Tracy Martell was an Officer for the Unified Police Department/3.0, Badge #U-371.
Background Information
Often referred to as "Dr. Bitch", Tracy was formerly a cosmetic surgeon at Pillbox. During her time working for the hospital she developed a reputation for being incredibly abrasive towards patients and co-workers. She despised working at Pillbox with such fervor that she'd frequently stand on the sidewalk by the entrance in hopes that she'd be kidnapped just to avoid being alone at the hospital.
Tracy later resigned and became a dispatcher to spite her ex-girlfriend, Nettie Machete - an EMS turned criminal, for being married to a man. Vowing to one day become Chief of Police and put Nettie in jail, forever.
After joining the BCSO, Tracy became close colleagues with Randy Wrangler and adopted many of his mannerisms after appreciating his style of police work. She at one time was even mistaken for Wrangler as she looked, sounded, and acted like him. She later transferred to LSPD due to department politics preventing her from being promoted.
In September 2021 Tracy was turned into a vampire by Carmella Corset, kickstarting her vampire ark.
In December 2021 she proposed a platonic marriage to William Gunner with a ring she stole from Randy Wrangler's PD locker. He accepted.

"I will murder a man in front of everybody!!"' Although she was polite to them, Martell hardly ever addressed the MRPD parking attendants. But John Hydra managed to rub her the wrong way. The man proceeded by demanding she not drive at a particular speed or park in particular spots. Despite the fact that she was not only a real hired deputy but also someone higher than him in the ranking of hired personnel, he went above and beyond to treat her with extreme disrespect. She learned from a number of sources that the man had disrespected other police officers as well, not just her. She made aware Sheriff Kyle Pred of the events taking place while Hydra was validating her claims in front of the sheriff. Calling her names and talking over her. Later, she would notified Angel, who was responsible for of the attendants, regarding with the way he e had been acting. Kareem Lyon joining them with his account of what had happened with him also. |

When he was a cadet, Martell once gave him 100 HR points. Additionally, persuade Brittany Angel to revoke his solo cadet status and force him to return to cadet for one day. Angel, Martell, and Lydia Vale made the decision to hold a meeting with the "Estrogen Council" in the "Womb Room" (an office space in MRPD), where they invited all female PD officers, in order to evaluate Gunner. Martell transferred to the Los Santos Police Department on May 21, 2021, after realizing that being a deputy with the Blaine County Sheriff's Office would not further her career. And that she'd not be acknowledged for her achievements and, as a result, would not have been progressed. Afterwards, she submitted a transfer request. Despite the fact that she received a lot of negativity from Sheriff Kyle Pred as a result of the transfer, she maintained her head high and demonstrated to everyone how good she could be. Dean Quincy had become public enemy number one in the eyes of Martell. Especially after he had repeatedly lied to her about what he had been doing when she wasn't looking. Martell was on a mission to capture the man and take everything she could from him. She gathered as much information and evidence as she could on the man and his accomplices. She knew they were in the illegal drug trade and had discovered blood at the scene of a violent shootout where she suspected they had a warehouse. With what she had, she planned a raid on them. Quincy managed to get a phone call through to Guy Jones, informing him that they were about to be raided. Jones arrived at the warehouse soon after, but the cops arrived as well, and a shootout ensued. As a result, many cops went down in the altercation. But soon after Quincy and his associates were then taken to Bolingbroke Penitentiary to serve their time for their held until trial (the 9s). They were sentenced to 7 to 9 years in jail for Illegal Drug Trafficking. With this Martell was able to lead the largest drug bust/raid in Los Santos at the time. Taking down NBC and Quincy. |
| From Senior Supervisor to Sergeant |

Martell, like many other members of the force, had applied for the position of next Chief of Police. When Deputy Sam Baas discovered she was running for it as well, he approached her and offered her a high ranking command position with him if he won. After some time had passed, Baas was selected as Chief of Police. When he next approached Martell, he called her to his new office and told her that he sees her as a Sergeant and believes she would be successful in that position. Baas then proceeded to forget what he had told her and said the same thing three times later. The last was with Domenic Toretti and Lance Malton, his newly appointed Assistant Chief and one of his Captains. Martel and Dante Wolf were both assigned to the role of Senior Supervisors (Shift Supervisors) and would be put on as trial Sergeants. The two would have to be watched for the Sergeant post. Martell was kidnapped by four men with voices that've been altered dressed in white lab coats, shorts and flip flops with black and white stripped socks on their heads on August 5th, 2021. They transported her to a remote location and warned her that because she was too sexy, they would have to kill her. As they pointed class 2s at her, they ordered her to turn away. They then removed their socks to reveal their identities as Malton, Toretti, Baas, and Den Shiesty, and promoted her to Sergeant. |

