General Information

Wayne is the leader and founder of Top Shottaz and a full member of Chang Gang. He is known to almost always be on a "weed run" or in the process of growing weed- he does this task alongside members of Street Team, who often work for him to distribute his goods. Wayne has been caught so many times for this act that you can often hear "the 9's" being referred to as "the Wayne's".

Wayne is distinguishable by his thick Jamaican accent. He can often be recognised by his long grey hair, covering his face with a mask or sunglasses to avoid identification from the police. He often wears Jamaican themed clothing to match his descent.

In Summer 2023 he decided he would go clean and become a lawyer. He became a legal aid on August 20, 2023.
