CLean Manor is owned by Lang Buddha and co-owned by the Cleanbois members, the construction and renovation of the Manor is finished and ready to move in on June 22, 2021. The manor is a home for the Cleanbois and also serves as a meeting place for Cleanbois members & Associates.
The manor worth $3 Million and the purchase is to be completed with an interest free $100k weekly repayment over 30 weeks, shared between Lang Buddha, Tony Corleone, Yuno Sykk, Raymond Romanov, and Mickey S.
Lang Buddha has declared that the Manor is a neutral/mutual ground for all gang-related affairs.

"The Manor was first built in 1944 by the famous movie mogul Jake Woltz of Woltz studios. Woltz invested 11 million dollars into the construction of the home and enjoyed it until his death in 1978. The Manor was put up for sale but since no one could afford it once adjusted for inflation the Manor fell into a state of disrepair and remained vacant until 2020 when it was purchased by successful businessman and 'entrepeture' Mr. Lang Buddha and his associates. Construction and renovations by Dark0 Construction Corp. on the Manor took over 8 months before Mr. Buddha and his family could move in."
The GG House[]
Gulag Gang and the Cleanbois have always had a close relationship given GG's leader Jean "X" Paul's status as a Cleanboi and a member of the family.
With Gulag Gang's numbers growing, they had been actively searching for a building that could serve as the central headquarters for the gang.
On February 22, 2022, Lang Buddha called X after their 2nd successful Casino Heist and offered him and his gang to use the Clean Manor's Guest House. However the guest house (or the GG House as Lang called it) had fallen in disarray and still needed to be renovated before anyone could set foot inside.

| BBMC & EAST SIDE VAGOS (ESV) WAR |

| On 11th July 2021, Benji Ramos, Chino Gonzalez and Ash Ketchup were having a conversation at the parking lot when suddenly a BBMC prospect, Chain appeared. Benji started to mess with him and make jokes about how a Vagos prospect could clap their whole club which angered the prospect. Dundee and the prospect later meet Benji, Chino and Ash at the Manor to talk about it and the prospect defending himself saying he took the club seriously and won't allow anyone to trash-talk the club. Unfortunately, the situation escalated quickly when the prospect later shot Benji, Chino & Ash Ketchup not knowing that he shot two of Vagos highest ranks (vice el Jefe & el Capitan) and Benji's girlfriend, Ash. Benji later declares war against BBMC. Dundee decided to meet Benji at the Vagos Barrio to settle the issue, with Raymond acting as a mediator between them as the shootout happened at the CB Manor. Benji ordered Dundee to hand over the prospect to the Vagos to end the war which Dundee refused to do so and wishes to take the fall instead as he stated that the prospect merely acted as he supposed to (protecting the club) under his own order. Benji was clearly disappointed as he sees Dundee prioritizes a mere prospect over their friendship and Raymond agrees with Benji too. The Vagos punished Dundee instead, the incident severed the ties between Dundee and Benji & Ash, potentially between BBMC & Vagos too. Dundee also lost his two important BBMC members, Riley (Former Vice Prime Minister) and Malakai (Former Patched Member) that day caused by the incident. When Lang found out about the shootout, he banned all gang-related or non-CB related meetings at the Manor. |
| LANG BUDDHA'S WARRANTS |

| On 8th September 2021, Lang had three warrants on him (2x evading, 1x attempt killing government employee x3 with his DNA on the scene), he was laying low trying not to get caught by the cops. Unfortunately, he was last seen on the Manor ground by the cops so they brought backups to the Manor in an attempt to arrest him. Dean Watson & Leslie Lindberg attempted to save Lang but Dean was detained while trying to access the front door while Leslie managed to get away from the scene. Dean was released shortly after by Sam Baas. Lang managed to get out from the Manor through the backyard wall on the dirt hill and was saved by Tony Corleone, who was waiting for him with the R8 behind the wall. No shootout was involved and the cops didn't breached the manor as they don't have any breaching tools yet. |
| NAOMI KENT'S MURDER CASE |

| First Round On 22nd September 2021, Lang, Tony, and Mickey were caught by the cops after robbing the vault (Jean Paul successfully escaped). While Tony and Mickey were sentenced to the prison, Lang was on hold as he is the main murder suspect for the murder of Naomi Kent, a Burger Shot employee, and potentially will get the 9's until his trial. Chief of Police, Baas revealed that they have the search warrant to all Lang's properties to find the murder weapon and initiated the raid convoy, bringing Lang with them to access the stash. Upon hearing that Lang will get the 9's and the PD is conducting a raid on Lang's properties, Jean Paul, Dundee, Benji and Yuno arrived at the Manor to defend the Manor and to save Lang. Yuno later didn't want to get involved as he didn't have a gun with him and barely managed to escape with his Sultan through the main back gate during the intense shootout. |

