Fast Loans gives out loans for vehicles sold by Premium Deluxe Motorsport (PDM). And ONLY vehicles, as Reed Dankleaf had to learn after trying to smooth talk Jason Ledson and Singh into giving him a loan to buy his trailer home in Sandy Shores, which does not count as a vehicle.
How much money a person can get depends on the credit rating - you start with low credits but once paid off in a timely manner, a person is eligible for a larger credit. Also, they will do a background check on anyone that applies for a loan, so it is wise not to have a giant record and it helps to have some kind of job and steady income.
