Ivy Poppins is a character role-played by OllyPop.
General Information[]
Ivy Poppins wears a variety of outfits, but is usually most noticeable because of her long blonde hair and glasses which help her to see. She has a pizza tattoo on her left shoulder for her love of Vegana Pizza, medusa tattoo on her right forearm and a glock on her waist.
Ivy is originally from New Zealand where she travelled parts of the world with her big sister Evee Poppins. Ivy had dreams of becoming an EMT ever since she lost her brother at 15 years old to a gang shooting. Her sister decided to move to Los Santos for some new thrills and experiences and to get away from the stress left at home, and sure enough Ivy Poppins followed her big Sisters adventures and travelled to Los Santos too.
Ivy Poppins comes off as a very coy and innocent person with glasses that helps her see. Ivy speaks with a soft spoken tone and plays dumb a lot, which she definitely uses to her advantage. However Ivy can sometimes be unaware of the people around her and share too much information which can be a downfall as she is very trusting of everyone she meets. Ivy suffers from multiple personalities, homicidal tendencies, and Stockholm syndrome.
Character Arc 2.0[]
On Ivy's first day in the city she met a man called '''JJ''' who picked her and another girl up in a limo and was taken to the Barrio where they met Benji Ramos from the Vagos. Unaware that they were both brought to the Barrio to be human trafficked to the Vagos. Benji tried to show his interest in Ivy by trying to blow up a car after hearing about Ivy's love for explosions. Ivy then ghosted Benji for almost a month before Benji found out that Ivy had started a new part time job at the Grove Street Gas Station. Benji was very upset that Ivy was working for the enemy (East Side Ballas), but Ivy had no clue about the gang lives in Los Santos.
After Ivy was then made redundant and the Grove Street Gas Station was closed for business, Ivy had to start looking for a new way to make money! Benji and Ivy reconnected and started seeing each other. However Ivy didn't know Benji had 15 other girls that he was seeing at the same time. Until the "Hobo Boxing" event was being held at the Barrio. Where Benji was seen with another girl who Ivy didn't know at the time but played things cool. After the event Ivy was with friends at the Legion Square Garage where she was held at gunpoint by the same girl that was with Benji (Cora Willis) at the "Hobo Boxing". Ivy was then driven to the beachside of Paleto where Cora tried to take the girl at the "top" out of the picture. Fortunately Ivy was able to send a text without Cora knowing to Benji letting him know that she'd been kidnapped and where she was. Cora then stabbed Ivy and left her floating in the sea leaking blood. Thankfully the EMS came in time to rescue Ivy from the water and take her to Pillbox Medical. From then on Benji stopped contact with Cora because of her actions towards Ivy.
Benji became very protective of Ivy and Ivy became very protective of Benji too. Overtime Ivy learnt a lot about who Benji was and associated with. After a situation earlier on in the day regarding the "Hobo's" Ivy went to the Barrio to ask about what was happening, but a situation broke out between Hydra Gang and Vagos out of nowhere and bullets were flying, Ivy was hit so pulled out her gun and started firing back, once all of the Hydra Gang members were put down Erin Cox tried taking Flippy to Grandma's but saw one of the Vagos girlfriends holding them up, because Ivy didn't want to leave her fighting her own battle she held her gun up to them and made Erin remove Flippy from the car, because Ivy was dressed so innocent police overlooked her completely and started chasing the cars that were leaving. Hydra Gang was very unhappy that Ivy started shooting and helped put down one of their boys. So to stop a war from happening Benji and Flippy made a deal that the 2 girls involved would have a paintball match with 2 of their girls. When Benji heard that Ivy had done some shooting as a sport back in New Zealand, Benji got excited and took her to a secluded hill to see her aim. After 2 rounds of paintball and coming up victorious each time, the situation was then over.
Ivy and Benji had amazing memories together like winning the Taser Tag Championships, Ivy's first Store Robbery, Ivy's first Paleto, as well as Ivy's first race and many more to name! Unfortunately Ivy and Benji decided to end things due to Ivy asking Randy Bullet to "hang out" and there being many jealousy problems and too many restrictions on who Ivy can and cannot be friends with while dating Benji. Ivy was so scared to break up in person that she sent a text message instead ending things with Benji by leaving the keys to his mansion and property in the Barrio at his house.
Ivy has since started hanging out with her friends a lot more while making many more new ones.
Character Arc 3.0[]
After Waking up from the Big Boom, Ivy Took a 6 month Vacation back to her home town.
Once returned she made contact with her "ex Fiancé" Chloe Wolfe where they both found themselves Chopping Cars, Boosting Cars and Racing for the thrill and a means to make money, through that Ivy met a guy called Scott Gamble who Ivy would hang out frequently with and would then eventually Race in his Kanjo and get caught, go to prison and receive a strike point on his car. Ivy was only interested in being friends with Scott Gamble when Scott was pushing for more and getting extremely jealous which in turn ended their friendship. Ivy currently gathers materials for her friend Fernando Reyes (Mario).
Ivy also had made connection with Sam Baas the Chief of Police, where he pulled her over biking on the street, where they then exchanged numbers and agreed to go on a date together, at the time Baas tried to hide his identity by calling himself Henri King. Baas's plan was to have Ivy Contact his "second" phone number which was Henri King's number to send risky text messages, in hopes to show Baas's daughter Anita May to try break up Anita and Henri's relationship. Eventually Ivy figured out Baas was not Henri due to his cover being blown from many people who addressed him as Baas, Because the date didn't go as well as Ivy thought it should have in return for the texts, she asked Baas for a ridealong. However since Ivy had a record, Baas advised her that she'd need to wait for her record to be expunged or if she had a clean ID to use. Ivy acquired a fake ID under the name "Tiene Koski" and was able to continue a ridealong with Baas where she was able to see how the police do things and why they do things, giving her more understanding of how to handle the police and what to avoid doing to get caught.
Ivy wanted to experience more of the race scene, and not having a race car hindered her chances of that, so she took the initiative to go to the races and ask to ride passenger in one of the racers cars. This is where she met Dub Blunt who took her along as a passenger in his races. Their friendship flourished and have since done many things together like racing & boosting and helping Blunt where she can.
Since being in the race scene, she has reconnected with a lot of old friends, including Bobby Brown, who gave her a job opportunity at Bob Mulet Salon, selling Merchandise and working as a Beautician.
Ivy Has recently purchased a fully upgraded Brioso with numberplater "MILKIES".
