General Description

Dougie was one of the members of a group called Face-Paint. After becoming friends with Peanut, Brad & Alan, they absorbed the Face-Paint crew and they became members of the gang, Natural Born Crackheads. Dougie, being one of the oldest members of the gang, is now considered to be the Boomer of the crew. He often has a clearer mindset and makes more rational decisions as opposed to his fellow gang members.
