Jenny has green eyes and long wavy ginger hair, that she usually wears around her shoulders or in braids. She has a tattoo on the back of her right arm representing an arrow. She used to have another tattoo of an octopus on her left arm, but got it removed as it was a reminder of her years in PD.
Jenny usually wears black or dark clothes, even though she has recently started wearing some color. She is often seen with a black face mask with a white petrine cross, which most of her group has adopted.
Background[]
Jenny Hall is a former SASP Sergeant turned Criminal. After seven years in the police force, she decided to resign in December 2023, a few days before the economic collapse. Within a couple hours of her resignation, she found herself thrust in the criminal world where she ended up in the middle of a gang fight in Bahama Mamas.
After resigning, Jenny spent all her money sending Reed Dankleaf to rehab and clearing his criminal record. All of it was moot, as all records were wiped after the collapse, and Reed relapsed within 24 hours of his return to Los Santos.
The last five years are quite muddy for Jenny, as an unfortunate accident with a kitchen cupboard left her with amnesia of most of the last 4 years. All that is sure is that she spent the first year in Montana bartending near Reed's rehab center, then went back to Los Santos where she was reunited with Michael Simone. During the following years, she vaguely remembers going to Canada to visit Serge Cross with Michael and Reed.

Work in the city - January 12th 2024 Jenny, along with Andi Jones, were given doctor positions due to their lengthy experience and the hospital's need to have trusted members to watch over the newly hired Reed Dankleaf. Reed accepted a position in the doctors on a bet that "he could last a week without being fired". This began Jenny and Andi pushing Reed to at least wear pants while performing his doctorly duties. Moving to Paleto - January 12th 2024 Sick of the chaos of the apartments, Jenny, along with Michael and Nicholas Simone, Veronica Mars, Dahlia Fey, Manny Ramirez, Reggie Might and Mari McKay pooled their hard-earned savings to buy a small house in Paleto. They finally managed to buy the house in the middle of January 2024. Michael and Jenny share a storage room in the house, as both of them do not wish to live with 6 other people. Campaigning for Michael Simone - January 20th 2024 Jenny, working with Manny Ramirez, composed Michael Simone's bid for the first Mayoral election as his Campaign Managers. Their combined efforts garnered Michael 158 votes for the mayorship and resulted with Michael winning the Deputy Mayor position. Run in with the PD - February 16th 2024 On a money cleaning run Jenny was pulled over by Officers Vivienne Grey and Erik TryGG due to her speeding. At this traffic stop she was given a warning, however, Erik put a mark on her record stating that Jenny was in a stolen vehicle and that any further run ins would result in her getting charged accordingly. |

Becoming Not-A-Leader - February 14th 2024 With tensions rising steadily in the house due to a lack of direction, and Michael's refusal to take on the leader role, Jenny reluctantly decided to step in to keep the group together. She, however, also refused to take on the role of leader, and instead describes herself as a "Chaos Coordinator". She has taken on organizational and accounting responsibilities, and has chosen Connell MacGregor as her right hand in crime. The group has jokingly started calling themselves ⸸BD because they can't seem to agree on a name. Depending on the mood, ⸸BD (Michael Simone's petrine cross replacing the T) stands for To Be Determined/Decided/Disclosed, Terrorists/Toddlers Being Dramatic or The Baby Ducks (as members have a tendancy to follow Jenny and Michael around). |

Back To The PD - February 27th to March 2nd 2024 Maximilian Thoroughbred proposed the Police Continuity Plan (P.C.P.) legislation which allows the Mayor's office to have oversight of the PD. Following the passing of votes from the City Council, Lance Malton was given permission to create a team of experienced former High Command members to audit the PD and investigate issues, if any, stunting the day to day operations and growth. The team he initially created was himself, Jenny, and Willy Glory with Owen Svensen joining shortly after. After a long week of interviewing Officers and ride alongs, Jenny was ready to present her findings in front of the City Council but an hour before the meeting, her good friend and former colleague, Lucas Lovesick, was severely injured during a call. She immediately rushed to the hospital to be at his bedside in the ICU. After learning how it was the PD's fault he almost died and was debating actually quitting the PD, Jenny was furious with their conduct but reassured Lovesick she would support whatever he decided. Jenny made it to the meeting and gave her report with her suggestions for improvement. As a reward for their hard work, Alan Crane gifted each auditor a civilian weapons licence free of charge. Finally free of her obligations, Jenny re-retired from the PD and returned to her duties as Coordinator of ⸸BD, with a newly retired Lovesick in tow. |

