The Denis LaBarre City Hall is a Town Hall Building located at the intersection of Carcer Way and Abe Milton Parkway in the Rockford Hills area of Los Santos.
General Description[]

The Dennis LaBarre City Hall was a large building containing two distinct areas, separated by a large reception area in between.
The reception area included a bench where people can collect their items after exiting the court area, and use a limited version of the MDW (to view properties and warrants). The Mayor of Los Santos, Deputy Mayors, judges, county clerks, and legal aide sign into the reception desk. The reception area also contained an ATM for transactions, with a bust of Former Chief Justice Dennis LaBarre located centrally, whom the building is named after.
The Eastern Wing[]

The Eastern Wing, located on the Abe Milton Parkway side, contained the courtroom and associated gallery, as well as the judge's office, cells and a side entrance. The lower section contained the courtroom itself, complete with a viewing gallery, podium, jury box, separate tables for the defendant and plaintiff/prosecution, and a judge's bench with a witness stand. The upper section is comprised solely of seats, and acts as another public gallery.
Entry into the courthouse viewing galleries required one to pass through a metal detector, which removed items from the individual. This is to ensure that no weapons are smuggled into the courthouse.
On the side opposite the jury box, a set of double doors lead to a hallway containing an office for the Judges, and a staircase. The staircase leaded to the cells, and a side door one can use to exist the building.
The Western Wing[]

The Western Wing, located on the Rockford Drive side, was used by the members of the Mayor's Office, which contained an office for the Mayor and voting booths that are used during an election.
The Collapse of Los Santos[]
Following the transition of government in San Andreas, the decision was made to relocate the city hall from Dennis LaBarre City Hall to Davis City Hall in Davis, South Los Santos. Consequently, Dennis LaBarre City Hall has been left vacant and abandoned.
