Rob is a U.S. Army veteran from the East Coast of the United States.
Leaving from / Returning to Los Santos[]
Rob formerly worked at Bad Boy Customs in the tow division before the company folded many months ago. He had made many friends there and enjoyed the people he worked for, since they took care of their employees. Once that happened, Rob decided to sell his cars, motorcycle and cancel his lease on his Integrity Apartment to take some time away from the city and travel, going to many different places within the U.S. and Canada for the next few months.
He ended up back in Los Santos, a city he had grown to enjoy after his military service, with only $5,000 left to his name looking to potentially settle down for a while.

Leah Strong[]
Upon returning to Los Santos, Rob ran into his former boss and friend, Leah Strong, whom was then just returning from college and working at a new loan company, Fast Loans. This was the first person that Rob recognized after returning and was happy to see a familiar face. She helped Rob find his footing by helping him with borrowing her tow truck to start earning money again. The two of them drove around and she filled Rob in on the latest and greatest of the happenings in the city while he, and essentially she, had been away.

Rob is a U.S. Army veteran from the East Coast of the United States, recently separated from the service and looking for his place in society in a new environment.
Bad Boy Customs[]
Rob found a job in towing as an independent contractor shortly after landing at the Los Santos International Airport.
After a couple days doing the independent route of towing, Rob met up with Hal Apenyo from Bad Boy Customs to look at joining their team. Hal explained how their system worked and noted that there were chances for him to get advancement opportunities within the company. This intrigued Rob and he decided to join their BBC team.
Currently, Rob is still with BBC in their towing division. Leah Strong had a meeting on 1/11 with the Tow and Delivery divisions to explain the steps forward with the company. She explained the upcoming merger and offered promotions to those in the room, whether it be repo/sales with Premium Deluxe Motorsport, a mechanic position at QuickFix (which Rob was interested in alongside his towing), or just to simply help anyone advance where they wanted to go.
Rockford Hills Family[]
After landing in Los Santos and starting a job in towing, Rob checked the Yellow Pages for other opportunities when things were slow.
He noticed a posting by Sonya Summers stating she was hiring. Unknown what she was hiring for, Rob contacted her. They met up and drove around together talking about opportunities she had for Rob with the Rockford Hills Family. Rob was interested in what she had to say and decided to see what this position had to offer, starting from the ground and working his way up.
Rob currently works with one of Sonya's closest RHF members, Carmine. The two of them have a great mentor-mentee relationship and they have had long talks together about all sorts of things, forming a solid friendship. Carmine complimented Rob on his work ethic and ability to get jobs done quickly.
Although this was meant to be a job Rob did when things in towing were slow, he has dedicated a lot of time and energy to the RHF and has expressed interest in moving further with this.