Carmella Corset bit Martell's neck, transforming her into a vampire, on September 15th, 2021. She carried on with her life, oblivious to the fact that she had been turned, and even went back to work the next day. Except for the fact that her appearance and system had changed. Her dirty blonde hair has been abandoned for dark reddish black. Developing a strong sensitivity to both sunshine and fluorescent lighting. Along with an aversion to garlic and an unquenchable thirst. A shooting occurred one day while Martell and William Gunner were riding together. Gunner exited the vehicle and began firing, but was knocked down in the process. While he was down, he continued to make fun of Martell's condition, despite Martell's threats that if he continued to do so, she would bite him. He continued, and she bit his neck, transforming him into what she was. Martell eventually discovered (from Carmella) that she was a vampire, not someone suffering from Type 3 Diabetes. |
| The Day Martell Became the Chief |

Martell anticipated she would be the next Assistant Chief. She shaved her head and dressed in an outfit that was similar to his. It was, however, one of those Baas thengz that got turned against Martell. Baas caved in and after some loud and messy sobbing he granted her the four stars by Chief of Police Sam Baas to be the chief, for the day, on October 28th, 2021. All of this happened because Chief Baas hinted that if something happened to Assistant Chief of Police Domenic Toretti, she would take his place. Toretti was worried for a while that she might do something to him to get his rank, such as lying about his whereabouts, dressing up in a disguise and changing his voice. |

K9 proved tough for Martell to obtain from Trooper Jack Ripley. She had previously claimed to hate animals, particularly dogs. Ripley didn't believe she'd ever want to get the certification in the first place. Martell was serious about obtaining her canine. She thought it was something that would be valuable in her time zone. As there could only be two K9 certified officers on duty at the time, they were always busy with processing, court, or traffic violations. Martell demanded a meeting with Ripley the day she become Chief, and she dragged Domenic Toretti along. After much discussion, they felt it was time to add a third handler to be on duty Ripley told her to show up for the next K9 training day because he noticed she was serious about achieving her certification. On November 6th, 2021, Tracy Martell got her K9 and named her Roxxane. |

Martell and Trooper Jack Ripley partnered up more often and would be on K9 duty at the same time. As a result, Zero and Roxxane would often work together. One day Martell thought that the dogs were lonely and opened the gate to their kennels to let them hang out. After their first vet appointment, Martell got the news that her suspicions were true and that Roxxane was pregnant. Although Martell suspects that she had been pregnant since before she even got Roxxane. Ripley who had been present during the appointment heard the news and began accusing Martell of negligence and not taking responsibility on his side. |

The interactions between Martell and Trooper Jack Ripley have always been interesting. Since they started riding together, they've cycled between flirting and fighting with one other. Martell wanted to make Ripley feel bad by telling him she had been holding a present for him after Ripley took back the diamond he had given Martell as a Christmas present for stupid reasons. She went looking for Ramee El-Rahman in the hopes of obtaining Chang Gang merch, which Ripley would have appreciated. When she couldn't find anything, she considered the next big thing: The Mandem merch. Dubbing them the Walmart version. Despite her multiple requests, Dean Quincy was unable to provide her with a chain. Finally, she came up with the idea of rummaging through her colleagues' lockers for anything she thought Ripley might like. She discovered a diamond engagement ring in Randy Wrangler's PD locker and grabbed it for herself. Using it to propose to her best friend, William Gunner. She proposed the next time she ran into him, December 9th, 2021. And he agreed to be in a platonic relationship with her. Wedding plans are in the works. |

Martell was involved in a big court case in which Ernest Kaminski and John Riggs were pitted against their roommate. She was questioned about her relationship with Riggs and the events of a private meeting between the two, during which she said that the two would maintain a "professional" relationship moving forward. Martell has been known to publicly hate Nathaniel Greyson. Time and time again butting heads with the man who has not been fair with her. Once trying to get her suspended for telling him to "suck her whole ass". To which he did not succeed. Another time he put a warrant out on her for contempt which she successfully evaded. On July 11, 2022, Martell is once more on the run. Grayson was unfairly conducting himself in a court case with Pred vs PD in regards to Martell. Telling her to leave the court despite her being there to help Pred in the case. She then preceded to punch Gronberto Grizwaltstein in the face before she left because he made a snark remark at her expense. Because of this Greyson decided to put out a warrant out on her for contempt. Richard Dark quickly ran after her to get her arrested but she drove away. Wynona Fontaine called her and offered up her "home" so she could stay hidden. Martell has decided to take on a different personality on duty her next shift. The monthly repayments were becoming too much for Martell. She was continuing to work her regular hours, but with cop salaries the way they were, she was just not generating enough to pay back the loans that her son, Marlo, had granted her. That, and the MEN in her harem, were not even trying to contribute to the payments. As a result, Martell began to struggle, ultimately deciding to stop making loan payments and abandon the house al together. The loan company took a million dollars from her, effectively bankrupting her. She was compelled to move in with her now ex-submissive, Riggs, who was staying with Kaminski, Peach, and a few other PD members. |

