Billy Sprinkle is a character role-played by BananaDuck.

Billy Sprinkle is a self-described "hobo gangster" and criminal mastermind. His criminal repertoire includes drug-dealing, robberies, mayhem, and arson. Billy is an OG member of The Families and was part of the hobo group that lived near the Vanilla Unicorn Strip Club.

Background[]

Personality[]

Despite his low IQ, Billy is quite eloquent and is known to handle risky situations by talking his way out of them. However, after more than a year of staying in The Families, Billy believes he has become smart and responsible with his actions as his goal in the gang is to be a respected OG. He is usually known for random acts of violence like smashing his head against walls and stabbing people - an act that he has since substituted for hammer attacks instead. Because of his charming character, Billy is able to make good relations for the gang and recently nicknames himself "hood diplomat" not too long after.

Billy only smells of a bin if one is downwind of him and loves wearing shirtless showing his unique physique, much to the disdain of some of his fellow homies, especially OG Carter Dennis Banx.

History[]

His birth was not an easy one. His mother was not aware of her pregnancy with Billy. She thought for months that she had gained weight and that this was the reason for her enormous belly. One day, he fell out of her straight into the toilet and was left there alone for a few days. During this time he built up an extreme tolerance to bleach thanks to his diet of toilet cleaner and cigarette butts.

While they have not been seen in the city, Billy has made some colorful claims in regard to his family tree. He had a mother, called Gilly Sprinkle, who worked as a prostitute in order to ensure her son could wear Nike Air Maxes in the 1990's. The last time he saw her, he allegedly left her in a taxi cab in the hot desert of Las Vegas. She couldn't open the doors with her arthritis and allegedly this is what caused her death. None of these allegations have so far been proven in a court of law. He has a grandfather called Wilbur Sprinkle who refers to him as a waste of biological material.

Relationships[]

Billy prides himself in his ability to move throughout various groups in the city, as all could benefit from the company of their own resident hobo.

The Hobos[]

Months of searching, Billy has found the company of fellow hobos Kyle Brovloski and Antonio Reyes under the bridge near the Vanilla Unicorn. He and Kyle adopted a young Goblin who then betrayed them for a life of honest work at Rooster's Rest, a betrayal that has broken Billy's heart. Billy has aided in growing the hobo family via accompanied Kyle in his Hobo Boxing tournaments, robbed unsuspecting delivery drivers, and administered top secret initiation trials that are rumored to involve bridges and electrical transformers. After Kyle and Goblin have gone missing for months, Billy returned to the streets alone until he was picked up by his longtime best-est friend and gang leader of The Families, Dexx Martin.

The Families[]

After months of keeping his eyes on the streets out of respect and love for Dexx Martin, Billy was jumped into GSF and holds the rank of OG G. GSF is the only gang to ever take Billy under their wing which has inspired his loyalty as he does not fear they will leave for cigarettes and move to Mexico. He is a security guard at the Vanilla Unicorn. Billy was told to "never change" by Dexx, and has continued to make his mark on the streets of Los Santos with his own unique brand of hobo mayhem while defending his family and turf should the need arise.

Billy has become a homeowner for a year, and has previously shared the house with Lavante Lamano. Despite giving up his bin boxes at the homeless camp for shelter in GSF, Billy proudly believes he's still living the "homeless lifestyle" as he tells visitors that he brought the streets with him with what looks like a mess of a crack house turned "escape room". Billy's house has soon become infamous in the city for its "particular design". He now lives with a new roommate and old friend from London, Arthur Deel. Marge, a mysterious spirit that inhabits a mannequin still stays in their living room.

New Relatives[]

While his own biological family has more or less abandoned him, Billy has a knack for picking up new chosen family. Besides his Grove Street Family, Billy has acquired an uncle, James Randal, who refers to him as Ricky. He has also been adopted by Gordon Parks as a grandson as they both have a passion for riding lawnmowers on Forum Drive. Billy also adopted LSPD Officer Frank Williams as his adoptive brother after being longtime frenemies with each other. Months missing, Billy reunited with Goblin and took him as his son. Not too long after a DNA test, Billy also found his long lost son Tony Block and his ex-wife/husband John Television, who apparently also served in Vietnam with Billy.

