General Description[]
Andi Jones is formerly the second-in-command and current elder of the HOA and the former CEO of SA State Contracting. She served as the first Mayor of Los Santos for two terms, and as the ninth Mayor of Los Santos for one term. She was born Andrea Jones but doesn't like being called Andrea, and adopted the middle name 'Sarah' in honor of her deceased best friend prior to moving to Los Santos.
Physical Description[]
Andi has light blonde hair, light blue eyes, and freckles splattered across her face. Her hair is typically kept at shoulder-length, but when disguising her appearance, she keeps it tied back into a ponytail. Her natural hair color is light brown, and she had previously dyed the tips pink. However, it has remained blonde for a long time.
Unknown to most, Andi has had both of her ring fingers cut off and eventually replaced by those of a local woman. They were taken by the hands of the Chicken Man, who chopped them as a “lesson” for her to learn.
On Andi's upper back, she has a tattoo of a crossed pair of arrows, representing the two people she murdered while rescuing Siz from his kidnapping by members of the Hyenas.
Her outfits consist of a wide variety of jackets, sweaters, pants, shorts, and hoodies. Included in these outfits are frequently HOA-branded clothing, athletic shoes, or boots.
Personality[]
Upon first arriving in Los Santos, Andi was a soft-spoken and kind woman with a desire to help everyone in the city. Something decided after the death of her late friend, Sarah, who she couldn't save from her death. However, upon earning the role as mayor to help the city and its inhabitants, it only made her feel as though no one truly deserved her help.
She has become much more of a blunt and no-nonsense person with those who are and aren't close to her. She is smart and quick-thinking, and has made many connections with other groups and individuals around the city.
During her time in the city, Andi has had many experiences and troubles that have influenced her personality. This had led to her being more cold and confident in herself.

Andi was brought into the HOA by Kray-Tor Skullfondler as a hangaround. The members of the HOA immediately accepted her presence (totally not because she is a woman) and treats her as their younger sister. Andi became a patched-in member of the HOA after she received her kutte in late August of 2020, before the economy crashed.
Early on, Andi typically handled the business aspects of the HOA, since she rarely engaged in any criminal activities and had acted as a bartender/manager for the Mirror Park Tavern previously. She used to help out in minor ways such as with meth operations when needed as a look-out but transitioned to primarily looking for ways to earn money, weapons, etc. and reinforce weak areas of operations for the group.
On the 13th of August 2021, Andi was officially made a member of HOA High Command as she was browsing the new clothing items. With the ascension of Julio to High Command, this consolidated her position to second-in-command and Siz's right hand. Initially, one of her primary responsibilities was spearheading recruitment for the gang while acting as the head/OG of HOB; this responsibility slowed over time somewhat due to the growing size of the gang and the dissolution of HOB by Siz.
As second-in-command of the HOA, Andi was responsible for much of the day-to-day operation of the gang, including bench operation, business upkeep, diplomacy and managing criminal activities. Andi was also one of the gang's hackers and a driving force behind the HOA's heist progression. During Siz and the rest of high command's periodic long absences from the city, Andi acted as the interim leader of the HOA for almost a year.
On the 24th of July 2023, Siz and Andi formally stepped away from their high command positions in the HOA, taking on a new role as elders for the organization. Nico Kanto replaced Siz as the first-in-command, while Andi and the rest of the existing high command were replaced by Luis Fernandez, Rod Long and Mayumi Himura. Julio Thomas temporarily remained to oversee the transition period to the new high command structure.

Andi is currently being stalked by a mysterious figure called “The Chicken Man”. The suspect is described as wearing a brown letterman’s jacket and wears a Chicken mask. Over the past few months from arriving in the new city, the Chicken Man has made small appearances. The first events were stalking and texting Andi as she was fishing and a few weeks later chasing her from Paleto to MRPD, saying he'd be seeing her soon. The third appearance was at the observatory, where she spotted him watching them from above. He began following and watching them from a distance, even attacking Gumbus in the HOA Tavern and later in the chicken factory as a sacrifice. Andi, Stag, Bjorn, Kitty, and Freddy were pursued by him in his muscle car shortly after the sacrifcice. Freddy was knocked out of the trunk and brought to a hill by the Chicken Man, where his finger was cut off, and he was retrieved by the four. The chase continued, eventually leading to their attempt to lead the Chicken Man into a trap, but ultimately blew themselves up with a tanker. This knocked down Kitty, Bjorn, and Stag, leaving Freddy the only one standing. The Chicken Man took one of Stag's (reattached, but eaten?), Kitty's (reattached), and Andi's fingers and left shortly after. Andi was previously missing both her ring fingers, but has replaced them with other woman's fingers. Again, the Chicken Man has made an appearance. This time, arriving shortly after Andi made a deal with Norman Bones, which entailed being protected from Fritz. And since then, he's made frequent visits and texts to Andi. Including chasing her and her friends in his vehicle, stalking her from afar, and leaving her with a difficult choice; side with him or Norman. On the supposed day where her choice was to be made, the Chicken Man began stalking Andi while she prepared for a Paleto job. He followed them, taunted them from within the vault, and eventually, began following Andi while she was left on her own. This eventually led to her being chased once again, with Pez Speedwagon attempting to help, until she crashed out. While attempting to flee from Richard, he ignored Smoke's presence, and followed Andi until he managed to beat her down. He took Smoke by the neck and left. The Chicken Man was eventually lured into Purgatory and trapped there for a significant period of time. After escaping, he adopted a dark-tinged look with red eyes and resumed stalking Andi and people close to her before disappearing. His current whereabouts are unknown. |

