Frank Scaletta is a British-Italian Criminal Currently affiliated as an OG of The Manor. As the self-proclaimed Second-in-Command of Manor's Morning Crew, Frank gets devious during EU times, he actively does criminal activities such as Roof running, establishment heists, and boosting, contributing to the gang in the process.

Transfer Season: Ballas Flag -> Manor Garms[]
He initially returned to the city following the economic collapse, as a Balla Member, however, because of the inactivity, Frank told Taylor Lott that he Decided to step away from the gang, dropping his flag in the process. Soon After this, because of his close affiliation with many members of The Manor, on the 14th of April, 2024, he was invited as a hangaround after expressing his interest to Sparky Kane, Labelling himself as a 'Free Agent'. The Invitation was also attributed to the fact that Members had been inserting the idea that he should be Manor as they were active during the Ballas Inactivity.
Complete Transfer: No More Hanging around![]
A month later, on May 6th, 2024, soon after having proved himself capable, determined, and easy to vibe with all members, he would meet with Denzel at the Ballas blood out spot. Denzel reminisced of the days being around the Ballas, and would ask Frank if he would re-join them, he swiftly replied with 'No'. After further conversation, The 'Ballas' jumped off a roof ambushing the pair. Frank was immediately suspicious of this, as the leaders, Fin Win, and Taylor, were not speaking, In actuality, STE was Taylor & James Malding was Fin. The Actual Ballas involved was Harlow Ledger and Clive Anderson. Harlow told Frank that he knew the rules when joining the gang, 'Either one way in or one way out', before taking him to the edge of the docks. Harlow held his gun to franks head, at this moment, Frank was scared for his life, thinking Denzel set him up, When he thought it was going to happen, STE repeated what Harlow told him, before handing him a Manor Flag, and indicating the rest of The Manor to come out of hiding and blood him into the gang as a full member.
