Charlotte "Charli" Woods is a loveable criminal. She is a glass half full kind of person, and often believes things will go well. When things go wrong, she tends to bury those thoughts and let people believe she is still optomistic. She was high command for Mortelle. She mostly spends her time trying to become tougher and stronger, and is a leader by nature.
She tries to let people know her name is spelt with an I, but still finds herself frustrated that people will spell it "Charley, Charly or Charlie".
Appearance[]
Charli is known by her pink hair, and is often mistakened for multiple other women. More often Cindy Tipton.
She started out in the city often wearing bright colours and revealing clothes, and eventually as her life got darker, decided to start making her outfits more influenced by how she feels that day. She often wears black and dark lipstick, but on days she's feeling flirty and fun she will turn back to her bright coloured roots.

Charli Woods was born March 1st, 1996. She grew up in a broken family in a lower income area of Toronto. She faced alot of hardships growing up. Her father left before she was born and her mother refused to let her know his identity. She stayed with her grandmother up until her death when Charli was 11 years old, as her mother was constantly working herself into a depression, never being around. Once her grandmother died, she raised her little half-brother Mac Owens JR, until she got into a relationship at the age of 16 and started to leave her brother with no guidance so that she could please her love and his love for crime. She stayed in this lifestyle until her brother was stabbed 8 times, and she realized she had not been paying attention to anything going on in his life. Once he recovered, she decided to leave the life behind, rob her boyfriend of all his money, and move her and her family to the United States. Once she felt her brother and mother we're in a more stable condition, she moved to Los Santos and decided to live life to the fullest and not let anyone else tell her she cannot.

| Becoming Mortelle |

| Charli had been wandering aimlessly, trying to find her place in Los Santos. She had gotten herself a job at UwU Café and made some friends doing so. This is where she met Cindy Tipton. Cindy told her she was the leader of Mortelle, an all girl gang, and Charli was intrigued right away. She was still new to the city, with not much criminal experience yet, and Cindy offered to show her the ropes sometime. Charli didn't want to embarrass herself infront of Cindy, so she started to do crimes more often with her UWU Cafe friends, mostly Leon "Monkey" Kent. After a few weeks of here and there conversation with Cindy and other girls from Mortelle, Charli started to be more persistant in talking to Cindy, and shortly after was asked if she was interested in hanging around.
After a few weeks hanging around, Charli was persistant with her dedication. She held her pain in, and showed a strong exterior to the other hangarounds in Mortelle during war with Royal Mafia, and kept the strength going even after betrayal. Cindy noticed this, and Charli was then promoted to prospect. Charli now spends her time in Mortelle guiding other hangarounds, recruiting and learning what it takes to be a true member of the gang. Lately, Charli has been showing much more initiative and has been dubbed Cindy's second hand. She recieved a promotion to full member and with full member recieved high command roles right away. She spends her time doing the most to better the gang, and being there for Cindy when things get rough. |
| Getting Raided |

| Cindy Tipton was going to be away from the city for a week, and with the threat of war on the rise, she decided to get a lot of things to hand to the prospects to use and make money to buy more. She gave it to Charli to disperse amongst the other prospects, contents including: 16 boxes of weed, 3 brownings, 2 molotovs, 2 grenades, bank tools, hacking tool, tracker disabler, lots of dirty money and a small supply of Oxy. Charli went to bed soon after storing all these things in her apartment and Glendale, and when waking up the next day, she decided she would start small and push some of the baggies she had left of her own supply at the Pink Cage. She had 2 potential hangarounds as her lookouts, and after putting 99 bags in the dumpster she started to push the 14 bags she had on her. When on her last bag, she asked for clearance and was given clearance, so she pushed, and almost immediately 5 cops rolled into the Pink Cage, trapping her in. They surrounded her and placed her into cuffs fairly quickly, and went straight for the dumpster Charli had been storing things in, finding the 99 bags. The officers connected the strain to Charli, and had probable cause as she was standing near the dumpster. After telling lawyers all she had, and being told by officers and lawyers she had a 97% chance of being raided, she decided to make a deal with the officers to consent to a raid as long as she didn't get drug trafficking. After being raided, she was charged with the following: Possession of Contraband in the Third Degree, Possession of Dirty Money in the First Degree, Felony Obstruction of Justice, Misdemeanor Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance OXY / Meth, Sale of Drugs, Felony Possession with intent to Distribute, 3x Criminal Possession of a Firearm (Class 1), 2x Possession of Explosives, Resisting Arrest, 2x Possession of a Molotov, Misdemeanour Possession of Thermite Charge(s), and Stockpiling. Resulting in 566 months in prison, and a fine of $167,000.00. |
| Blood Lady |

| After a few dates with Brett Maxwell, Charli became very intrigued with the idea of devil worshiping and blood sacrifices. They started going on dates to haunted locations, and messing around too much with the supernatural. Brett eventually called Charli to let her know she had became cursed, and with this, he tried to bring her to a ritual where she would remove the curse and remain a pure soul. During the start of the ritual, she let the "curse" take over her mind, and decided to stab Brett and let the curse take over her mind. She instantly ran to kidnap an easy target, and stabbed them and drank their blood to fuel the curse. People are unsure if the curse is real, or Charli convincing herself the curse is real. Often times when Charli feels weak, she preys on her enemys or innocent people and brings them to the tomb in the graveyard, stabbing them and drinking their blood claiming it makes the demon inside of her stronger.
After showing her daughter, Zia Anna, how she goes about sacrificing people to make herself stronger, Zia was intrigued and offered a mutual sacrifice to give Charli her alien blood and recieve her demon blood in return. They both obtained eachothers blood in rituals and exchanged it. They now believe if they want to gain someones strength, they can either sacrifice someone to the demonds or the aliens. |
| The End of Mortelle |

| After months of hard work, training and creating oppratunities for those in Mortelle, things started to go downhill. Things weren't progressin for the gang, and everyone started to get demotivated, leaving the city or putting their time into other things in the city that could progress for them. With Cindy being gone, and stress being on Charli's shoulders, she decided a break would be her best option. This would lead to her being impacted by the 2IC curse of Cindy Tipton (Where whenever Cindy is thinking of someone being in 2IC, or it is mentioned, they end up leaving). She left Los Santos after the end of the VFT war for a few months with her boyfriend Brett Maxwell to join him on his underground world tour, and spent time at the Vatican after being caught doing demon sacrifices in a holy place. When she returned to Los Santos, not much had changed for her, but she had found out that her gang had fallen apart and decided to disband. This left Charli in a limbo not knowing what to do with herself anymore. She spent her time doing miscellaneous crime with past Mortelle members, teaching her knowledge to newer criminals, and working at Lucky Plucker. |
