Felon Ice was a character role-played by Tormy.

Felon was a wannabe rapper and gang member who came to Los Santos in early December, 2021, during one of its coldest points in history... apparently.
Death[]
On December 10th 2021, Felon walked out of the Alta Street apartment building, slipped on a patch of ice, and cracked his skull. After lying in public view for a while, Felon's body was cannibalized by a random passserby, who then placed his corpse into a limo and framed it for blowing up a police vehicle outside of city hall.
During his autopsy, several items were found on Felon's person.
The items found on Felon's body included:
- A list of every notable gang in the city.
- An application to join Wu-Chang Records.
- A demo tape titled "Lil Freezy - Gonna Survive".
- An invitaiton to Squid Games 2.