Andi was elected the first mayor of Los Santos on February 16th, 2021, narrowly edging out Jack Cortair in votes. After taking office, Andi almost immediately set to work creating the business framework for the city, dealing with hundreds of business proposals across her two terms and working closely with the Department of Justice to create legislation for Los Santos. Andi was almost immediately put under pressure from the police after an arrest and interrogation over the shooting of a dog on her first day in office by Julio Thomas in the company of Andi, eventually resulting in a new case law about obstruction of justice. The informant who snitched on the activity to the police, Tom Ryan, was located by Andi over a year later after she had embraced the criminal lifestyle and gutted by her then thrown off the roof of city hall symbolically for the issues he caused her mayorship. During her first term, Andi hired prominent election candidate Thomas Dwayne as her deputy mayor to assist with the workload. Unbeknownst to her, Thomas had taken significant offense at Andi's conduct which he deemed to be 'corrupt', notably for giving known criminals such as Lang Buddha businesses such as Rooster's Ranch which she considered to be for the betterment of the city, regardless of the owner's criminal inclinations. Thomas resigned under pressure at the end of Andi's first term after she discovered his malintent towards her office. Andi was elected to a second term in a landslide victory on April 14th, 2021. Shortly after her term began, a collaborative effort to create a shared business area known as the Andi Jones Farmers Market in Paleto resulted in the opening of the city's first marketplace. Shortly after, a second 'night market' known as Dean World opened. The markets were wildly popular, creating a thriving network of businesses who previously had difficulty operating without a physical location within the city. Both remained in operation for almost a full year before being decommissioned due to the introduction of the storefront system within the city, and closed on April 19th, 2022. Unique among all mayors of Los Santos, Andi handled both construction reporting to the city construction team and other affairs such as budgeting for state-financed departments, business proposals, etc. The stressful workload, lack of a deputy mayor to assist, and constant conflict with rude, jealous and entitled members of the PD and citizenry caused a significant shift in Andi's mindset away from helping people. Andi left office much less warm and kind than she entered it with the election of the next mayor and her future husband, Denzel Williams, on June 13th, 2021. She continued handling construction company responsibilities as the CEO of San Andreas State Construction, effectively separating this duty from all future mayors. |

During Denzel Williams's term as mayor, Andi became a county clerk to assist him with the workload he would endure. While attending a trial on July 31st, 2021, in which his deputy mayor Basem Shahin received an enormous contempt charge, Andi elected to visit the prison to pick up the deputy mayor after his time was served. Andi learned that Basem had been mentioning Denzel's cocaine addiction to others openly in addition to implying it was being kept in the mayor's office; due to his indiscretion, Andi and Lars Haverford tortured Basem to keep him quiet about Denzel's illegal activities. While getting their car repaired in the city, several individuals at Otto's Autos noticed Basem's state of discomfort and general unrest in the company of Andi. Basem was dropped off at the courthouse shortly after. Later that day, Basem contacted Andi wanting to speak with her at the Williams Family Pier (then Chumash Pier) and in the course of the conversation pulled and pointed a gun at her head to threaten her. He subsequently contacted Denzel and asked for him to come to the pier, after which Denzel was informed about Basem's decision to threaten Andi for her actions; Andi was asked to retrieve one of their wedding gifts, an AK-47 for Denzel. Denzel confronted Basem at the end of the pier and shot him in the head, killing him, and Andi and Denzel departed. Due to the nature of the gun as a wedding gift, both parties intended to keep it as a sort of trophy in Andi's house in Paleto. A significant police investigation into the murder of the deputy mayor coupled with witness accounts of Andi and Basem together at Otto's led to Andi being apprehended at her house by Randy Wrangler mere moments after disposing of the gun. A series of rights violations occurred shortly after, including the denial of a lawyer, movement to different facilities while being detained, etc. Raids were conducted on Andi's personal holdings to search for the murder weapon which resulted in the theft of various personal items and business supplies, which were never returned. Additionally, the property of her husband Denzel (which was shared with an active judge, John Bailey, at the time) due to her being a keyholder and married to Denzel. Andi was placed on a 72-hour investigation hold during which little investigation occurred and no interrogation of Andi was attempted. Additionally, Bjorn was placed on an investigation hold during the same time period. While in prison, mounting pressure from the Natural Born Crackheads including family members of Basem, notably Salem Barghouthi, on Lang Buddha to find the killer of Basem resulted in Lang throwing Andi's name to NBC in order to draw attention away from Denzel. Shortly after Andi's release from her hold, NBC attempted to find and take her at the prison and in Mirror Park. These actions resulted in a short-lived war between the HOA and NBC before peace was made. No charges were ever filed on Andi by the police. Significant repercussions occurred across the city after Basem's murder. Andi and Bjorn's treatment by the police started a trend which led to several policy changes, including a reorganization of investigation hold procedure to prevent 'punishment' holds, as well as later legislation preventing the raiding of spouses' properties without further probable cause beyond the marriage itself. Additionally, Lang's actions towards Andi led to ostracization from most members of The Guild for a time under Lang's orders and a widened divide between the HOA and the members of Cerberus. Over time, Andi repaired her connections with most of her friends in the Guild. |

