own wealth.
- I have a hard time doing dirty work. I already have that t-shirt from my passed and now I want to be the dirty workers boss.
- I have a weakness for womens, he loves light dressed up women who are confident in their looks. Though he prefers the women in submission.
- I have an addiction to cigarettes and preferably marijuana.
- I am good with people of any kind but crack heads and personality deeply addicted to deep drugs.

My life in Los Santos[]
I am looking to create a business of my own or with new friends or to co-op with an already established business of my style. As I said I love speed racing with cars and cross bikes and the feeling of freedom falling from the sky or under the water feeling weightless. My new life needs new money, gadgets and wealth enough to do all this. I will have to create a network of people that I find interesting for my character. Collaborate and find jobs that are suitable for increasing my interests and wealth and strive to find people who can provide excitement in legal and illegal ways.
Rumor has it that there are only illegal car races in this city, why not spice up some races with motorcycles of different kind? I seek thrill in the skyes and under water. Why not startup a skydiving school or co-op with any existing one and also add scuba diving events or even classes to get scuba licenses. The business can also run skydiving events with sanchez bikes. Run up in the mountains and do some nice skydiving events. I could run a shop along the pier or up north to do cross bike and skydives and also have scuba diving along the coastline!
It all lies in the future to see what I can accomplish in my life in the city.

So my train arrived at late hours, I already had an apartment fixed in the city so that was my first destination to get to.
I accidently called a guy from the yellow pages I found interesting but hanged up quickly. Short after he called me back, presenting himself as Curtis to see what I wanted and I explained he was interesting because the yellow pages says he buys materials which can be interesting to me to gather some form of business around. Not that I want to do sanitation runs if I can avoid that. But instead gather sanitation workers to sell their materials to me and I can then sell them back to this guy from the yellow pages.
I need to look more into this what the materials are needed for and at what prices and how much is needed for different manufacturing.
I had some ear issues since I couldn't hear other people outside the apartments. I have had this issue before. I think it's related to all my skydiving and scuba diving activities that sometimes creates plug in my ears. So I thought my first destination would be Pillbox to get my ears fixed.
There was a guy outside the apartments who I think offered me a lift to Pillbox but I wasn't able to hear him but I tried to get on his bike but I think it only was suited for one person so I took a walk/jog instead.
Not long after the walk I arrived to Pillbox I met four very kind staff member right inside the entrance. I explained my ear issue however I could now hear them talk, but they said I might need a cough drop so they helped me with that. They were very helpful and we presented our self and the staff was Granny McAndrews, Meredith and Dr. Alexander Blake. So I explained I recently arrived to the city with a really slow train and I didn't want to hold the staff from their important work so I thanked for the help and left.
I walked south to find myself tired of walking around. As I have a criminal passed there are no issues for me to lockpick and hotwire cars so I found a van that I thought suited for my next goal, a visit to the City Hall. I might find useful information there perhaps.
During the hotwire a freaking cop car shows up at the red lights! I was freaked and thought no way, getting caught stealing my very first vehicle in the city would be damn embarrassing. Luckily the cop car must have get an emergency call, so they took another direction.
After a short driving I arrived the City Hall but no one was there so I left short after. I found out you can look at others records I believe and a that you get your belongings back if your in court I guess.
So my next goal was to get familiar with some of the vehicle stuff you need to know to get it going and next was to find some source of information on work around.
Mr. Biggs life in Santos continues[]
So Mr. Biggs is getting more familiar with the near surroundings and reached out to the PD to acquire a gun license. I need that to keep practice my sharpshooting skills at the gun range. Well that's what I said at least, however the Police sent me to the City Hall to acquire the license from a Judge so I went there.
So with some discussions and conviction about the gun hobby of mine and that I compete in sharpshooting and need to practice didn't take to long before I got my gun license!
She also asked if I needed any more licenses and she told me there is a Hunting and Fishing licenses that I must have if I want to do that. So I thought getting a fishing license was a good thing since I love the nature and the taste of survival. The hunting license I will for sure acquired but I thought I'd wait a few weeks before I do that.
