General Information[]
Crusade Hospital/Medical Center employs volunteers that have been assisting Pillbox Medical Center and EMS with patient coverage in the city.
Dr. Cross hired members of the Crusade staff to work with Dr. Jannetty and answer directly to Dr. Agnes' "Crazy Science Division".
Nettie helped Bob facilitate a partnership with Dexx Martin between Crusade and The Families. As a south side hospital they're regularly supplied with medical cocaine, weed, and meth.
The hospital has a problem with infestation. From the rats that were brought in to take care of the pitbulls, that were for the cats, that were for the heroine addicts.
The hospital is also known as Central Los Santos Medical Center.
Funding and Additional Services[]
Due to budget-cuts, Crusade Medical frequently offers additional services to help pad their shoestring budget.
These services include:
- Partnering with T-Mobile to sell MetroPCS plans to low-income patients
- Selling Powerball and scratch-off tickets
- Offering a Cash4Gold style jewelry buy-back program
- Charging patients with transport fees if they lack proper insurance
Treating an Ailing City[]
Because of their partnership with Dr. Agnes, the Crusade medics were uniquely qualified to help treat an AIDS epidemic that'd become a problem in the city as both Dr. Agnes and Dr. Cross had developed cures.
As part of this program, the Crusade staff would:
- Assist government-employed EMS on calls
- Quiz patients on their insurance
- Administer AIDS and HIV tests
- Promote abstinence
- Help restrain patients during treatment
- Prescribe medicinal whiskey and cocaine