Months after the economic crash, Billy reunited with Fiona Stewart, his first adoptive mother upon his first time visit to the city. He was again readopted and gave him the keys to her home, the Bean Manor.

Notable Events[]

Demoted to Baby G[]

After countless stealing, chasing, and wrecking Microphone's car, the Donk, Billy and Microphone's brotherly feud escalated, from Microphone's one day in ICU to Drew being caught in crossfire (Microphone shoots Drew and Carter in frustration towards another car prank by Billy). Billy gets demoted to Baby G after disobeying OG DK's order (prior to the shooting) not to mess with the car.

Poop Shoots[]

After the BSK/GSF war, a drunk Dexx granted Billy his commitment to playing poop shoots together, a long-held promise made during their first meeting in prison. Poop shoots is a game of racing one's poop in the canals. Dexx won and proceeded to shoot the bridge lights with Billy.

The Weed Farmer[]

Since the new farming tools have been introduced to the city, Billy has found passion in growing and selling weed. Soon he earned himself reputation to be able to name a new weed strain, the "Mary jANE oBAMMA", after his 'dead' ex-wife. Even if his strain isn't chosen to distribute in the weed cartel, Billy was given a task to be one of the main growers for The Families. Two weeks later, Billy gave up on their operation shortly after two large-scale grow ops were compromised by police authorities. The last event that broke the camel's back was the compromised grow on Burn Island.

A month later, after the civil war, Billy has been growing his own weed instead, naming it "Billy Sprinkle's Weed". He later renamed it after being caught by PD.

The Families' Civil War[]

The May-June 2022 Civil War has largely affected Billy in his state in The Families. After learning about Drew’s contempt, he contested to kill Drew himself but was unsuccessful in fully killing him. He soon left the set after he learned that Drew is still around the set fighting against the Ballas. Billy then came around after being convinced by Dexx and grabbed a small victory for the gang in a day. After that day, he was not found in the set again, as he couldn’t still stand Drew’s presence. Following the back to back wars against Gulag Gang, Drew's blood out, and Ty’s quick promotion to Shotcaller, Billy has been stealthily growing weed for himself and slowly returned back to the set after Ty’s blood out.

Mulling on The Families’ State[]

Billy received the news of a Street Team war after finding a bunch of their members pointing guns at his doorstep. While Billy was able to make a ceasefire for the day, he was also distraught knowing the state of the family as it has become broken by Drew, and that a new war has started against the Ballas after he found out that Chamberlain Hills was occupied by the enemy. With Dexx missing and being confused with all the members’ decisions, Billy declared a new set of his own around his house and called it the “Republic of Billy”, in response to the members who he seem that have left him.

As he waited for Dexx on his doorstep, Billy saw Gunner taunting and telling him that he [Gunner] found no gangsters in Forum. Enraged, Billy decided to shoot Gunner and a shootout started between Billy versus the cops, with fellow GSF member LJ backing Billy up. After the time in prison and feeling lost, Billy and LJ met with Ty, who told the two he stepped up to recoup back the gang, to which Billy refused as he is told that Drew is still going to live through the wars. Billy believed the other members of the Family supporting Drew, and decided to lay low from the gang. He soon then wandered around the city drunk and met with some HOA friends in Liquid Library for company.

After he was taken back to his house by HOA member Gillea, Billy met Tony Block on his porch and begged for a lock pick. He soon got called up by Tony again, this time, joining him in a getaway vehicle to save Mike Block. Hanging with the Blocks soon turned into a bank robbery, a crime activity both parties were new into. All of their group went into prison afterwards.