After her mayorship ended, Andi began spending significantly increased time with the HOA attempting to rebuild her estranged relationships with fellow gang members. Andi became a more influential and reliable member of the gang, assisting Siz in conveying his orders to people when he wasn't around and resolving a variety of issues while keeping him informed of problems that he should be aware of. As a result, on August 13, 2021, while Andi and several other HOA members were browsing clothing in a store and Andi questioned Siz on which patch she should wear on her kutte, Siz instructed her to put on the high command kutte. This made her the only active High Command member under Siz at the time and his de facto second-in-command. Andi continued her work as high command for some time, battling self-doubt and learning to represent the gang better to outsiders by leveraging her connections developed from business and her time as the mayor. Over time, Andi advocated for fellow HOA members Julio Thomas and Daryl Dickinson (DRL) to become the third and fourth members of high command. Julio was chosen initially to handle issues that occurred over the weekend requiring a high command presence, as neither Andi nor Siz tended be around often on weekends; DRL was chosen similarly to handle issues that occurred in the AU/EU timezones that the other members of high command were not active in. Due to Siz's longtime semi-inactivity since his kidnapping and withdrawal from active leadership responsibilities, Andi has been forced to lead and maintain the HOA during his absences both with and without the support of her fellow high command members. She does not claim to be the leader when asked, and often chews HOA members and outsiders out for implying she is the leader of the HOA. |

After becoming married to Denzel and Denzel leaving office, the pair focused their attention on a variety of business interests primarily operating out of the farmer's market / Dean World. These included Smoking Gun Tobacco Shop located on Vinewood Boulevard down the street from the Guild Hall, Chumash Family Materials (ChuMats) operating out of the Williams Family Pier, and Coffee & Cones previously operating out of the Legion Square Cool Beans. Additionally, an LLC for legal protections, Kintsugi, was formed to house all of their business interests. Hiring was conducted for Smoking Gun and ChuMats, both of which became successful businesses; Coffee & Cones however was typically operated by Andi and Denzel themselves. A flower-and-gift business, Petal Pusher, was acquired and renamed to Sakura although operation was limited after the acquisition. Both Smoking Gun and Coffee & Cones received storefront locations at their designated spots, although the Coffee & Cones location had significant decorating issues due to inherent problems and was later sold back to the State. Business operations largely ceased during a period of long inactivity by Denzel, and all businesses and their linked bank accounts aside from Coffee & Cones were give to him by Andi during their divorce, including the Smoking Gun storefront. |

During the months after her marriage the Denzel, Andi began getting stalked by Danny Doodle (real name Danny Dvoudal) due to being married to Denzel. Denzel had previously heavily tortured Doodle during his days working for Pegasus Concierge, including removal of his pinky finger; Doodle in retaliation had used his role as a well-known artist in the city to spread anti-Cerberus, anti-Pegasus and anti-Denzel/Andi propaganda starting from the time of Denzel's election campaign. Doodle contacted Andi frequently via text messages that both creeped her out and indicated that Doodle was following her during her day-to-day activities or while she was working her farmer's market booths. His communications with Andi revealed to her that Doodle considered her "corrupted" by Denzel and that she needed to be "cleansed". Doodle was also working as a CI for several members of the police department such as Amber Gold to investigate Andi and Denzel, police at the time were largely unaware of his increasing derangement and instability. Due to the nature of the stalking behavior and escalation in Doodle's activity, Denzel, Andi and several of their contacts began staking out Andi's location at the markets in an effort to catch Doodle and kill him before he could hurt Andi. On August 20th, 2021, Denzel was caught by surprise by Doodle while investigating the side of Dean World and taken into a corner at gunpoint. Odessa Pearson, who was arriving at the pier at the time, found Andi and mentioned seeing Denzel with a strange man but couldn't see clearly who had who at gunpoint. Andi and Odessa arrived before Doodle could take any further action against Denzel, effectively turning the tables on Doodle. Doodle was taken to a beachside area by Kermy Fulker, Kian Mercer, Lexi Law, Denzel and Andi (Lexi and Kermy did not participate in the event beyond watching) who then proceeded to torture and murder Doodle. His body was left by the beach and discovered by police officers; investigation into the nature of his murder was largely shuttered after the investigating officers discovered that Amber and others in the PD had effectively encouraged a CI to stalk and potentially murder Andi, who at the time was a civilian. |

