The Cuban Federales are a terrorist group led by Osvaldo Pingafria with origins in Cuba. They specialize in terrorist acts, treason, and violent crimes against law enforcement. Many of the newer members are part of his family.
They used to have an embassy at the Binco Clothing Store in Vespucci Canals, and Osvaldo still uses that location.
Osvaldo organized the Federales to help defend The Funhouse against the Mimes on the final battle on June 19, 2025. They recruited many of his children's significant others to help.
