Appearance[]
Eli is most recognizable for his short brown haircut with a center part, a style he adopted after his makeover a few months into the city. Since finding his aesthetic, he can be seen in variety of different outfits. His fashion could be categorized as streetwear, but he also dresses more formally such as in his clown persona, "Yappy", and dresses in a range of different ways in his frequent criminal escapades. He sometimes wears a black face mask, though not always. When shirtless, a tattoo of his iconic catchphrase, "Never Surrender" can be seen on his upper back.
Personality[]
Eli is a very open, extroverted person with a laid-back demeanor. He is very talkative and extroverted, striking up conversations with strangers, criminals and police officers alike. He tends to not take anything seriously, often finding ways to laugh at a situation. This trait allows him to make friends very quickly, and he often wins over people who did not like him initially. However, sometimes his joking personality clashes too heavily with serious-minded people, leading to him getting ocean dumped many times simply because he won't stop talking.
As an energetic and chaotic person, Eli very quickly found himself diving into criminal activities. These are by no means organized, however, as he chases the thrill and the laughs of wacky hijinks over caring about long-term sustainability. This is reflected in his bank account, which is severely in debt. Eli often endears himself to police officers while trying to talk his way out of trouble (although this has mixed results), a tendency that has led to him being called a "badge bunny" by his friends.
History[]
Eli's first friend was Kalita Dub, who met him at the apartments and taught him about the city. They bonded over their shared taste in fashion, and worked together at the lumber yard. Eli started slowly, exploring work at Snr Buns as he got his bearings.
Soon, Eli met April Fooze and was employed (without pay) as one of her yoga assistants alongside Maximillian Angel. They only ran a few sessions together over a few days, however this short time spent together bonded the trio together. As Eli became more familiar with the city, he found an interest in driving, learning from Irwin Dundee and gradually improving his skills.
In February of 2024, Eli officially joined The Gworls after becoming friends with the rest of the group and was given a key to their house. He was the last member to be accepted, however, as his financial situation initially caused some disagreement. His other friends included Civ Gang and Yuno Sykk.
Later in the month, Eli was alone in the house when he met Carmella Corset, who asked to be let inside. As he was wearing a mask, she requested that he do a full reveal of his face, and the two suddenly agreed they were on the hit show "Love is Blind". Upon revealing himself, the two fell in love and agreed to get engaged -- although instead of saying "love" they agreed to use the phrase "rawr XD"
Eli attended My Criminal Academia in March of 2024. He was widely considered to be the worst student.
In April of 2024, Eli, after much anticipation, spent a day with the clowns and found his clown persona "Yappy". He immediately felt at home with them and began spending more time with them, getting into car chases and being arrested together.