As Martell struggled to pay her loan payments, she realized how useless the men in her harem had already become. Not only were they not making a contribution to the home loan, but they were also growing increasingly distant from her. She would go days without ever seeing or speaking to them. So Martell made the decision to let go of the men who were wasting her time and breaking her heart. Martell first ended her relationship with Riggs, then with Ripley and Fingle. Severing ties with Vingle regardless of the fact that he is not present. With all of that, Martell was left with only her fiancé, Gunner, in her harem. |

LSPD High Command met for an important meeting where they discussed the department's purpose and how to deal with certain individuals. One of the issues that stayed with them was the offer of joining Cerberus and signing the contract in order to become part of Cerberus. The Chief of Police, Sam Baas, seems to really bring up this topic as a minor thing to bring up for them to consider since they were all talking about unrelated matters. Many LSPD HC members voiced their opinions on the subject, all of whom agreed that joining Cerberus would be a terrible idea. Martell was part of the members of the group who believed that joining Cerberus would give the powerful criminals additional control over them than necessary. In the end, what bothered her the most concerning the contract was that the Chief was going to be having meetings with Lang Buddha and the others in Cerberus and making these significant decisions without first consulting or even caring about the opinions of his High Command. Since she was a Captain in High Command, one of the things that bothered her constantly was the man's apparent lack of interest in what she had to say about the LSPD. A rank that he had given her especially because he believed that she would fit the rank more efficiently and successfully than anybody else and because he trusted her with his department. Nonetheless, Martell continued to carry on with her daily business until she next saw Baas, who revealed to her that he had in fact signed the contract. Proclaiming that he made the decision for the benefit of the department and stating that anyone who dares to disagree with it is free to leave the LSPD. This was Martell's breaking point. The thing that sets her off. Where she went around the whole of MRPD declaring to the other members of LSPD that their Chief of Police had in fact signed the contract without involving them in the major decision and that they were going to be "guzzling Cerberus/Lang Buddha cum" while wearing a "beer" helmet that contained said "cum". |

Martell had grown weary of Baas completely disregarding her and the other members of his High Command. The breaking point, however, did come with the revelation that he had signed them all over to Cerberus under a basic and vague contract. After that, she went around announcing to everyone what had happened and openly declared her intention to resign from the LSPD and join one of the two sheriff's departments. She headed over to speak to Sheriff Toretti, but he was preoccupied making preparations for an event for his department at the movie theater, so the conversation was not really going in a direction that was persuading Martell that his department would have been the right one for her. Toretti did offer her a simple transfer, but he didn't support lateral transfers, so she would have to accept a position as a Lieutenant. Having followed their conversation, Martell had a talk with her best friend Owen Svensen, where he stated that she would be a good addition to the department (Sandy Shores Sherrifs Office). All of this was taking place as Baas made the decision to take a weeklong vacation and appointed Brian Knight, formerly a lieutenant, as the temporary chief of police. Carmine was subsequently named as Knight's assistant chief. Both Baas and Knight completely disregarded the fact that there were also other top-ranking officers who were more qualified. Something else that frustrated Martell because of how poorly she got along with Carmine and Knight. In the absence of Baas, she started speaking with some of the other members of the LSPD High Command while evaluating what her options would be in the future. In a private conversation, Jeffrey Bundy informed her of his intention to remove Baas as Chief. Getting the Senate to open voting for a new police chief. Essentially arranging a coup. Sheriff Pred was also invited to the conversation by the two, and he agreed with their plan of action. Brian Knight was monitoring this when he noticed Bundy, Martell, and Pred's blips were gathered together. Brian went to them to find out what they had been discussing. He suspected what they were discussing so he could go to inform Baas when he came back to tell him who was really "loyal to the cause". Martell walked away from Bundy, believing that even though she doesn't want to be fully involved in his plans, she isn't opposed to them. Martell then requested to speak with Pred, allowing Gunner, her fiancé, to join them. Pred offered Martell the opportunity to keep her Captain rank and be fully involved in departmental affairs in addition to being incredibly honest with her. A quality she never really possessed while working for the LSPD. |

Martell made the conscious decision to wait until Bass returned so that she could talk directly with him face - to - face and finally see for herself what he really thought of her true feelings about everything that had been going on. Demi Black wanted to join her because she was also experiencing problems in the department. The two made the journey to Sandy Shores where, since his return, Bass had been having meetings on boats at Alamo Sea. Despite the fact that the women entered with a calm demeanor, Baas appeared a little confrontational when they patiently explained how they had been feeling in light of the events that had just taken place. Martell and Demi immediately and rationally decided to leave the LSPD and join PBSO after the meeting. Going back to MRPD to meet with Pred to inform him of the incident and request to see whether he would welcome them as he had originally proposed.