So now that I got the licenses I took a trip and bought a gun with some bullets up in sandy shores on my way to go fishing in Grapeseed. Though I found out I could not fish there with no job acquired, and that I had to go back in the city... Oh my.
So fuck that.. I went around north areas to see among the trailers and junk yards if I could find something of interest but no luck. Though I found a nice cross bike and took a ride in the mountains before heading back to the city.
I got a plan in my head, I need to set up a meeting with Curtis. The guy who buys materials. I think he might be a way in to do some business of my interests.
Also I need to keep practising on the computer systems the bank uses. The end game goal of mine is to find and gather or join a solid crew to do some scores!
... days go by, Fred enjoys his freedom of not having a permanent job. I do not have time to be tied to a job. Right now there are so many new places and other interesting things to explore in the city such as collaborating and networking with other people, finding random daily jobs like selling fish, making deliveries etc. I have even dropped so low to test sanitation... But it was because I found a guy at the place that I thought seemed interesting so I went with a round to talk and create better contact.
However, I do not know if this guy is solid enough to work with, he seemed a little nervous and shaky when I mentioned some not so legal activities so I'm not sure he is much to hang in the Christmas tree...
I found a good way to make more money on deliveries and right now, how I do them, I can not really take an employee on the trips unfortunately... Because I rob some of the stores on my way and it is not too weak hearts. And I have more ideas to this runs that I will test out on my next visit to the city. I also still have to find my type of partners for these activities...
So what else ... YES! Roosters Rest ... Oh my God, I found this goddess, one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen working there and serving me their good tea. Her name was Kitty or yes, it's probably her nickname. I do not know because my presentation there did not quite go as I would have liked. I told her that she was my type of woman after she said I was her kind of man who drank tea without adding anything.
She mentioned that she was already taken. and of course she is. I mean why would she not... She was too beautiful not to have a man by her side, but ... You see, Roosters Rest glory the cock. So I thought I would spice it up for something in relation to my name even though I have not yet told her my name. So when I got my tea I said "glory to the biggest cock!" and took off but Kitty shouted that I should come back and explain myself.
So I came back and asked her what? She said something like I have to show her that I have the biggest cock! I was quite shocked by her answer, laughed at her and said "say what? But you already have a man and you want me to show what exactly and laughed ?!"
Her response was that I had to roll for it... win and she will remember me for what I said. Lose and I could crawl back with the to glory to the smallest cock... Oh my! crazy but she was actually really funny here. I like her humor!
So the roll was unfortunately not to my advantage haha... so I went with the tail between the legs...
But I have to come back as soon as possible to meet Kitty again and make a new better presence of myself, I just have to give it a try even though she's busy. I do not care, I have to try.
So Fred Biggs continues to work on his income and at the same time network with the people he meets during the work. Fred Biggs encounters a real gangsta guy named Mando by the Trunks delivery spot. It turns out while they partnered up for deliveries and are working together that he has breath and live in the city's underworld for more then two years and belongs to a gang dressed in purple colors.
Fred Biggs gets to learn lots of useful information that is important in his future. Mando tells about house burglaries, that you can find usb dongles there and that he is interested in buying these and what they are for. Mando can also wash money bands for me. Also that one should not break into the Vagos area, to stay away from crime in their territory. Mando also revealed that he himself robbed a bank so he is definitely a person with contacts that may be of interest to Fred.
Mando also mentioned if I had a business idea or wanted to bring up something interesting that I should speak with a guy Dean or Gomer at the Casino. Good information for sure.
Otherwise, Fred's first burglary attemt was a test to see how alert and fast the police are in the city. Fred had a good plan but it turned out that the cops were very persistent and stayed lurking in the area for a long time and Fred was surprised and stopped by police in the area. Luckily, the police had nothing on any burglary on me, but my car had been marked for theft, so I was accused for joyriding and with this I got my first sentence in the registers of the law and a fine to pay.
I need to keep practising on the computer systems the bank uses. Things are heating up and I don't know, maybe the opportunity might show up and I must be ready for it!
