Leah is a Cadet for the Davis Police Department, Badge #531.
Background[]
Leah started her story as a tow driver and PDM salesperson. After successfully progressing to CEO of both BBC and Fast Lane Imports in 2020. Leah is starting her 2021 Career running the upstart Fast Loans lending company, which provides loans for vehicle purchases in the city. She also does some towing and gambling on the side.
Leah's left Los Santos lost and looking for direction. After losing her Business "Fast Lane," she went off to college to complete her Master's degree in Business Administration. Previously always being too busy and putting it off, now with a lot more free time, it seemed like the best time to do so.
At the start of 3.0 Fast Loans was one of the leading loan companies in the city early on working out of PDM on Adam's Apple Blvd and the city Vault. The owner Leah Strong brought in Eddie Marshall as a business partner and soon after join forces with the Tuner Shop and VLC. Conducting contracts around the city and securing Mutiple avenues of revenue. The company had multiple years of successful business and loaning more then 7000 loans in Los Santos. On March 1,2023 Legislative updated restricted state funded loans. Per the Senate action the company came to a close.
After Earning Millions in her business ventures in the city Leah Retired from business and joined the LSPD on April 25th,2023. Soon after she realized that life was not for her and always wanted to stay in business in the city. She is currently a county clerk and trying to start incentives within the Department of Justice.
