4.0 Story[]
Elliot spent 6 years living in Japan hunting down those who would see to hurt his friends. Elliot also had built up a large Car Boosting and Exports Empire based in Tokyo with his Business Partner and Friend Molly Diamond. After making the decision to move back to Los Santos he was met at the airport by federal agents where his private jet was seized for unpaid taxes in Los Santos. Elliot looked to reunite with his friends and eventually was made a member of The Hidden (HDN) after years of hanging around. Molly would also follow him to Los Santos to start a new life.
