Louis Bloom is a Sergeant for the Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office, Badge #360.
Prior to the 2023 PD Restructure, Bloom was an Officer for the Davis Police Department, Badge #180.
Prior to that he was a Sergeant for the Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office, Badge #360.
Personality[]
Known to be sarcastic in nature, Bloom is a free-range police officer who aims to provide the city of Los Santos with justice. He self-claims to be fearless, having experienced being shot, kidnapped, and ocean dumped countless times. He has suffered multiple panic/anxiety attacks due to his PTSD that had been inflicted on some of these occasions. He is "the perfect man, a golden god." As a part of this persona of being perfectly fine, Bloom typically bottles up his emotions and keeps them to himself including his current partner, Lily Pond. When things get too stressful for Bloom, he tends to take drugs to distract himself and keeps it to himself until he has had time to either calm down or process.
Along with Lea Nova and his self-proclaimed idol Randy Wrangler, Bloom thoroughly enjoys "pumping," or escalating minor infractions to large scale drug/weapon busts.
Background Information[]
Louis Bloom before becoming a police officer was working with the Vagos as a clean man. He also sold lockpicks for Arush Patel Santana (Speedy) which was under the business name of "Locky Lou's." Juan Carlos Hernandez (Flippy) often tried to get the source of who was making the lockpicks by torturing Bloom. Bloom also sold guns to the Littlemans and reported to the police that the gun had been stolen.
Louis Bloom later went on to live a crime free life by doing LivePD, where he had taken a few rides along with both Lenny Hawk and Cletus Cornwood. He would use his camera outside of LivePD to catch people doing crimes and then either snitch on the individual or sell the information to the officers of the PD. Bloom felt as if most police officers had not done their job properly, so he decided to join the police force himself.

- After being dropped into the blades of a helicopter by the Blocks, Bloom developed a fear of helicopters.
- Has a lower back tattoo that reads 'Ride Forever' in reference to his love of patrolling as a motor unit on duty. It definitely doesn't have any other connotations, why are you laughing?
- Owns a Police Taurus with matching plates with Edward Thatch, NOTBLOOM and NOTMOOSE, for unknown reasons.