| Chang Gang members breached Gulag Gang + Cleanbois Yuno heist team at the vault, robbing them most of their vault loots which resulting ocean-dumping Hutch by X, the CG-GG war was initiated from 29th October 2021 - 1st November 2021. CG organized "X games" which requires any participant to collect all four big gangs chain (BSK, Vagos, Mandem, and Chang Gang) plus assasinate X with a picture of him dead as a proof to win 1 Million Dollar. Although initially the Cleanbois did not want to get involved with the war between CG and GG even though Yuno was involved plus also robbed by CG members, they changed their mind after seeing the X games advertisement in the Twatter. The Cleanbois have decided they would not get involved in the war however will protect X from getting hunted by the whole city for the X games as Lang consider X as part of a Cleanbois too. One day, while on the phone with X about cancelling their heist at the Manor, Lang and Mickey was ambushed by Francis, a member of Chang gang with two other people. They were apparently looking for X for the games. X at the end of the phone heard the distressed sound from Lang and immediately understood that they are under attack. Shortly after, X, Marty and Kratos reached the Manor and were looking for Lang. They did not know how many were involved thus shooting anyone who is not a Cleanbois. The shooting caused Francis to shoot both Lang and Mickey down immediately. Eventually, X, Marty, and Kratos managed to take all the intruders out and called for an EMS for the intruders. Marty took Lang and Mickey the hospital and called Tony as requested by Lang to alert him that the Manor is being targeted. Tony also got information from AP that Hutch told him, Chang Gang would have no problem to get Cleanbois involved in the war if X use the Manor as his safe house which cause Cleanbois to increase the security at the Manor. However, Cleanbois was not involved deeply in the war as X was not around in the city enough to engage with Chang Gang. |
| COKE GAME ARC + DEALING WITH SOFIA |

| On 2nd November 2021, Vinny called Lang about their common enemy in the coke game, Sofia Castellano. Lang then invited Chang Gang to the manor to discuss this issue and how they have to deal with it. Speedy and Leslie Lingberg joined the meeting as well to explain how Sofia has also caused them problems. Vinny revealed that Sofia info dumped them about everything that Lang and Mickey did during the their initial meeting and that she provided the codes to actually get the coke when the power goes out, Sofia also planned to snitch to the cops about the whole coke operation. They discussed whether they have to kidnap her and read through her texts about how much she actually knew to actually come up with a strategy to deal with her later. They also thought about ocean-dumping her and talking with the Puppet Master to get her banned from boosting as it was the cause of her shenanigans. Cleanbois and Chang Gang also suggest an absurd idea that Mickey or Vinny should marry Sofia, and make her unable to testify against them. Ultimately, they came to realize that none of these ideas would work as they would just lead to more problems and would rile up Sofia more as she currently has nothing to lose, and would possibly piss off her husband, Otto Delmar who initially gave the info to them on how the coke game works. Otto then suddenly showed up to the meeting to confirm that he did not care about what they would do to Sofia. Realizing that Sofia did all of this because she has her back against the wall and naively thinking that selling out cocaine information and snitching everyone involved to the cops will get her to become immune to crime, Otto decides that he will tell the coke informant to move his location, getting rid of all the leverage that Sofia had to the cops. All of them finally agree with Otto's solution, adjourn the meeting, and brace for any situation. Luckily for them, Sofia would prove to be non-threathening to them, and they have not heard from her since. |

| On 5th November 2021, members and associates of Cleanbois use their knowledge of illegal weed plantations owned by various cartels from big gangs across the city to step up in the weed game, to steal other weeds without having to go through the hassle of planting them. However, due to awkward encounter with Chang Gang members at their weed plantation, Lang and Dean came up with an idea, the Harvest festival. Lang organized a meeting at the Manor and invited all gangs that were involved in the weed game including the Cleanbois, CG, Rooster's Reef, Vagos, Lost MC, and Eugene to propose the idea. The idea was well received by all of the groups as the Festival is considered as an open season for stealing each other weed without worrying about initiating potential war in between them. The rules of Harvest Festival were discussed and agreed upon in the meeting. The rules were; the Festival stays up North, no war declaration, helping a downed member/opponent to avoid getting caught and charged by the cops, a party of six is allowed for both hunting other group's plantation and to defend their own plantation, and if they plan on dealing interfering cops, the two extra members have to retreat as rule of four still applied outside the festival. The festival was held for five days. |
| LANG BUDDHA'S TRAFFIC STOP |

| On 7th November 2021, Trooper Ripley and Sr. Deputy Dan Faily pulled Lang over for speeding. Ripley initially wanted to issue a speeding ticket however the situation escalated quickly as Ripley checked his MDW and mentioned to Lang that Lang's driving licence is currently suspended and he will be arrested for it, this made Lang frustrated and fled from the situation leading to an intense chase. After more cops joined the chase, Lang had no choice but went to the Manor as it was the closest for safety. After struggling to lose the non-stop pitting from the cops, Lang managed to get inside the Manor and locked the main gate thus the PD had no choice but to let the SWAT team breaching the Manor. Lang managed to evade the SWAT team while they breaching each of the member's room by using the secret door connecting the rooms. Lang felt that he will eventually be caught if he stays as the SWAT team is still in the Manor while the other cops is waiting for him to come out outside so he took a very risky chance and decided to escape to the outside and as predicted, he was immediately chased by the cops. He managed to evade the tackles and break the cuffs for few times but unfortunately the number of cops was overwhelming and he was finally caught. Mickey was unable to help as he was immediately detained when he woke up inside the Manor in the middle of the raid, and was released soon after Lang was caught by the PD. Lang was only sentenced for 44 months which baffled some of the cops that it took almost the entire PD including the SWAT team to arrest him just for a traffic stop. |
| LANG BUDDHA'S WEED RUN |

