Description[]
Dorothy Evelyn Ruth Prescott is a naïve cowgirl who's goal in life is to provide aid to people who need it most. She has never experienced city life before, but she moved to Los Santos after being told there was an urgent need for EMS help to rebuild the city after the collapse.
Background[]
Dorothy grew up on a horse ranch in Georgia with her parents and brother. In the winter of 2007, Dorothy and her parents got into a devastating car accident that left all three of them gravely injured. When EMS finally arrived on scene, her father pleaded with them to treat her first as there was only one EMS. They complied, and that lead to both her parents passing away from their injuries.
After this, Dorothy's brother Henry took over caring for her. There were many money struggles on their ranch, but they worked tirelessly to keep what their parents started. Dorothy developed a deep connection with the land, fostering a love for the country life her parents cherished. Dorothy also worked as an EMS in Georgia for about a year, although the pace of calls was very different than what it is in a big city.
What happened to her parents was preventable if there was more immediate EMS presence, so she was determined to not let something like that happen again and help if there's a need. That call for help came a couple months ago, when Dorothy heard about the passing of the EMS that saved her during the accident. She attended their funeral, and while there learned that there was a desperate need of knowledgeable EMS in Los Santos to rebuild the department. She decided that there is where they needed her help the most, so she packed up and moved to LS to help out.

Dorothy suffered major injuries to her back and hips due to the car accident. She suffers from chronic pain that varies in intensity depending on the day, sometimes hindering her stamina and ability to run and jump.

- Dorothy grew up in a ranch next to the Lemons' Peach Tree Farm, ran by Shirley Lemons and her family.
- She loves riding horses and has been riding them for most of her life.
- Dorothy has shared the names of two of her horses back in Georgia; Polka and Gidget. She also owns a horse in the San Andreas Derby, a silver black dapped horse with a grey mane named Polka, which resembles her horse of the same name.
- Dorothy has also participated in bull riding competitions to earn money.
