Failien JR is a widely unknown species to the people of Los Santos. Failien JR was banished to the city after being taken away from his home planet for speaking up against the wrong-doings occurring. Failien JR continuously incurs racism across Los Santos as people learn to accept green skinned people across the society.
Failien JR's motto since arriving in the city has been "Risk Taking, Money Making." Despite the motto, Failien JR is unemployed and continually racks up rising levels of debt on his Green Dilettante, which he once blew up at a petrol station when refilling with his engine turned on.