| On 15th November 2021, Lang was in the middle of the weed run when Brian Knight chased him for a traffic stop. Lang did not want to risk his weed run thus he shot Brian down and fled. Shortly after, the backup cops were chasing him. After the intense chase, Lang was gunned down when he tried to escape by swimming in the ocean. Search warrant to the Lang's properties was issued, including the Manor. Meanwhile, Mickey found Baas already waiting in front of the front main gate and Baas barred him from going inside and told him that there's an incoming raid for Buddha's warrant. Upon hearing the news, Mickey decided to give the PD a proper warm welcome to the Manor while the main intention was to clean their public stash and he managed to snuck into the Manor by using the main gate at the back, evaded the cops. Mickey immediately emptied the public stash of all illegal items inside the office into the secret stash but left a few illegal items behind as a "bait". Eventually, PD raided the Manor and found Mickey already waiting for them sitting on the dinner table with a welcome banner. Although Mickey did not mean any harm, he was temporarily apprehended so the search can be conducted peacefully. He complied with the cops as he believe there's no serious illegal stuff inside their public stash and there's nothing to worry about anymore. The secret stash in the tower was almost exposed when cops managed to get inside the defense tower by using the grappling gun however Baas immediately told them to get out from the tower as they have no valid reason to check the tower as there is no shootout. Lang was initially sentenced for 258 months but served only 120 months + 516 months parole. |
| JEAN PAUL'S TRAFFIC STOP |

| On 3rd December 2021, Jean Paul was being pulled up in a traffic stop, not wanting to deal with it, he fled. While trying to lose the cops, Lang called him. After explaining his situation on the phone, Lang asked Jean to come to the manor as the rest of the CB members were there to help him out and hold the Manor down until the storm. As soon as Jean Paul reached the Manor, he initiated the shootout by shooting the cops that were initially chasing him to the manor, leading other cops led by Wrangler attempted to breach the Manor after getting the 13-A alerts without any ideas that there were other CB members inside the Manor waiting to ambush them. CB members soon engaged shootout with the cops trying to protect Jean and also defending the Manor from breach, Jean however was shot down early in the middle of the shootout. CB members managed to bring down almost the majority of the involved cops however the intense shootout was forcefully stopped without any conclusion as the storm hit the city. |

| On 10th December 2021, Tony and Mickey were selling some illegal guns at Dean's World however their activity was exposed by Wrangler as someone reported it to the police. Both of them managed to escape however Tony felt like he will be raided soon as he did not wear a complete disguises and did not change his voice thus allowed Wrangler to identify him and issued a warrant on him. Worried about his stash, Tony accompanied by Raymond checked on his apartment first however he found out that he is currently locked out from it indicating that the cops will commence a raid on his properties, shocked with the apartment lockdown, Tony immediately drove to Paleto to check on his house shared with his wife, Tori. While Tony and Raymond checked on the Paleto's house, they suddenly got ambushed by an officer prompting them to surrender. Both of them soon engaged in an intense chase with two interceptors and successfully escaped to Sandy Shore, regrouping with the boys planning for the next step. Tony however after discussing with his lawyer, chose to surrender, came to MRPD and was on held in prison for 24 hours but the Manor was raided anyway. No one was in the Manor except Bjorn trapped in the defense tower during the official Manor raid but unable to do anything to avoid revealing the secret stash location inside the tower, Bjorn however was able to hear some important part of the cops conversation and see through some of the action through one-way glass window near the main door. The raid was fruitless since the public stash is cleared except for an illegal rotten salmon which is apparently a protected species thus the Manor owners especially Lang who owns a restaurant could be potentially charged with poaching. |

Trivia & Notes[]
- The defense tower can be accessed through secret door on 1st floor (beside the door of the gaming room) and on 2nd floor (in front of Saab's room) of the Manor.
- There is a hidden door connecting the Lang's and Saab's room in the closet, Tony's room has a hidden door beside his streaming pc setup leads to the bathroom next door, a small hidden room beside the lower garage indoor entrance, and lastly hidden garage door in the lower garage leads to the underground tunnel.
- If any of the Manor key holders issued a raid warrant by the cops, they will be immediately removed from the key-holder list to avoid getting the Manor involved.
- The most wanted terrorist, Yung Dab and the Mayor of Los Santos (June Election 2021), Denzel was sitting in the same room during OG and new Cleanbois members hangout at the fireplace which seen as ironic by the members.