Kidnapped By Vingle Dan - March 4th 2024 Jenny, after being hit by locals, pulled over at Lower Pillbox to fix her car. Vingle Dan then rolled up with Cringle Dan with Brick James in the trunk in which Vingle held her up at knife point. He arranged a meeting with the Mayor (through Brick) to try and murder him or at the very least take his arms for his own, and in order to achieve that he kidnapped Jenny, using her as a hostage. The Dans forced Jenny into their stolen, black Gauntlet and tied her hands to the passenger door. Jenny was contacted by Michael, who was having a meeting with Max at the time and was aware of the situation, to make sure she was ok. Dahlia also tried calling her multiple times and texted her to ascertain her status but never responded. Vingle's initial plans were thwarted however, due to Brick's communication with the Mayor and the PD being alerted to the situation in which a chase ensued but PD lost visual. The Dans drove towards Paleto and ran into Raymond Romanov and Kit Archer at the 24/7, where Ray encouraged Vingle kill to Jenny but Kit scolded him and contacted the PD, to ping them their location. During this time, Vingle negotiated that if Max were to give him his arms, he would not cut Jenny's off, to which Max agreed. After meeting up at the 24/7, Max faked having his arms cut off to fool Vingle, who laughed and repeatedly tried to run him over with no success. Another chase ensued, with PD and the Mayor in pursuit, the stolen Gauntlet ended up being pitted but eventually escaped again. After crashing out the Gauntlet, Vingle went to look for another car but Dahila and Manny arrived, resulting in Dahlia trying to repair the broken car one piece at a time, to stall. After Dahlia failing to repair the car, Vingle put himself the two other Dans (having been joined by Wingle Dan) and Jenny into the new vehicle to once again elude capture. Fortunately, they do not make it far as the car got flipped and the PD surrounded them. Vingle tried to negotiate with Captain Leonardo Slacks and Snr. Officer Kian McNulty, in which Vingle offered to give up Jenny if the PD did not shoot him. However, if the PD opened fire on him, he threatened to cut off Jenny's arms and legs and put them in jars in future retribution. Jenny finally escapes Vingle and is transported to the hospital for medical but she is clearly somewhat traumatized. Jenny was made to wait in a private room with therapists Pixie Tarantino and Tanner Phillips, to ensure she was in the right of frame of mind before giving her statement to the PD. Pixie eventually agreed to let Jenny give her statement to McNulty and was free to leave the hospital. Before she leaves, Tanner confirms to Jenny that the PD had shot Vingle and her fear of being dismembered and jarred was further heightened. McNulty dropped Jenny and Dahlia off at Pillbox, to pick up the Gauntlet and drive home. On the way home, Jenny did not respond to any of Dahlia's attempts at conversation. Jenny physically recoiled when Dahlia tried to take her hand off the wheel, after hitting a local and driving into some decking off road, telling Dahlia not to touch her. In the house, Dahlia ensured Jenny applied the medicinal cream to her sore wrists that Tanner prescribed, tried to keep her inside for safety and converse but Jenny wanted to leave. After escaping the house, Jenny made her way to the barber shop and cut her long hair short. Dahlia and Manny followed Jenny, the former trying to convince her to go back to the house but she refused, thanked them for being there but wanted to be alone. Jenny made her way towards a part of the Procopio Promenade, sitting in one of the two beached row boats, to process her thoughts and trauma. |

Misdemeanors - April 16th 2024 With not much going on and feeling bored, Jenny and MacGregor decided to do weed runs, in order to get Jenny's reputation up so she, whenever she wanted, could push weed. She delivered some weed in Dutch London which resulted in Jenny getting shot multiple times by a local, forcing her to go to the hospital to be treated. After a quick resupply from Alan Kyles to help finish the run, Jenny and MacGregor were on their way to the final destination on Del Perro. A PD Interceptor spotted them (after getting a ping from a local in the Vespucci Canals) and started tailing them. Jenny told MacGregor that she couldn't get in trouble because she was helping Michael with his Mayoral Campaign but MacGregor told her he couldn't get caught as he had a PD firearm in his apartment. The pair back and forthed throughout their pursuit about what to do before MacGregor got their truck stuck behind a house. Seeing no other option, Jenny jumped out and started to run from the PD on foot whilst MacGregor got away. After a chase, she was finally tased and cuffed by Officer Gregory Johnson. They were stunned to find out it was Jenny, Johnson announced and confirmed over the radio that it was "The Jenny Hall". Officer Malcolm Nekoda arrived on scene, made sure Jenny was okay and mirandized her before transporting her to the MRPD cells. Whilst in the cells, Johnson, accompanied by Officer Alexis Onfire, was trying get information from Jenny about what happened and expressed his disappointment. Knowing how the PD question their suspects, she would admit and give nothing, as she knew they could only charge her with misdemeanors. Several Officers turned up to see Jenny in the cells, inlcuding Cletus Cornwood (who also expressed his disappointment), Beric Johnson and Viv. Johnson eventually charged Jenny with resisting arrest and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, with 10 months (time served) and $360 fine, all to which she pleaded not guilty. On the way out, Johnson again tried to plead with Jenny that she could turn this around and return to the PD, as that is where she belonged. Jenny politely told him "This is Jenny Hall's time to be Jenny Hall." and that she would step back from the doors of PD. |
