Emmanuel Biggs known as "Big E" was the leader of the South Side Ballas on Grove Street. He was known for having a super deep voice.
The Ballas[]
Big E was recruited to the Ballas by Curtis Davis III, who was the leader of the Ballas at the time. After Curtis' death along with Damian Frost's death soon after, he took on the role of leader, recruited new members and rebuilt the Ballas.
Death[]
Big E died at Pillbox Medical Center on March 15th, 2020 after sustaining gunshot wounds inflicted by Boris Ivanov.
Boris and Big E were having a fallout over the partnership their respective gangs had established (The Russian Mafia and East Side Ballas) to wage war against the Vagos. It resulted in a gunfight between the two, resulting in the death of Big E at the hands of Boris.
Kym Johnson succeeded Big E as the new leader of the Ballas / Grove Street Ballas.
