Leanbois
The Leanbois purchased houses on Grove Street, and started claiming it as "Lean Street" and their territory, so that did not please Curtis at all, and proceeded to ask for rent money in order to stay living on Grove Street. But the Leanbois refused and they went to war for many months while allied to other gangs such as the Families, and The Koreans. Ultimately the Ballaz sued for peace with Lang Buddha and now they and the Leanbois are in an uneasy state of peace.
