Ramee El-Rahman, full-time beta and part-time "Vulture" and "Warlord", is a core member of Chang Gang and was a Bar Certified Lawyer until he got convicted of many violent felonies tied to protecting Mr. Kebun from his arrest warrant witch they they though was serious when in reality it was just for reckless evading leading to a police chase and the PD breaking multiple rules resulting in the shooting of Mr. Kebun and Ramee El-Rahman.
Ramee was originally Khaleesi White's bodyguard/driver and would frequent her meetings with Vinny Pistone, and was later picked up by Abdul AlRahim and crew when he first came to Los Santos because he wore a keffiyeh, and later went on to meet Chang Gang. He and Mr. Kebun began rolling together very often after Big D died in the old city, to the point he eventually joined the gang.
Known as the king of grinders and the one with the scarf, Ramee is known to suffer from extreme "sbs", also commonly known as "Small Brain Syndrome", and used to be referred to as "Patient Zero". He can often be seen driving into walls or huffing lethal doses of copium when he causes the car to spin-out on turns or flies through his windshield during a crash.

Feb 23rd 2024 - Ramee gets arrested
About a month ago, when CG were in conflict with Kaneshiro, K tried to hold Yaeger up but got killed by others. PD arrived at the scene and searched K, even though he was GSR negative, and noticed that he had a PD gun so they charged him. K, unhappy with the charges, decided to appeal in court. Today, the day of reckoning came, both sides explained their points but the verdict was in the Judge's hands. CG was doubtful of the outcome so they started setting up escape plans to save K. After a lot of deliberation, the Judge declared that K is guilty of the charges, after which K went on a rant and decided to run. The chase ensued and K dived into the water but drowned, leading to his arrest. Ramee, in a sense of panic, picked up a gun and risked his bar licence to save K. Ramee found a solo Cpt. Slacks and held him up, after which he went to MRPD and held 2 more cops hostage. They negotiated for a while and PD told Ramee that he can drive away without being shot, which was obviously a lie from them. CG started to drive away but Lenny Hawk shot between 2 cops and killed Vinny. Ramee, shocked by the shooting, decided to shoot back, but ran out of ammo so he threw the gun. K crashed and the car broke down, leading to them getting shot down and arrested.
Hired after a meeting with both Chiefs of EMS at the time, Lei Sanya and Leonardo Sand, with Big D and Taco. Uses this position to respond to calls for assistance, whilst parodying EMS SOPs, usually with SBS behaviour. Examples include giving a 'saline eye-vee', putting patients on a 'spinal bored', applying a 'sea collar' and giving unnecessary adrenaline shots. He also enjoys annoying members of the Unified Police Department/3.0, then citing, as High Command of the Volunteer EMS, that he cannot be fired. He will also punch individuals or strike them with his Ambulance, and then heal them immediately.
Ramee was hired as a Chef by Vinny on Maldini's Opening, but does not know how to make food in the Pizzeria. This position was given so that Ramee can take food from the Pizzeria's storage for free.
Ramee was hired by Ash Ketchup and Benji Ramos as the Head of Security, but he has yet to do any security work. He uses this position to get food for free.
Founded alongside Mr. Kebun, the SBSO was a vigilante crew made of members of Chang Gang. It was not a recognised Police Department, and spelt Sheriff with one F. It was named after Ramee's patient zero status of Small Brain Syndrome. Some victims are listed below.
Founded by Mr. Kebun, the Changaloa Cartel was the name which Chang Gang operated a criminal syndicate involved in drug trafficking and a multitude of related crimes. Ramee, also known as Don Ramos, was a high ranking soldier, and was only under Drug Lord El Chango and Underbosses Wayne Biggz and Anthony Murphy.

Ramee El-Rahman bought 15% of the company and the grading location with "FSFTEVENF" was moved inside the Vultur Lé Culturé establishment from the old location which was at Guild Hall opposite to Rooster's Rest.
He married Igor Skovacic to help him get a green card while in police custody, but this was ultimately unsuccessful.

He once gaslit himself into believing he cheated on Carmella Corset with April Fooze, but never physically did so. This drama nevertheless resulted in both of them eventually becoming his exes...for awhile.
As a legal aide, he got Ming out of his first prison sentence and had his fine cut in half.
Ramee is one of the top laptop hackers in Los Santos. He and his Double R partner Randy Bullet are Chang Gang's main laptop hackers during heists.
