Background

Delmon Homme is a budding serial killer working as a delivery driver in Los Santos. Delmon has an acute sense of smell and synesthesia. An introvert, Delmon kept to himself and gravitated towards movies, music, television, books and other media as opposed to befriending the other children in the orphanage.  He especially attached himself to media he felt he shared a connection with. His form of synesthesia, in which he sees any aromas he smells as paintings in his head, helped him become a very successful perfume maker and seller in his early twenties. All of his best selling aromas were paintings Delmon qualified as 'unique'. Despite his success the lack of new, interesting aromas failed to motivate his desire to keep his shop running. He closed up shop after five years. Desperate for a new challenge, he floated from job to job with no real care or success, until one day he came to a realization: People have their own paintings. And some of them are unique. He has spent the rest of his life attempting to collect these unique human paintings and perfecting the art of distilling the human essence into a perfume bottle.

Victims

• Jean Wishaw - Not much is known about this man. His mutilated and burned body was found by EMS, Cadet Kevin Keyte, and Sheriff Travis Tribble in a crevice of the earth near the Dam. A note pinned to the earth by a perfume bottle read: "There are countless formulas for pressing flowers." Jean Wishaw's unique painting was an entire town's worth of people gathering in the Town Square and participating in an orgy.

• Flop Dugong - Delmon met Flop at Harmony Repair on a delivery run. A couple days later, he called Flop specifically to ask if Harmony had any binoculars in stock. He bought two pairs. It was at this particular meeting that the decision was made to pursue Flop. Delmon spent the next month driving to Flop's house and staking it out, sometimes for hours at a time. Soon Delmon began leaving cryptic,threatening notes containing song lyrics from Toadies songs 'Possum Kingdom' and 'I Burn' at the front door of Flop's house. Hiding in a bush near Flop's garage, Delmon caught Flop unaware, held him at gunpoint, threw him in his trunk, and drove him to the quarry. Once there, he drew Flop's blood with a syringe, missing the vein the first attempt. He then collected Flop's tears in a vial after striking him hard across the face. After asking Flop if he'd prefer to be conscious or unconscious for the next step, Delmon pulled a hammer from his belt, struck him in the head multiple times, pulled out a knife, and carved a chunk of flesh from underneath Flop's arm. Finally, Delmon doused Flop in gasoline and burned him alive for a 'preview of the aroma.' Flops unique painting was a lemming walking off a cliff over and over again, rewinding itself just before it hits the ground.