Months after becoming high command in the HOA, one of Andi's friends and long-time confidants was revealed to have been backstabbing her since her mayoral terms. Manny McDaniels, who went through long periods of inactivity typical of many of the long-term HOA members, approached Denzel and confided in him several things about his strained relationship with the current HOA, including that he would kill Andi and Siz if they crossed him as well as his feelings about Andi being incompetent. Manny mistakenly believed that Andi and Denzel's marriage was a 'show' relationship based on being a power couple and not based on genuine feeling; Denzel promptly informed Andi and Siz. Deciding to avoid their wrath, Manny departed from the HOA on October 18th, 2021, before leadership woke up for the day and only informing Julio of his departure. Siz, upon learning of the situation and Manny's feelings towards himself and Andi, revealed to Andi that Manny had previously attempted to turn his opinion of her against her based on misinformation during her mayoral terms. Andi also discovered from conversations with Denzel that Manny had approached Pegasus Concierge members including Nino Chavez and himself about Andi being 'nosy' and 'someone that might need to be dealt with' because of questions she had asked the HOA before taking office. This lead to the Pegasus-provided bodyguards Vasily Sazkaljovich and Denzel himself being provided to her while she was mayor to keep a close eye on her, and potentially deal with her if needed. The HOA determined that if Manny surfaced again, he would not be allowed to walk free from the group and would be killed with a C4 plastic explosive due to his known fear of explosive devices. Manny was not seen by the HOA again in Los Santos for a very long time aside from a single text message sent to Andi in mid-to-late 2022. On July 25th of 2023, Manny began contacting various members of the HOA inquiring about the death of Cheddar, a long-time member who had passed away earlier in the month. Andi began hunting for Manny, eventually arriving at a former meeting spot and favorite place of Manny outside the city. Manny called Andi from nearby, congratulating her on remembering the location but refusing to come down and meet her face-to-face, and through the course of a long conversation acknowledged his duplicity and maliciousness towards her over the course of their previous friendship. After finally hearing his reasoning for attempting to have her killed or removed from the HOA, Andi (expunged at the time and running for mayor in the upcoming election) sought refuge at her brother Barry Benson's house in Vespucci for the week to prevent herself from killing Manny in a rage and risking her campaign. |

In January of 2022, the HOA entered a period of hostility with all police officers following a poorly-written and ultimately denied search warrant by Matthew Espinoz relating to an alert ping the PD received for a meth run. Although largely absent due to illness from the situations leading up to open hostility with cops and their banning from entry into Mirror Park through large-scale, open shootouts, Andi joined with the HOA on January 11th, 2022 in a massive battle for Mirror Park against the entire police department. Andi successfully talked police officers brought to negotiate with the gang into allowing Espinoz to 'work for the Mirror Park tavern' to apologize for his actions; upon being left in Mirror Park Espinoz was strapped to a large C4 plastic explosive inside and the entire tavern was destroyed by the resulting explosion. The HOA, who were posted around their home of Mirror Park, ambushed responding officers leading to a lengthy gunfight and eventual police wipe witnessed by members of many gangs who were watching from the hills around Mirror Park. Andi's participation marked the first time she had openly shot police officers, although she was downed in the conflict. After the police retreat, a large-scale police investigation into the events occurred in which the HOA claimed Espinoz had merely placed a fork in the tavern's microwave causing an explosion. The tavern remained destroyed until construction of the Liquid Library began later in 2022. |

