Diz Fulker is a character role-played by CallMeGrub.
About
Diz is an adrenaline junkie, petty criminal, and designated driver. He is a part of the Fulker family which includes his older brothers Siz and Kermy, and his sister Martha. Diz puts up the facade of being a complete idiot in order to hide his true intelligence but slips up every so often by explaining "high IQ plans" or by speaking in full fluent English sentences.
Lore
Diz Fulker came to Los Santos by stowing away in a plane's cargo hold inside a pet cage barking the whole flight.
A short time after he arrived, Diz encountered his brother Siz near the Court House where the latter was driving around in Yung Dab's Lamborghini.
Ever since they met up Diz has continuously been a thorn in Siz's side, often annoying him with his various antics. A prominent example was when Diz stole a Lamborghini being driven by Chips Ahoy at Pillbox Medical Center, causing Siz to go on a prolonged chase after him to get it back in Dab's Lamborghini.
