About[]
Diz was an adrenaline junkie, petty criminal, and designated driver. He was a legally adopted member of the Fulker family, of which included his older brothers Siz and Kermy, and his sister Martha. Diz put up the façade of being a complete idiot in order to hide his true intelligence but slipped up every so often by explaining "high IQ plans" or by speaking in full, fluent English sentences.
Lore[]
Diz Fulker came to Los Santos by stowing away in a plane's cargo hold inside a pet cage barking the whole flight.
A short time after he arrived, Diz encountered his foster brother Siz near the Court House where the latter was driving around in Yung Dab's Lamborghini.
Ever since they met up Diz had continuously been a thorn in Siz's side, often annoying him with his various antics. A prominent example was when Diz stole a Lamborghini being driven by Chips Ahoy at Pillbox Medical Center, causing Siz to go on a prolonged chase after him to get it back in Dab's Lamborghini.
However, Diz did show some remorse for his actions as he typically stopped what he was doing and apologized once he realized Siz was upset, however this often came too late (as he usually blew off Siz the first few times he was asked to stop) with Siz usually refusing the apology and driving off in annoyance.
Comeback[]
In early September of 2020, Diz briefly returned to the city after 12-13 months of being away, probably off fighting in the army.

- Diz could hold his breath for long amounts of time and even appeared on a magic show for it.
- Diz had a very unique accent that sometimes changed depending on what he was saying.
- Diz was an exceptional driver who claimed to "know every alleyway and crevice in Los Santos." It seemed driving/evading the police was the only thing Diz cared about.
