General Description[]

Winston Walker is a Prospect for the Bondi Boys MC.

Winston was a Solo Cadet for the Department of Corrections, Badge #705.
He previously was an Officer for the Unified Police Department/3.0, Badge #U-405, and was a Sergeant in the Vinewood Police Department prior to the 2023 PD Restructure.

Background Information[]

Winston Walker was born and raised in Camden Town, London. He transferred from the London Metropolitan Police, where he worked as a Detective Constable and a member of the Specialist Firearms Command. He came to Los Santos to tackle larger criminal organizations, hoping to shut down large drug operations.

Physical Description[]

Winston is a 28-year-old Caucasian male with long messy black hair, and a stubble beard. He is of average height and is consistently seen with a cigarette.

Winston created a friendship with members of the Mandem early in his career at the LSPD, an affiliation of Britishness allowed a commonality that blossomed into a friendship.

The catalyst being when Randy Wrangler pushed into an active shooting at the Mandem block as CG and MDM fought during a music event.

With all the confusion surrounding what had happened Winston charged the MDM the correct charges, but reduced their times massively.

This led to a level of trust between Winston and the group culminating in a weed run Winston took a small part of until the PD arrived and he was dropped off.

However, the relationship broke down when Winston lost his arm at the hands of Ved Jiggyjoglue and Dwayne Flores.

The Voodoo Saga  

After losing his arm and suffering from the torment of “jokes” from his fellow officers Winston decided to turn to Voodoo. Babalu Okonkwo offered to help Winston get his arm back with the help of Voodoo. Part of the ritual was that Winston had to get one of his friends to kill a dear, however, unwilling to get his vegetarian friend to do this Winston stopped part way through the ritual. His stopping the ritual resulted in him one day after work running into several panther in broad daylight on the streets of Los Santos. Winston then began to drink and to feel the slithering of snakes across his body followed by the multiple legs of spiders across his skin.

Eventually, Winston in a daze from the drugs and alcohol he had consumed he found Pez Speedwagon and Lily Pond. They brought him to a waterfall and continued to feed Winston drugs and copious amounts of alcohol until Winston passed out. Needless to say Winston did not receive his arm from the Iwa Baron Samedi, the Voodoo god of death.

Upon Katya Volkov trying to leave the Eastern Bloc and obtain a United States citizenship Winston and Katya began to be attacked by the Eastern Bloc. They would often have cars following them, mysterious phone calls, and attack helicopters shooting at them. In a hope to protect his family, Winston reached out to Nicholas Simone due to Nick’s brother Michael Simone’s affiliation with the Eastern Bloc. While Nick denied any affiliation with the Eastern Bloc he suggested that if Winston was his cop on the inside he may be able to help them.

Amputation and Recovery Journey  

On July 16, 2022, Dwayne Flores while being chased by the cops threw a grenade at Sam Baas' car. At the time Dwayne was part of The Mandem. Dwayne missed and instead the grenade landed under Winston’s car. After a series of bad rolls, Dr. Tsury Nanakaze surgically removed Winston’s left arm. Due to this incident, Winston has developed a sometimes debilitating fear of explosives. Over many months Winston has been able to for the most part overcome this fear.

Winston over the months since he lost his left arm has sustained many rude comments and “jokes” about his missing arm. While Winston has some very supportive friends it wasn’t until November 26, 2022, Katya Volkov who was at the time part of the Russians Embassy decided to enact revenge for Winston. She along with a fellow embassy worker imprisoned Dwayne Flores in the Russian Embassy and removed Dwayne’s left arm with a chainsaw. While this is obviously illegal Winston did appreciate the sentiment behind her actions.

Towards the end of 2022, Winston had a prosthetic arm in the works for him. On March 8, 2023, he under went surgery for his spine, knees, and missing eye, and had his prosthetic arm connected.

Following his firing from the Police Department Winston eventually became a Correction’s Officer. After the Sanguine Isle War all the Sanguinian’s were put in the prison where Winston was able to reconnect with TJ Walker. During Winston’s time as an officer at the prison he expressed his discontent with the police department. Additionally, due to his kindness the prisoners avoided hurting him. When during a riot Winston got stabbed 4head apologized for doing so.

On September 4th, 2023 Winston was on duty at the prison when Kyle Pred’s lawyer Percy Weaver and three judges showed up to speak with Kyle. Winston searched them and let them into the lawyer room. Eventually off duty officer Jenny Hall arrived to chat with Winston. Since he needed to be around the lawyer room to listen for distress they stood by the door into the corrections facility of the main lobby. While standing there he told Jenny about his unhappiness with the police department.

When the alarms at the prison started going off and the corrections officers started to get dressed in their riot gear Winston and Jenny came to the conclusion that there must be a riot going on and that bunks would be flipped. A few minutes later Winston was pulled into the changing room where he vocalized that he had people in the lawyer room. He was then asked to remove his DOC gear and put it in his locker. He was then searched and was found to have seven additional phones on him which he had confiscated from TJ but had not reported. Winston was then placed under arrest and read his Maranda Right. He plead the fifth and was then let go as they would push the charges at a later date but that he was currently suspended. Upon being let go he told Jenny and Percy what had happened and Percy explained that those were the phones Winston had taken off of him.

When he talked to Warden Oscar Bowman a day or so later it was suggested that he was fired due to telling someone that a bunk flip was occurring. Winston expressed that this was idiotic since they only came to that conclusion because of all the signs and that Jenny is a long standing member of the police force. Over text the following day he was informed by Corporal Harvey Holden that he would not be pushing charges at this time. However, at the time Winston intended to push for a civil case for being illegally searched and potentially for wrongful termination.