Shooting Drew[]

Billy shoots Drew point-blank

Point-blank shooting

Released from prison, Billy rushed straight to the casino, as he learned from calling Dexx that him and the rest of the family were having a meeting at the roof, including Drew. On the casino roof, Ty saw Billy approach them and immediately held Billy off, telling him to take a second chance at the moment. Nonetheless Billy ignored Ty and shot Drew while he was having a conversation with Dexx. Billy was then shot and incapacitated by Carter right after shooting Drew. Realizing Drew will still live through the war and everyone still fine with the decision, Billy declared his refusal to help the gang and stormed off the set.

The next day Billy went to Ottos Autos and met with James Arsenal for a gun deal. While being there, he also met with Mila Smoak, Drew’s daughter, and Billy made separate talks with them as they are good friends with the Family. From there, Billy also learned that both weren’t swayed by each other’s decisions and so Billy stuck with his original plan to kill Drew. On the way back, he met with Tony Block and hung around the city.

He soon found Drew at the Pillbox Hospital and decided it was shoot on sight. After successfully incapacitating Drew with a doubled-barreled shotgun, Billy feared for his life as he was also found by other fellow GSF members who were hunting him by orders of Drew. A car chase and shootout took place in the freeway and ended up somewhere in Vinewood Hills, where Billy and Tony were shot up. As they were loaded on the back of the Land Cruiser, the GSF members and Drew, who was part of the hunting group, were immediately found by the police. A chase ensued for almost an hour until the gang was caught. Billy was sent back to prison after being found to be involved in the prior shootout.

Short Victory[]

Leaving prison, Billy called up Dexx hoping he could tell him his choice to leave the gang. Before Billy was able to tell him, Dexx managed to convince him to join the fight being his best friend. Dexx also promised him he won’t get shot as long as he is alive. Billy, knowing he owed his life to Dexx, returned back to the set and was given a task to revive a downed Drew. Billy hesitantly complied and brought Drew to grandma’s but not before he shot up 2 Ballas members following them. Billy and Drew returned to the set with Drew tending to his wounds and Billy joining the war with new vigor. The battle ended with a ceasefire, with GSF taking a victory for the night. Billy was not seen again after that firefight for weeks.

At the near end of the Ballas war, Billy was found by Dre, a fellow GSF member, sneaking out of his house and taking his belongings back to Alta St. Apartments. He explained to Dre that he could never be around too long with the war going on with Drew at the helm. Dre empathized with him and told Billy he’ll still be an OG in his eyes as he bode goodbye. Billy wasn’t found around the set for 2 months.

Billy Unchanged[]

Billy returned back to the city, reconnecting with James and Mila at Otto’s Autos and for a gun business. In there, Billy received the news of the another GSF war against GG. He also found out about Drew’s blood-out but was disappointed to find out he is still alive. At Otto’s, he also reunited with Kitty and found another disappointment about the gang, where their attitudes have changed as he heard from her that her boyfriend was bullied at the Gulag Gang's gas station by GSF members. He also learned about their newfound aggressiveness against familiar groups like NBC through James, who is also an NBC member. Billy blames these attitudes to Drew and still reinstated his vendetta to kill him. Mila, being Drew’s daughter and even Sarah Ableton, Drew's ex-wife, protested against it, however Billy was unchanged with the decision.

A month later, Billy had a chat with Carter and convinced Billy to come back to the set. Billy aired his problems of the current state of the gang, and while Carter agreed with him, he also said to Billy that they were still GSF members who made the gang stay alive while during the wars and and are young’ins of the gang who were in need of guidance. Billy suggested himself wanting to be an Enforcer, telling Carter that he would be able to set the young’ins straight with him in a respected position. But much to his dismay, Carter rejected it, telling Billy his promotion won’t happen soon after the Ty fiasco (Ty jumping from Goon to Shotcaller problem). Billy resigned to Carter’s decision but slowly returned to his old Piss Pad.

Billy Wheelchair Arc[]

Billy was chased down by PBSO Deputy Crystal Clear from a house that he robbed. During the chase, Billy immediately encountered a car accident where he was flung off from a notable height down the freeway. He was soon treated at the hospital after not being found by Clear, and felt his legs were not working for a while. Billy bought a wheelchair and thought it to blame his accident on Clear on who he calls "The Crippler". While on a wheelchair, Billy soon pranked his fellow GSF members by being on a wheelchair and smacking them as they go near him.