After becoming involved in HOA heist progression due to the VAR heist and Freddy Fastfingers' encouragement, Andi assisted in the city-wide scavenger hunt for clues necessary to unlock the next level of heist progression. Although the group failed in their efforts, on January 25th, 2022 Mr. Kebun of Chang Gang, who Freddy had a good relationship with at the time, reached out to the HOA and assisted them in finding the entrance to the newly-opened casino heist in a particular casino hotel room. The HOA quickly became embroiled in the very stressful process of completing the casino heist, using sanitation and car chopping as a means to acquire the resources needed for the necessary supplies in the heist. The entire group pitched in to fund the effort, spending millions of dollars worth of materials in order to complete the largely trial-and-error research needed to reach the casino vault. Andi, who had been an ardent supporter of Freddy's heisting efforts and assisted him in reaching the casino, was asked to be part of the heist group against Siz's opinion due to her inexperience in heists. Andi quickly proved herself to be a necessary mediator and conflict-resolver for the more hot-blooded and arrogant members of the heist team, a significant role due to the amount of hours the group spent in the casino while solving the heist. She drafted comprehensive blueprints of all areas of the casino as the heist progressed as well as kept track of different ideas/solutions that the group had already tried or planned to try, effectively reducing the amount of supplies used by preventing waste. On February 25th, 2022, the heist group completed the casino heist in its entirety, netting a reward of $5.2 million (a previous partial completion had netted $1.8 million, increasing the total take to $7 million dollars). After the heist's completion, Siz rewarded Andi with the placeable gold-and-crystal panther trophy marking the HOA as one of the first group's in the city to successfully complete the casino heist due to her integral role in managing the group's conflicts and motivation to continue trying the heist at all. Andi has placed the trophy in the meeting room of the Liquid Library as a marker of the group's success when working together to accomplish a goal. |

In July of 2022, Siz was kidnapped while visiting the newly-renovated dam by members of the Hyena Gang which had previously had conflict with the HOA. Siz's long absence was not revealed to be a kidnapping until late July, when Andi and the HOA found a note placed in the stash of the Liquid Library indicating he had been taken. Andi immediately began a state-wide manhunt for Siz, taking anyone interested in participating including those outside the HOA to check locations across the island on a daily basis. Additionally, Andi and others placed missing posters at businesses and commonly used locations across the island in all timezones asking anyone with information on Siz's location to contact her. The daily searching and stress from leading the HOA alone (Julio and GRL were both largely inactive during this time period) took a heavy toll on Andi. She stopped sleeping, and overused cocaine to a dangerous level in order to stay awake and continue searching for Siz. She withdrew from most of her personal relationships and became distant and cold towards her gang members, who were seemingly much less dedicated in finding Siz than she was. Towards the end of the month and start of August, Andi was often searching for Siz alone as people lost interest/hope. Andi's manhunt continued until August 12, 2022 when the HOA finally received a series of hints leading them to Siz's location inside the lowest level of the dam. The HOA breached the dam, killing multiple members of the Hyena Gang along the way; Andi personally murdered the two directly responsible for holding Siz while freeing him. Police began arriving on scene which prompted Siz to be evacuated; during the escape, Andi accidentally fell off the dam into the gorge below while still holding the murder weapon from the Hyena Gang members. The HOA fearlessly threw themselves in to rescue her, resulting in a large-scale battle at the dam and the surrounding hills between the HOA and all available PD members which the HOA narrowly won, forcing the PD to retreat. With Siz finally returned, Andi was able to rest peacefully for the first time in months, and HOA operations largely returned to normal for a time. |

After confirming her familial relationships with her father Hubcap Jones, half-brother Barry Benson and nephew Terrance Walker in August 2022, Andi was informed by Pez Speedwagon while under arrest in the holding cells one day that she should learn more about a person named Norman Bones who had important ties to the Bondi Boys MC and her family. Andi was contacted by Norman shortly after and forced into one of his characteristic 'deals', agreements in which the participant provided Norman a service of some kind in exchange for Norman not going after their friends and loved ones. In Andi's case, Norman threatened bringing back Richard Fritz, also known as the Chicken Man, to torment Andi and those around her. Andi had foreseen this possibility and discussed with Siz what her/the HOA could provide Norman in exchange for protection from his meddling; Siz's idea to give Norman access to the HOA's well-hidden poison bench through Andi as an intermediary proved fruitful. Andi proposed offering poison as a deal which Norman accepted during their initial face-to-face meeting for protection against Norman for the entirety of the HOA, which he accepted. This deal remained in effect for most of their relationship, only being removed many months later due to Norman growing bored with poison. Andi later formed a second deal with Norman to provide him with burner phones in exchange for protection for her biological family (Hubcap, Barry and TJ). Norman's threats of the Chicken Man later escalated out of his control; the Chicken Man entered open conflict with Norman while still targeting Andi, rendering that portion of their deal unfulfilled on Norman's end. Andi's relationship with Norman was mostly cordial, with Andi being one of the only deal participants who did not hate Norman or scheme of ways to defeat him. Their conversations often involved many questions on Andi's part, which Norman seemed satisfied to answer in most cases. Their working relationship and Norman's failure to contain the threat of the Chicken Man ultimately led to Norman offering to release Andi from the requirements of her deals with him, which she declined to continue protecting the HOA at her own expense. On November 2, 2022, Andi and Nancy Drew assisted in setting up an event widely known as "BoneCon" for Richard Dark in a last-ditch effort to gather information from people who had deals with Norman to assist Dark in avoiding his own deal requirements, which were quickly becoming due. BoneCon was largely a disaster; participants were reluctant to speak for fear of angering Norman or revealing their own deals with him; Dark angered Norman by repeatedly mentioning his brother Isaac Smith for which he was struck down and placed into the ICU during the meeting. Later in their relationship, Andi was subjected to torment by an associate of Norman's, Pestilence, who inhabited the body of the then-living Isaac. Pestilence attempted to manipulate Andi into performing a variety of tasks for him; unlike Norman who bargained, Pestilence simply demanded with the threat of injury or death. He frequently mentioned blinding Andi if she disobeyed him and blurred her vision painfully to remind her of her place. The whereabouts of Norman and Pestilence are currently unknown, as neither has been seen in the city for some time. |

