Frankie became familiar with Hydra Gang through his affiliation with members Fernando "Mario" Reyes, Kio Shima, and Nikolai Filatov.

After hanging around the gang and committing crime with them for weeks, Frankie eventually asked to join Hydra on September 30th, 2022. After Juan Carlos "Flippy" Hernandez asked for Capped "Pigeon" Tarranova's opinion on Frankie, and after consulting with other Hydra members, they decided to accept Frankie as a hangaround.

Frankie was promoted to a full member of Hydra on January 4th, 2023, when Flippy eliminated the hangaround rank. He was given his flag by Miguel Almerion.
