Debra Downer was a character played by Bonnierabbit. She was an elderly woman with dementia who loved singing to herself while jaywalking.
General Description[]
Debra Downer was a self-proclaimed “solo young princess from this city”. However, her medical record indicating that she suffered from dementia throwed this claim into doubt. She was also dependent on her medicine, for without it, she suffered from alien hand syndrome, which would result in multiple injuries to unlucky bystanders.
She was often seen acting as a car in the middle of the road singing to herself. Her most common outfit was a torn, worn-out teal dress and a conical hat.
Debra was a candidate for Mayor of Los Santos running against Donnie McMuffin, Maximilian Thoroughbred, Vivek Ramasquamy, Party Hardy, Cletus Cornwood, Stelio Lambros, and Pilbis Toretti. (After her death, Bobby Charles, Michael Simone, Jebediah "Beef" von Wunder, Ronald Rump, Max Dumont, Doug Loftis, and Eugene Zuckerberg, would join the race.)
She had also applied for a job as police officer.
On December 29th, 2023, Debra Downer was visiting Snr. Buns to buy food. However, due to her slow walk, she fainted due to starvation before she managed to eat something. Captain (former) Cletus Cornwood arrived on the scene and decided to help move her to a safer place. However, Cornwood went through a hallucination and realized they were on the top of the roof of Snr. Buns. Cornwood planned to save them both by jumping down from the roof and hoped he would hit the ground first, in hopes of cushioning the fall, but he failed and ended up landing on Debra.
Later, Debra was brought to Simone Memorial Hospital. However, she lost consciousness on the hospital bed. Shortly after, Cornwood received a call that there was no pulse for Debra and he went back to check on the situation. Cornwood tried to bring her back by tasing her lifeless body twice with a Police Department standard issue taser, but to no avail. Later that day, Debra was pronounced dead. Her autopsy report and personal belongings were passed to Cornwood.

Background Information[]
Debra Downer was born on April 1st, 1945. Since her birthday fell on the same day as April Fools, no one believed her growing up and she did not receive any gifts for her birthday.
Not much is known from her past, however she was once married until her late husband passed away. She is haunted by the memories of his last day, particularly the ride to the hospital in an ambulance. Throughout multiple conversations it was suggested that she was in an abusive relationship with her late husband as he sometimes beat her, forgot and left her in the trunk of a car, and according to her, it is not how to treat a princess.