After widespread complaints circulated from the various MCs of the city regarding shady business dealings for motorcycles from Premium Deluxe Motorsport]], the sole provider of the vehicles in the city, a loose alliance of the HOA, the Lost MC, Mayhem, the Bondi Boys MC, The Neon Tigers MC and Chaos Legion MC began to organize action against PDM. At the time, PDM was selling bikes in blind auctions heavily dominated by southside gangs such as the Brouge Street Kingz who primarily used the bikes for drug trafficking. Taking on the role of facilitating communications between the various groups, Andi organized a MC summit on the 27th of August, 2022, in which the various groups agreed to exert pressure on PDM in an effort to transfer the supply of motorbikes to another party. During this conflict, Frederick Dutton who was in the Lost MC at the time accidentally leaked Andi's role as an organizer to Max Power, the manager of PDM, which reached Cerberus' ears. Andi's further attempts to approach Cerberus for negotiations over PDM resulted in her writing a strongly-worded proposal that the Cerberus heads took as a threat (in reality, it was a statement of factual plans the Lost MC had for PDM, including bombing the location and terrorizing the workers until it could no longer function as a business). This poisoned any attempts at a favorable resolution for the MCs. Cerberus reached out to Rudi Rinsen and the Lost in secret to form a back-door deal to supply Iron Hog Repairs with the bikes, cutting out all the other MCs and leading to increased tensions between the HOA and the Lost. The deal ultimately went nowhere, as internal conflict in the Lost and heavy poaching of members by the HOA decimated their power and standing in the city shortly after, and motorcycle sales remained under PDM's control. |

In mid-January of 2022 Andi entered a period of burnout due to stress from both her personal life and high command responsibilities. In order to combat this, starting on January 16th Andi went on a week-long camping trip with her campsite set on the hill overlooking the Rooster's Retreat in the mountains south of Paleto. Andi engaged in a variety of outdoors activities, such as fishing, hunting and hiking across the northern half of the state. Many visitors joined and participated in these excursions, including Nicholas Simone, Daryl Dickinson and Collin McKinley, and even more stopped by her campsite for discussions. During her trip, Andi refused to carry a cell phone or communicate with people in the city besides through written mail and other packages left at a mailbox near the highway that she hiked to every morning. The period of time spent camping in the wilderness is often looked back upon with a high degree of fondness by Andi. After the week was finished, Andi returned to Mirror Park to find the HOA embroiled in a 'Game of Thrones' themed arc nearing its conclusion; Andi quickly organized a group of 'mercenaries' to win the final battle at the soccer field and proclaimed herself the victorious Queen in the North. |

After returning from her wilderness retreat, Andi began planning a week-long event modelled after the television show 'Survivor' in order to keep the HOA occupied during a planned absence by Siz. Originally designed to mask daily chores as fun games to trick HOA members into participating, the event quickly became massive in scope and a favorite for many HOA members. Beginning on February 6th, 2023, the event ran for five days with 22 challenges and 24 contestants (23 HOA members and Pilbis, who was allowed to join due to his closeness to the HOA and Worst Generation members in particular) as well as over a dozen staff members. The eventual winner of the event was Pilbis, the only non-HOA member competing, after a close voting session of the jury between Pilbis and Freddy Fastfingers. The event was partially marred by a co-occurring war with the Venus Fly Traps who initiated conflict with the HOA immediately prior to the start of the event by wearing HOA-branded clothing to taunt the gang into action. Many of the contestant HOA members took turns engaging in shootouts with VFT between challenges so that the event could continue. The final tribal council also took place during an open shootout outside the set location with VFT, with members of the 30+ person audience trapped inside due to the gunfight. |

