Finn Harlow was a known convicted Serial Killer in the city of Los Santos.
He was charged with 5x 1st Degree Murder and 5x Unlawful Imprisonment. Finn only takes credit for 4 of the 5 murders.
Background Information[]
Finn Harlow was born August 8th, 1988 to his mother Jean Harlow and his father, Merle Abrahams. He grew up having a pretty normal life, but that changed when Merle went to jail on suspicion of being the infamous serial killer, The Infinity Killer.
Upon his father's arrest, his mother moved Finn and Francesca in with a close friend of Finn's father, Henry Douglas. During Finn's stay there, once a week Henry would fill Finn's brain with stories about Merle. This constant education and grooming turned Finn from a normal kid, to one without empathy or remorse.
7 years passed and Finn moved away from Henry with Francesca and tried to start over elsewhere. After not finding anything that he was looking for to be fulfilling him in anyway, he moved back to San Andreas to be closer to what he grew up knowing as home.

Harlow was sentenced to death via firing squad. He was executed on April 13th, 2021 at 2:19PM UTC.
