General Description[]
Juan Carlos Hernandez, commonly known as "Flippy", is a co-founder and the leader of Hydra Gang.
Along with being the leader of his own gang, Flippy is also a core member of Chang Gang and is the right hand man in the secretive organization, The Chaos. He is also an active street racer, overseeing the Vendetta street racing crew.

June 22nd 2021 - Solo Shooter In the late hours of June 22nd, at a time when Chang Gang was at war with the Vagos, Flippy was driving around in his Subaru when he noticed a car trailing behind him. Upon further inspection, he realized it was the Vagos. When passing Burger Shot, The Vagos pulled off onto the pavement and set up to start firing upon Flippy's vehicle. Despite Flippy being completely alone and 3 Vagos were aiming guns at him, Flippy took on the challange and stopped his car in the middle of the road- using it as cover. As bullets began to fly through the air, Flippy peaked over the top of his car to take cheap shots at the Vagos members. As he realized he was ultimately surrounded by the 3 Vagos, who had now moved into flanking positions, Flippy decided to flank around the building himself. Continuing to fire shots, Flippy managed to down all the Vagos. Making it a successful 1v3. |

December 11th 2021 - EMS Flippy In the early hours of December 11th, members of Hydra Gang: Flippy, Susie Carmichael, Mike Wadum, Fernando "Mario" Reyes, Chloé Blanc, and Aleksander "Bogo" Sazkaljovich, decided to volunteer as EMS under the watch of Chief of EMS, Leonardo Sand and EMS Lieutenant Balto Connelly. After the crew dressed up in white shirts and dark pants, they signed on duty under the callsign "HYDRA" and set out into the city of Los Santos. While out treating patients, the crew got into plenty of mischief. This included: harvesting weed at the Lost MC compound, Mike and Susie cooking meth, celebrating when cops went down and swarm-healing anyone who came near them. |

February 24th 2022 - Family Man At a time where Flippy had an established relationship with Claire Seducer, the two being boyfriend and girlfriend, the introduction of Vincent "Arnie" Carl sparked a "family" relationship between the trio. Flippy deciding to adopt Arnie soon after meeting him, as both Claire and himself agreed that Arnie would make the perfect son - due to his street racing abilities. This action led Alexander Campbell to feel left out, wanting to be adopted by Flippy long before Arnie was. In order to satisfy "Little Alex", Flippy decided to adopt him. This meant that Alex now had two fathers - Flippy and Curtis Swoleroid. Now as an established "family", Flippy took to spending more time with his two sons and providing them with daily "allowances". |

May 29th 2023 - Becoming core CG Mr. K asked Flippy to get them a meth lab, he did. On May 29th, 2023, Mr. K gave Flippy an OG CG Chain, making him the first man since Bobby Brown to get promoted to core CG. |

- Hydra Gang - Flippy is the leader of Hydra Gang. He founded Hydra after leaving the Vagos back before the great economic collapse. Hydra primarily consists of former members of other gangs and Flippy's closest friends.
- Chang Gang - Flippy is a trusted, full member of Chang Gang, receiving his CG chain in late September 2021. On May 29th, 2023, Flippy was given an OG-level CG Chain and promoted to a "core" CG member, in recognition for his contributions and long loyalty to the gang.
- The Chaos - The Chaos is a secretive terrorist group started by Vinny Pistone. Flippy is a core member of Chaos and is Vinny's right-hand man, helping distribute firearms, explosives, armaments, and thermite throughout the city. Vinny and Flippy also supply radios and lock picks to mechanics shops across the city. Flippy ranked up on the Chaos bench on July 1st, 2022, being able to craft AK-74s, sticky bombs, and radios on his own for the first time.
- Angels - Flippy has a long-time friendship with the Angels. He helped Angels establish themselves when they started. Because of that he is considered a Honorary Angels OG. On April 13th, 2023, he was given the title of Head of Honoraries and his opinions on making others honoraries was taken into account.
- Vendetta - Flippy is one of the founders of racing crew named Vendetta, who is originated between Hydra Gang members and workers from Harmony Repairs Garage.
- Venus Fly Traps - The long-time friendship with the Angels and two angel associates leading VFT, Flippy has helped the girls a lot during the start of VFT and up to now. He has taught them "rat strats" and has helped provide them supplies for their activities as well as given the girls advice. Because of this, he is considered as an Honorary VFT.

- Flippy's ID states that he is female, however that is an error.
- Flippy gained his nickname from Arush Patel "Speedy" Santana, as Flippy used to always wear flip flops.
- Flippy was previously a member of the Vagos before the Economy Collapse; despite leaving, he is still respected by its members.
- Flippy is an exceptional, well-rounded criminal, widely regarded as one of the best shooters, drivers, and tacticians in Los Santos.
- Despite being a successful gang leader, Flippy is not the best at giving speeches or making big announcements.
- Despite being one of the best getaway drivers, if someone says, "Girls are watching" while Flippy's driving, it sends him into a panic and he will crash and spin out.
- Flippy was one of the first people to reach S+ rank in boosting.
- Flippy's first ever S+ boost failed due to "SBS" from others in the group.
- Flippy is S+ certified after successfully hacking his first S+ boost in 6 months on November 20, 2022, alongside Charles "Chawa" Johnson.