After a long period of friendship with both Michael Simone and Nicholas Simone, Andi was adopted by the brothers as their sister on March 13th, 2023. Initially keeping the affiliation a secret, both Michael and Nick separately leaked Andi's new relationship to the Guild and police, respectively. During a period of conflict shortly after in which Cerberus and Chang Gang united to attack the Simones, Eve Summers of the Guild informed Lang Buddha of Andi's closeness to the Simone family which was then passed by Lang to various parties including Mr. Kebun and Hydra Gang as a person of interest for them to target in order to gain information on the Simones. Separately, Lilith Fulker of the HOA entered a period of animosity with Andi over conflicts with her leadership in the absence of Siz and her affiliation with the Simone brothers. After making a series of mistakes and overstepping her position in the HOA, including informing R.U.S.T gang leader Raymond Romanov that he should not trust or associate with Andi due to her Simone affiliation, a unanimous high command vote (including her father, Siz) resulted in Lilith being removed from the HOA. Lilith's hostility towards and lies about Andi's role in her removal from the HOA helped spur her boyfriend Miguel Almerion, Hydra's second-in-command and longtime detractor of the HOA into openly advocating for both CG and Hydra to target Andi next in regards to the Simone situation. A joint group of Hydra and CG kidnapped and tortured Andi on March 30th, 2023. The interrogation was roughly split between CG members asking about the Simones and Hydra/Mgl asking about Lilith's removal from the HOA; Andi was crucified to the wall of the torture location with drills before having her back cut open with a sword. Mgl then revealed himself by disabling his voice changer and removing his mask, stating his hatred of Andi and promising to 'burn the HOA down'. Oddly, when told by Andi that he needed to 'live a little' due to harboring a multi-year grudge against the HOA, Mgl responded 'so do you' and then stabbed her in the back. The kidnappers attempted to ocean dump Andi afterwards, but the ocean dumping failed as they did not realize a previous kidnappee had been dumped in almost exactly the same spot. Andi was located by Lily Pond and treated in emergency surgery before entering the ICU for several days. She remained in a wheelchair for over a week following the incident, with casts on her hands preventing her from doing most tasks by herself. Due to Andi's partial memory of the final part of the interrogation and Mgl/Flippy's open admittance to the act on twitter while Andi was missing, the HOA and Seaside (over the kidnapping of their own leader, Benji Ramos) went to war with Hydra and the umbrella shortly after. Mgl and Lilith largely hid during the conflict, making the HOA's goal of killing them impossible; additionally, the control of the city's heroin supply by the umbrella, which at the time was necessary to have a chance of winning a gunfight, and inclusion of the Angels who joined to assist Hydra led to an overwhelmingly one-sided conflict in the NA time zone against the HOA. The HOA exited the war following a talk between Siz and Flippy a week later, although Seaside continued fighting in the AU time zone for some time after. The conflict had long-lasting repercussions for Andi and the HOA. Andi's relationship with Kayn Larp and the rest of the Guild was severely damaged by the actions of Nick Simone in the lead up to and during the conflict, and the Guild elected to sever ties with the HOA as well. Lilith became largely reviled by her former friends in the HOA and became increasingly isolated due to her actions, and any remaining connections to Hydra were severed by the group. Andi grew more distrustful of the Angels for their role in joining the conflict as well, solidifying her dislike of the group. Shortly after the conflict was resolved, Andi took a multi-month break from the city. |

After returning to the city in late May, Andi began planning a city-wide second season of 'Survivor' due to the popularity of the first event. Work to prepare the second season continued until early June; applicants were selected from video auditions reviewed with a panel of judges at the LSBN theater in Little Seoul with a guaranteed spot allowed for Pilbis as the winner of the first season. Initially the prize pool was determined to be $2 million, and was raised to $10 million after a generous contribution by Lang Buddha from the Cerberus account. A total of 24 contestants were selected out of 40+ applicants, and contestants were split into two tribes according to the 'Heroes vs. Villains' theme of the season. Like with season 1, the event continued for five days and culminated in Jeffrey Bones beating Collin McKinley to take home the $10 million prize. Bones donated $5 million back to AK Events in order to help fund the next season. |

Andi Jones succeeded Sexton "Hardcastle" Cohen as the Mayor of Los Santos on August 7, 2023, edging out runner-up Fernando "Mario" Reyes by only 10 votes. She became the only Mayor of Los Santos to serve three terms. Andi hired Maximillian Angel (the former Deputy Mayor for Lang Buddha) and Mari McKay as Deputy Mayors. Also having already been vouched for by Sexton, Etta Hawthorne passed the one interview question Andi asked to continue on as a Deputy Mayor in her administration. |

