General Description[]
The Eastern Bloc is a term that refers to a group of Eastern European nationals in Los Santos that live in an embassy across the road from MRPD called Little Moscow, with Russian citizens making up the diplomatic envoy of the Russian Federation to the United States of America. Their stated purpose of the Russian delegation is to build good relations with the Americans.
Uniquely, there is no single ambassador to represent the envoy, instead members treat each other as equals and consider themselves to all be ambassadors. The group enjoys Russian Hard Bass music, is often found squatting, and partakes in little actual diplomatic work due to the lack of any federal representatives of the US government in San Andreas.
The Russian citizens of the Eastern Bloc are the usual ire of most of the law enforcement and citizens in the city, largely led by CPD Grand Marshall Kyle Pred and patriotic gang, the Chang Gang, who mostly attack the unsuspecting Russians. Despite this, many have turned to become the ambassadors' friends, who mostly initially disliked their stay until they spent time with the newcomers.

Notable Events[]
- Igor Skovacic and Tony Corleone broke in to the embassy and held up Gavriil Frolov. Igor was worried that The Russians knew about his egg and other secrets.
- After a bomb was detonated in Chang Gang Compound, Lawyer Murphy Braun posted a series of tweets blaming the Russians for the the attack. This has prompted multiple clothing retailers like Suburban and Binco, to cancel the sponsorship deals of Adidas and Boris Bear merchandise from the Russians. With this in mind, Gavril sued for slander and damages from Braun's slander. After 5 hours in court, charges against Braun were dropped because it was ruled that the damages done by Braun's defamation should be handled by the affecting businesses.
- Coincidentally after the court trial, Gavril was approached by Cas Silverton of Thats Weird: Oddities shop and Ghost Tours to sponsor the Russians' Boris Bear plushie merchandise.