Billy later asks some GSF members to re-enact his accident but with a different scenario (he asked Walter Melon to film the "accident" beside the VU trash bins and completely changed the plot by being straight baton'ed by "Clear" instead of the car accident). Soon after sending the revealing video to Clear through text, Billy ended his wheelchair arc and apologized after he was found in the courthouse not on a wheelchair by Clear herself.

Feral Billy[]

One morning behind the Crystal Apartments, Billy decided to choose violence, a decision that spiraled into his unfortunate events. After being visited by PBSO Sheriff Kyle Pred, Captain Randy Wrangler, and Lieutenant William Gunner, Billy was frustrated about their presence in the set and decided to shoot Kyle. He was soon apprehended, caught a raid, and took a large fine. Billy oddly felt free for a moment, realizing that his Family won't care about him due to his feeling that the old OGs left him and that the newer members disrespect him.

The next week, being an emotional wreck that he is, Billy went on a self-destructive bender and thought of returning back to his hobo life. And with luck, he met with Abdul AlRahim and was given dozens of drugs to aid his newfound freedom. And so like the olden days, Billy was back on his usual inebriated self and soon kidnapped an unsuspecting jogger late at the night. He took him to the Piss Pad drugged the jogger and made him drink large amounts of alcohol. Billy later found out that the jogger was a cop, but not after he accidentally shot him and dropped a car on the cop's legs. Billy continued throughout the day with a stolen PD gun and met with old friends who listened to his gang troubles.

Later on in the day, he participated on a million dollar hide-and-seek contest. During the event, he was getting suspicious calls from SDSO Sheriff Domenic Toretti, who Billy believed was calling for the cop he robbed earlier and a warrant could be out for him. He was later caught hours later, not by cops but by the seekers of the game and lost. In a fit of rage, Billy shot up his hiding place; but because of this he was also busted by police. He was charged of the recent situation but he was also caught by the warrant where he took to the court. Even after the cops found that he didn't have the PD gun for the evidence of his kidnapping crime, Billy lost the court trial and was charged for fines. After the second raid in a week, Billy was oddly confident that he can only go much more feral than this.

Over the next few days Billy went on a crime spree, shooting, stabbing, and kidnapping. One of the most interesting ones was the kidnapping of LSPD Officer Carmine Costello which led to Billy's near death experience after grieving about his purpose in life to Sheriff Kyle Pred, who, unbeknownst to Billy, planned to let Billy ride on a helicopter to plunge into his death. Instead, Billy and Kyle met an accident together wherein Billy accidentally throws Kyle out of the aircraft whilst a few feet off from being airborne, disabling the vehicle. Billy was taken back to the prison for his crimes.

Once free he continued on his path of self-destruction, where Billy shot a man who approached him while he stole a motorbike. Apprehended of the crime, Billy learned of the victim's death and was held under trial for first degree murder. Billy faced a million dollar fine, 30 years in prison, and 30 years of parole. After his 16-day hold in prison, Billy was released on bail until his sentencing was confirmed with no trial but with a lowered fine of $350,000. On November 20th, Billy turned himself in, a date earlier than his scheduled imprisonment. However not sooner than later, his time was reduced to only five years and is now free on parole.

OG Billy[]

Billy was jumped into OG rank on the baseball diamond on December 1st 2022, shortly after Lavante's blood out. It was a long awaited promotion for Billy, as he was promised of the rank by Dexx on August 2022, when he was declined OG rank right after Ty's blood out. Billy continued his path as a weed farmer for the gang and formed his own subset gang The B Team to help keep up with his green operations. During these times, Billy was able to reach his dream of planting a large marijuana "garden" all throughout the fields of the recreation center.

During the senseless wars that mired the gang few months later, Billy decided he was out of the outer-gang politics, to which Dexx agreed.
