FS Holdings LLC is a Los Santos Based Business Conglomerate Led by Fatoni Sarduchi with close ties to The Royal Mafia, Jiggity Studios, and Chang Gang Investments. After being fired from the Maldini's Restaurant for attempting to host a Bikini Pizza Party Fatoni Sarduchi founded F.S. Holdings (Fat Shanks Holdings) . His company Head-Quartered at the Cerberus Office Building was originally intended to serve as a lucrative money laundering front for City Criminals and ZooMafia (run by his close friend Sidwig Crawshank), however this plan didn't pan out and Fatoni converted it into a Commercial and Consulting Empire with the creation of the F.S. Holdings Subsidiary FS Media and an FS Business Consulting Division.

- FS Media is comprised of some of Los Santos Most skilled Artists, Designers, and Audio Composers who produce Premium Quality Radio Advertisements, Logos, and Banners. They have recently established a strong and Exclusive Partnership with Jiggity Studios led by Patar Bellosh from the The Mandem and Shivananand Sunandrankumar from the Royal Mafia with the goal of a Hostile Takeover of LSBN. FS Media has been charged with Coordinating the First Grand Upcoming Nopixel Music Awards. Fatoni is currently working on getting their plethora of produced ads for City Businesses onto the Radio's and Televisions.
- FS Holdings was formerly associated with the Chess Business known as Kings and Queens.
- FS International is Currently in its start-up phase and has made significant International outreach.

- FS Holdings is currently in talks with Legal Associates and former Judges for considered expansion via the creation of the FS Law Firm.
- Fatoni (FS Holdings) and Patar (Jiggity Studios) have recently agreed to plan the creation of a New Loan Shark Company.
- FS Holdings is in Talks with Chang Gang member Robert Locksley, coordinating a partnership for portable radios and radio stations.
- FS Holdings and Hutch Hutcherson have come to an agreement on building a Celebrity Music Record Label. Another Label is also in the works called 'Fat Dick Records'.
- FS Holdings is in Talks With Local Officials and The Los Santos Police Department, with the intent to provide the City with updated and enhanced Resident Photo ID Images.
- FS Holdings is currently in talks with Weazel News Staff with the intent to form FS News (FSN).
- FS Holdings is considering a Horse-back riding Business.
- FS Holding is in the process of creating a subsidiary for managing international money payments, and shipping called 'FS International'.
- FS Holdings is planning to work with Marlo Entertainment Media Enterprises in order to bring bigger and better visual entertainment media to the city, and "turn on the televisions".
- FS Holdings is working to create a Skateboarding Business.

In September of 2022 FS Holdings in partnership with members of Monarch worked in consort with The government of India to Celebrate The City's 1 Year Anniversary by setting up an international Mega-Race Event to follow up the International Wu Chang Records event earlier that day. The Event consisted of a massive forty-two man S-Class Race pitting some of Los Santos' best drivers against India's best, and a second large but more private and exclusive X-Class Vehicles Race. Notable performant racers included the likes of Tommy Cruizer and Sidwig Crawshank.

The 2022 NoPixel Music Awards 🏆[]
The idea of a Music Awards Ceremony began as the brain-child of Los Santos Media Mogul Fatoni Sarduchi. Fatoni originally pitched a small scale event called "The Bricked-Up Music Awards" to parties with significant vested interests, including Chang Gang Investments, and Mr. Kebun, and Francis J Francer. Over a planning period of about seven months the idea went on to evolve further than anyone ever expected! The 'Experience' Consists of a month long of Preliminary International Touring and Concerts for Artists in Foreign Servers Competing for the Best international Artist Title, as well as domestic concerts in the lead-up to the Nopixel Music Awards Show for WL Musicians competing for recognition in various popular categories. The Prestigious Award Show, said to be the biggest in NoPixel History, is organized by numerous Los Santos Production Companies and hosted at the Vinewood Oriental Theater.
