Creampie Creations was originally created as a sub-label under Cop Killa Records. It was first created to serve as a front for the Misfits gang, led by Outto-Tune Tyrone.

It remained as a sub-label only until recent times. Due to Alabaster Slim not being in the city OTT began to run the company separate from CKR, Creampie Creations is now independent as its own full label.
Outto-Tune Tyrone is also recently singed to Wu Chang Records.