Deputy Mayors: Maximillian Angel, Mari McKay, Etta Hawthorne; Mayor's Assistant: Kaleb "Kleb" Rush Mayor Andi faced two constitutional crises in her third term as Mayor of Los Santos. The first was Chief Justice Alan Crane's alarm that Mayors have been spending too much money without oversight and needed to be put in check; leading Andi to voluntarily freeze the State Account. The second was the State of San Andreas' unprecedented invasion of Sanguine Isle; leading to improvised Senate laws and uncharted territory on how to deal with the treasonists and the misconduct of the war leaders. For Andi's third mayoral term, she focused on the following priorities:
As one of Andi's first acts as Mayor to abate the abuse of state business grants, she took down the online state business grant forms, required applicants to present to the Mayor's Office in person to screen them better, and wrote and enforced much stricter state grant guidelines. However during a discussion with Chief Justice Alan Crane on August 15, 2023, Andi resolved to put the state business grants on hold because of Crane's opinion that Mayoral spending snowballed too much starting in Mickey S' term. Crane wanted to advise the Senate to diminish the Mayor's authority to spend without oversight given the impracticality of auditing the State account every day. The next day, Mayor Andi broke the news to her Deputy Mayors Maximillian Angel and Etta Hawthorne that going forward, all Mayoral spending was on indefinite hold pending a resolution. Crane eventually agreed to a weekly mayoral budget review. The heightened escalation of bombings in San Andreas, one of which killed Commissioner Sam Baas in the line of duty, led the Major Crimes Unit to investigate Yeager Demonblood's arms smuggling from the Sanguine Isle. The Los Santos Senate dissolved the treaty with Sanguine Isle, and gave 48 hours for all San Andreas citizens to leave before they get charged with a 30-year treason sentence. Mayor Andi and Chief Justice Alan Crane began losing confidence in the duo of Commissioner Axel Justice and Director Brian Knight when they failed to renegotiate a new treaty with Yeager and struggled to justify why the PD should invade Sanguine Isle. On August 28, 2023, the State of San Andreas successfully invaded Sanguine Isle in a bloody and traumatic war. Over 50 Sanguine Isle combatants including Andi's brother Barry Benson and nephew TJ Walker were sentenced to 30 years in prison for treason, with Commandant Yeager facing the death penalty. On August 29, 2023, Mayor Andi began investigating a shocking revelation that during the Sanguine Isle invasion, Director Brian Knight had threatened to kill Sgt. Aaron Byson because he had overheard the plan to send in Nick Simone's EMS girlfriend, combat medic Veronica Mars, into the bunker of the final Sanguine holdouts to bomb them. Andi interviewed several key eyewitnesses including Senator Sean Davis (who claimed he couldn't remember whether Knight had actually pulled his gun on Byson). But when Nick, the man who was a "brother" to Andi, wanted to shield the final and most important eyewitness (a traumatized Veronica Mars) from her because she was now "the State", Andi permanently cut ties with him. Fuming that her entire crusade to hold the police accountable could now fall apart, Andi urged Sgt. Byson (the only police officer that Veronica trusted) to get a statement from Veronica to either Game Warden Tessa Lamb or Chief of Police Elizabeth "Libby" Reed. Not only did Sgt. Byson get Veronica's account, she handed him the C4 bomb--that nobody had thought to confiscate off of her--to use as evidence. Andi turned over her findings to the police, and Assistant Chief of Police Richard Dark-Rhodes suspended Director Knight pending investigation and a high command review panel. Knight ended up resigning from the Unified Police Department/3.0 on September 9, 2023 before the PD high command panel could finish deliberating his fate. The HC panel also fired Deputy Walter Christmas from the UPD for his rogue actions during the Sanguine invasion, e.g., false-flagging as an EMS. Ultimately, both Chief Justice Alan Crane and Andi decided against forming DoJ high command panels to seize the Sanguine treasonists' businesses, properties, and assets--instead favoring a path of healing and damage control rather than "spite". Andi chose not to rerun for another term, and was succeeded as the Mayor of Los Santos by her Deputy Mayor Maximillian Angel on October 6, 2023. |

Andi organized and hosted the third season of Survivor from October 9th, 2023 to October 13th, 2023. Themed Survivor: Blood vs. Water with show-branded liveries on the vehicles, ten pairs of castaways (each with a pre-existing relationship) competed against each other for a five million dollar prize. When picking the cast, five pairs received automatic spots. The other 5 slots were determined by a mini challenge which was to find a hidden immunity idol in Mirror Park. The pairs started out separated on opposite tribes. The season featured a Redemption twist where on the start of Day 3, the first 7 players voted out became eligible to compete in a challenge to return. Whoever finished the challenge first was the winner and would return in the game on start of day 4. The final three came down to Lily Pond, Edgar Del Castillo, and his cousin Cesar Delgado. The jury of seven voted Edgar Del Castillo as the sole survivor and winner of the five million dollar prize. |
